Best Chinese takeaway in Gateshead been going as long as it's been open have tried others always go back to them can not fault there food or service

Worst food I have ever had. Vegetables always soggy, even the bamboo shoots are soggy. Tastes and looked like they are boiled or perhaps kept warn in a pan. Just realised that although this was a Singapore chowmein special, there was no chicken or beef in it. Mainly a spongy spam life meat and prawns.

Great food with a nice Chinese chef Full of '鑊氣' Their lunch is just £5.5 but only on every Thursday and Friday

We have been going to garden ho for about 5 years now. Myself and my family believe it is the best Chinese in Gateshead. There is just no comparison. I would never order from any other Chinese and I am devastated they are going into part time hours. Have tried many different meals and they never fail to impress me. A personal favourite is the Thai sweet chilli chicken and the salt and chilli chicken (best salt and chilli chicken ever) !!!

Had a chicken curry last night. Not.impressed really. Oily and texture of chicken didn't seen right. Hate eating from somewhere that looks like it's struggling to stay in business
