Excellent fusion food beautifully presented. Thought they would have more vegan main course options other than a salad or a Sushi Maki roll. Only one of the smoothies is vegan as there is yoghurt in all the others. The sushi especially the maki rolls are very good indeed. Staff are helpful, always smiling and service is very good.

Theirs some real pleasant finds to explore on the menu. Make sure you go with people who don't mind sharing so you can sample as many of the eye catching dishes as possible.

Claramente el estilo japonés, pero muy limitada vegetariano, que es extraño ya que está situado en un gimnasio. Genial si te gusta el pescado.

Recientemente hemos cenado aquí para una ocasión especial. Me decepcionó un poco en el servicio. Esto es que yo reservamos una mesa mientras nos sentamos en el bar. Nos dirigimos a ir a que nos sentaran que luego me dijeron que la cocina no estaban aceptando más!!! Tenía una muy incómoda confrontación hasta que finalmente nos sentaramos. No estoy seguro de por qué este fue el caso, ya que habíamos reservado una mesa y el restaurante tenía 7 mesas vacías. Parecía que los propietarios eran en y el chef no podía hacer frente con capacidad de 800 por completo. No corrimiento lateral derecho constituye la comida ya fue excelente. Pero realmente si que era mi restaurante el sábado por la noche con mesas vacías a las 8 pm estaría preguntando por qué. El restaurante buena comida pero el servicio necesita estar en línea.

Tengo que decir que la calidad de la comida superó mis expectativas y todo lo que probamos estaba realmente delicioso. Es un fascinante menú y fui con un amigo que no le importan para sushi así que estoy con ganas de volver a probar algunos de los platos más. La decoración es excepcional y el servicio nos pareció bien. Fue un poco lento, pero muy educado. Fuzen no es barato, pero en general no me sentí estafado y sin duda volveremos.

Firstly, I'd like to stress how amazing the food is at this restaurant. My disappointment stems from the service. Being super organised, bearing in mind valentine's day, I booked this table many weeks ago. However, I started getting random but excessive calls from an unrecognised number within the last few days without messages being left. I thought nothing of it, presuming they were sales calls. Today, at around 12.15pm, I received a voicemail message from the restaurant telling me that unless I paid a deposit before 1pm my reservation would be cancelled. I phoned them immediately and was told that my reservation was confirmed and I didn't need to pay a deposit. 10 minutes later I received yet another threatening message following which I made a further call and paid the deposit. From arrival onwards everything was great. The point I would like to make is that restaurants that expect people to spend hundreds of pounds need to remember that great service begins from the first call.

Best all round dining experience, food was amazing. Great menu and excellent choices. Tempera prawns were awesome, beef medallions tasty and the brownie dessert to die for. We will be back.

Love the food at Fuzen. The prawn crunch is to die for. Most dishes I have tried since joining the club have been very enjoyable & some like the sushi crunch have been outstanding. Even the chocolate brownies melts in your mouth. Well worth paying for as it is top quality & superb both in taste, texture & presentation. Do check you are paying member's prices if you are a member as they occasionally get this wrong. I wish it was open later in the evening even occasionally. It stops serving not long after the gym closes. It's a superb standard & well worth visiting.

Simply amazing! The selection of dishes and presentation is second to none. Dishes included lobster sushi with a strip of wagu steak followed by chilli chicken wings, soft shell crab, smoking ribs ( and they were!) Desert was pineapple soup and toasting marshmallows. Just fantastic. Go and enjoy!
