Meatme in Liverpool

Went today at lunch time for the first time and I can easily say they're pork gyros is the best in Liverpool.

Real tasty Greek food! Fast and friendly service and a good price for a lot of food 😋

Went with my partner who is coeliac. When we were ordering we made them aware of it and that she didn't want the pitas. The waitress went to check with the chef. When she came back she said there could be traces in the food. We said that was fine but she then went back to the kitchen. When she came back out she said the kitchen refused to serve us and chucked us out! It literally says on their menu about letting them know about allergies so they can help. Turns out it's so they can chuck you out!

The reason for 4 stars on the food was that it was really nice but not very hot.the 4 stars for atmosphere was that it was busy with food pick ups uber just eat etc.these are not faults and I would definately return

My friend and I won a competition for their bottomless drinks and attended yesterday. Well, all I can say is that we had the most amazing time. We got a wrap each, loaded halloumi fries between us with pitta and tzatziki dip to share as well as 90 minutes worth of drinks which included a variety of cocktails and Prosecco. The food arrived quickly and the drinks were delicious and not watered down, unlike some bottomless brunches I’ve been to. You also get so much food, whereas in a lot of places you only get small servings. The staff were attentive and friendly and went above and beyond to make our time at MeatMe enjoyable. So much so, that even after our bottomless brunch had finished we decided to stay and pay for more drinks. We were pleasantly surprised when we asked for the bill and were treated again to 20% off! Honestly, couldn’t praise this place enough, I will definitely be going back with more friends and would recommend bottomless brunch here to everyone, the price point is worth it alone just got the quality and quantity of food provided. We would also like to shout out or server, Zoe, who went above and beyond her role and made us feel well looked after, we couldn’t of asked for a better time. What an amazing food you can get here. ❤️ It must be the best Greek food I had in my life.. I had the Gyros meal and you can tell majority on dish is homemade meaning the gyros chicken, pita bread, tzatziki and mayo which was honestly so delicious. Beer on draught was Camden Hells and Pale Ale which is a great choice imo. Service was spot on.. Very helpful and friendly.. Especially the girl with dreadlocks but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. I can highly recommend to people who like good food and service. And we will be 100% back for more! The food was SO good. Came here after a night shift when I was craving meat and honestly I ate all my food and felt great afterwards. The sausage was soooooooo nice! All the meat tasted fresh off the barbie, honestly highly recommend !

Recently visited meat me for food and drinks. Food was amazing, staff were very attentive and amazing. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to others. Best Greek it town! Second time in the same joint tonight and I can say only the best for these guys. We had feta spread, paprika, chicken gyros and pork souvlaki with some white wine. All the real thing as back in Greece. Hopefully they ll keep their quality. Yiamas!

Didn't take a picture, wish I had. Portion sizes generous and not a problem to have your leftovers boxed to make your work colleagues jealous at lunchtime the next day. I had chicken souvlaki and my fella had mixed souvlaki - the sausage was a surprise star! Service was efficient and friendly, I know you can't eat service, but it really added to a lovely atmosphere. Will happily return and recommend to my friends. Two glasses of wine and three beers included in the price per person below, which I think is decent.

Absolutely fantastic Greek gyros and souvlaki! First time I visited was today and the chicken was delicious. Succulent well seasoned and great portions. Vegetarian and vegan options available as well! Had nothing this good since a trip to Cyprus in 2010! Looking forward to coming back to try the other menu options!

We called in this evening for the first time and it was a great experience. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. The decor and ambiance is lovely and the staff friendly and welcoming. I should mention that they have further upstairs seating if it is full downstairs. Will definitely be returning it was a 10/10 for us tonight.

Ordered food for delivery, after waiting a considerable amount of time my partner received a call from the delivery driver to say our order would be another 20 minutes. After an hour he rang again to say he could not wait any longer for our order. My partner spoke to a member of staff at Meat Me and was advised our food was being wrapped up. I drove there to pick it up as the staff member could not advise If another delivery driver would deliver our food. Once I arrived at Meat Me I spoke to a member of staff who appeared puzzled and asked me to confirm the name my order was placed in 🤔 she then proceeded to ask a chef who appeared equally clueless. A mouthy member of staff approached myself speaking nonsense saying my partner had requested a refund therefore they had disposed of the order but they could make our order again. I declined advising her I had already waited an hour!!!! Blatant liers after telling my partner a few minutes prior our food was ready and being wrapped. AVOID!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

If you have ever been to Greece and miss the local food (stretch food), you must go to this restaurant. The portions are huge, the food is delicious, the service is nicer, the decor is pleasant. We left there very satisfied. Prices are still very attractive nowadays. P.S: The dessert in the photo stole my heart. ❤ I recommend!

Wow what a fabulous experience. Never been out for Greek street food before and we’re definitely not disappointed. A great atmosphere and superb food make for a great night out. Our waitress Stella was amazing and Dimitri the owner took some time out to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be going back soon as this is something different instead of same old same old. Great portions and prices that will leave you wanting to visit again.
