Our previous home delivery was over an hour but we accepted the hour time scale due to lack of delivery personnel. On Saturday we were told an hour. Accepted again. After 1.5 hours. Nothing. Phoned to check. " it's on its way". Good. After 2 hours 20 minutes we cancelled order. Why why why just not be honest with customer about any problems instead of creating a bad vibe about place. Unacceptable.
