Croissants de chocolate de almendras horrible. Obviamente sobraron y apacentaron desde el día anterior y caro. El problema que tiene Gail al vender esta basura es que no es consistente: hemos tenido el mismo producto de otro Gail's que estaba delicioso. Así que tu izquierda decepcionada y de su bolsillo

Frecuento Gail’s diariamente. La calidad del café es increíble junto con el mejor servicio con una sonrisa. Nunca me han decepcionado. Los pasteles y bocadillos son variados frescos y siempre deliciosos. Recomiendo encarecidamente Gail’s.

Was really disappointed this morning. I mentioned to the staff that I had reported the broken toilet on a previous visit and that it needed repair. A member of staff responded rudely, shrugged it off and dismissed it as due to 1000 visitors per day. As a food establishment I would hope Gail's Mill Hill takes its health and safety standards seriously.

Visited on a Saturday morning. Classic first mistake. Queue out the door. Reverse walk in 45 mins and much quieter. Well worth the wait to purchase Waste-Less Sourdough loaf and an Olive sourdough baguette. Awesome!!🔥 Went down a storm with the family, so returned on the Sunday afternoon. Classic second mistake! Always always buy bread early on Sunday! Doh! Appointment in the calendar for Monday! Any good? Darn right it is!! Delicious!!!

Gails in Mill Hill have some irresistible, freshly made sweet and savoury treats. I think their coffee is the best and their breads are superb. I really do like Gails and much of their range. But Why, oh Why will they not make a cheese croissant? Since they opened in Mill Hill, I have regularly suggested Gails simply leave off the ham on one tray instead of making all their croissants with ham & cheese. Gails say the customer would not like cheese only croissants. Well, this customer would! Maybe one day

We ordered two coffees poached eggs on toast and some pastries. We waited 15 minutes for coffee we had to remind them to make it for us. We asked for cutlery because they didn’t give us any and that took five minutes to come. In the end we had to cancel the eggs because they just took too long what a shame because clearly this is a very good bakery but they need to get their restaurant act together very disappointed. When we told the deputy manager of our complaint she went oh sorry I mean I was just quite shocked

I am writing to raise a complaint about the service I received during my visit on Thursday, 15th May 2025 at around 2:00 PM as I couldn't find an email to write to. I came for lunch with two friends as we often do and unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the unacceptable attitude of a staff member. We each ordered soup, something we always look forward to, especially when served with your usual accompaniments of toasted seeds, chilli, fresh bread, and butter. However, the woman serving us was rude and unhelpful from the start. When the first soup was ready, she simply held it just past the counter on her side without making any attempt to pass it over properly. I had to struggle to reach it myself, and instead of helping, she looked at me and commented, “Well, my arms are short,” which was completely unnecessary and quite rude. Later, I asked for some toasted seeds, as the bowl was empty. She said, “Help yourself.” I explained that the bowl was empty, as she could see it herself, and she replied, “Yes, then it's finished,” without any effort to assist. I asked if she could bring some more from the kitchen, and after making a face, she went out the back and returned less than a minute later saying it would take 20 minutes for more seeds as they had to be toasted. Again, there was no apology or effort to offer an alternative, just a dismissive attitude as if I was being unreasonable for even asking. This entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant. We visit regularly usually once a week and have always appreciated the warm atmosphere and quality service. This staff member’s attitude was completely out of line with the standards we’ve come to expect. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, but I trust that management can identify who was working at that time. I sincerely hope this is followed up and addressed, as this person’s attitude reflects poorly on your otherwise lovely establishment. I would appreciate a response confirming that this complaint is being taken seriously. Kind regards, Svjetlana

Avoid ordering from this Domino’s at all cost I saw a ethnic member of staff picking their nose, then placing toppings onto a customers pizza, and when I confronted him about this, I was told to leave the shop! Luckily, someone recorded the whole encounter and we have now passed their onto the Barnet Council food hygiene safety standards.
