I ordered a strawberry shortcake for my birthday. Even though I placed the order with a little less notice than the recommended minimum advertised on the website, my order was accepted and Bebe (the owner) handled everything with clarity and promptness. And the cake! Japanese-style strawberry shortcake is my ultimate favourite cake in the world and this one DELIVERED. It was delicious, kept in the fridge for a good few days so that I could manage to eat it all, and every single bite was divine. The owner was really lovely when I came to collect and even included a few extras (some truffles and a biscuit). I know that I am going to order from Be Sweet Patisserie in the future, for sure! I just need to find another excuse to treat myself like this...

We love all her cakes which are freshly homemade. You'll never disappointed. I think the cut cakes such as oreo, tiramisu, strawberry, green tea are signatured. From time to time, bebe will trial some new inventions. What you shouldn't miss is to private order a birthday cake or for any event. Just place your request and she'll give you not just a value for money product, but also her passion to food and blessing to you. You can trust the quality of ingredients she used and food hygiene is always extraordinarily high. We'll definitely support this cozy little shop in Sale and Altrincham.

I’ve bought cakes from Bebe over the past few years and have never been disappointed! This is not your typical bakery/ patisserie- the cakes are japanese and italian influenced, which I find super refreshing and different. I love that Bebe is a perfectionist and is also very versatile with her baking - pretty much baking anything and everything. Whenever I order birthday cakes, I usually just outline a few things I want and she will just magically create the perfect cake, often exceeding my own expectations! She often comes up with new and creative recipes i.e mocha cheesecake, unicorn cream cake. My favourites from Be Sweet are the tiramisu mousse cake, chocolate gateau cake, strawberry cream cheese sponge roll and Hojicha tea and caramel Italian buttercream cake (this one is amazing). I also love the macarons from here!! In contrast with your typical french macarons, these are less sweet, with a creamy delicious filling and have a variety of really nice flavours. Love this place!!
