Garlic Authentic Indian and Bangladeshi Takeaway in Torfaen

Our order was well over £50 and was missing several items I contacted them straight away by email and message as I couldn’t get though on the phone and I’ve not even had a response I will not order again the food we did have was soggy and not hot only warm

Have ordered from here numerous times and has always been delicious, but they have just declined our order due to being 'too busy'. KUKD (who processed the order) have still taken the money (almost £50) and now we can't get our money back for over a week and can't afford to order elsewhere as a treat. So disappointing and the takeaway doesn't seem to care, take no responsibility and were rude on the phone when they were phoned to check what was going on. Take care when ordering online and paying by card, you may end up out of pocket....

Our food arrived on time and was still hot throughout. The food was lovely. I called the restaurant as we have allergies in our household and they could not have been more helpful. Will definitely order again.

Wanted to try a different place other than our usual and it was perfect food was delicious will definitely be ordering again.

First time here tonight as our usual is closed on Tuesdays. Ordered via just eat but collected from the shop. I had a keema, chicken and paneer special and my wife had masala. Both were really tasty. You cold taste the thought that went into all the flavours. Rice and chips good standard. Naan breads extremely good. I had keema and wife had garlic. Ready dead on time. Friendly staff. Only criticism is that it's slightly more expensive than others, but Tuesday had 20% off on Justeast, which brought it down probably cheaper than average. Overall brilliant. Will go again.

Having now had cuisine from.this takeaway, a number of times this year, I have to write that the tastes are genuinely great.. Orders are freshly cooked and the infusions of spices really hits the taste buds.. There is a very warm welcome as you enter the premises and without doubt we will be having more dishes from here again .. In my opinion, if this region of cuisine is what you like, then you won't be dissapointed

Order rejected, 45 mins before closing, I believe there have 2 different names on just eat, don’t bother ordering from them

First time using and definitely won’t be the last. Food was piping hot on delivery and the best we have had in a long time. Website needs sorting as couldn’t order online as apparently I’m out of the area but only 5 mins up the road..

Had an Indian on Saturday 1st July, the service was excellent and the food was the best I've had from a Indian for a long time. There was also a 30% off offer due to it just opening. I highly recommend this take away, nothing is too much trouble and it's been decorated to a high standard. Well done and keep up the good work.

Ordered food when we got home the biryani had no curry sauce when I called to tell them I was rudely told it didn’t come with a sauce and I didn’t order one but clearly says on the menu it should come with sauce. Poor service and average food won’t use again.

WAS THE Best Take away Indian around for miles ! I would have to venture to Cardiff to get anything close to this. And they ''NOW DON'T'' deliver to my village which is BAD. I spend over £100 a month here on deliveries to Goytre to find out they now wont deliver !!!!!! Your Pakora and naan breads also are poor and you used turkey instead of chicken in my last meal.

Really like this takeaway, I live close enough to collect so food is always piping hot. Easy to order and pay on line.

First time ordering from here. Very polite young lad at the desk with manners you dont come across much anymore. The food was fantastic portion size for what we had was superb. We loved the food and will definitely buy from here again.

Food was an hour late. Also a soggy onion bhaji. All arrived lukewarm despite us living less than 5 minutes away. Very disappointing.

Just had my Birthday Special meal, delivered on time. Delicious food, generous portions, everything matched or exceeded expectations. Thank you for a most enjoyable meal. We will be back for more for sure.

Our new indian takeaway in Griff, I sampled their fayre and found it delish. Prices have gone up slightly, but when the food is this good!!!....btw cash only when collecting, however you can pay by card online!

Great food, plenty of meat in the curry, quick delivery and the website was easy to order on. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Recommend the griffithstown special with naga and scotch bonnet chillies if you like a hot curry.
