i have not received my order, second time this has happened it has said enjoy your food but it hasn’t been delivered, absolute joke

Ordered at 10:35, no updates and tried phoning 4 times about the time it’s taken and no answer. Delivery driver came at 12:40am.

Ordered food 2 and half hours ago still no food tried phoning number for place thats on just eat number not regonised. Got there number from google and phoned 10 times bo answer. Shocking service

when i say £25 for frozen dessert and it was awful. honestly such a disappointment came here for a date night takeaway dessert and what a waste.

Got the wrong order and food was freezing cold.

Food finally arrived. Delayed multiple times. Burger was burned and chewy, and the donner meat was hard and cold

Delivery was late but 100% worth the wait! Food arrived roasting hot and ice cream cold. All cooked brilliant and taste amazing!

ordered small kebab with salad came with couple salad leaves very disappointing. there food is usually good. maybe have better luck next time I order

Spicy pizza tasted sweet, very very strange, couldn’t eat it. Meal was incredibly over priced for what you get. An all round disappointment.

Donner really poor, overcooked and leathery. onion rings and chips undercooked. Chicken fine but won't be back

Showed enjoy your meal on the app after numerous calls being fobbed off it turned up over an hour late, freezing cold, again called the "restraunt" and was told no way it was cold. He had wrapped it in tinfoil but it had been driving about in a car in minus 3 temperatures. Will never order from here again.

Can’t read an order and deliver what was ordered. 4 item delivery and forget 2 of the items.

the doner meat was greasy, chips were soft and soggy. the pakora had no salad but chips instead. overall I won't be ordering from this establishment again

Food was great I had a meat box and friend got a salt and pepper box, was lovely no complaints but I do have a question, is their a difference between the two? When we got them they looked exactly the same, just curious 🙂

They overcharged me for the size of the pizza that they gave me. Did not fit with the given price range on the wall menu. Good pizza though but yeah.

i got chips n tomato sauce n they tasted like onions n they put like no sauce on it!! took like 30 mins to get them aswell i would not recommend coming here

unfortunately our food was terrible. to the point it was actually inedible. especially the donner kebab. very disappointing!

Delivery was very quick, I got a 10 Munchy box, pretty good and it’s well worth it for how much you get. This place is consistently good

This takeaway is very very good and well worth a visit. The staff are excellent and always happy to welcome your custom. One bad break.....they don't do Indian curries these days even although they have always excelled at them. UPDATE 10/04/2023 Still just as good. The Fusion Special Pizza is excellent. Very tasty and lots of topping.

Food was freezing cold, delivered late, pizza boxes all wet and bashed and chips all wet and soggy.

Absolutely shocking, all the toppings of the pizza to one side and stuck to the box, Pizza looked uncooked and not edible. Sent photos to just eat for refund 👍

The pizza’s were greasy, the cheese was burnt, there was barely any taste, the toppings of the pizzas were stuck to the box, decided to give this place a go again as usually the pizzas are good but I will not be coming here again!

Food wasn't good kebab was like leather and cold chips and pizza cold and cheeseburger soaked in mayo

ordered pepsi max, got vimto. Ordered garlic mayo on my kebab got chili sauce, ordered bbq sauce for my pizza, no barbecue sauce.

Total and utter waste of time. I ordered on the app a curry, rice etc. I didn't get a confirmation email so phoned and asked if it had gone through ok. I was told by the lady on the phone they no longer did curry and hadn't updated the app. Fine I thought and ordered from elsewhere. Fast forward an hour, and a delivery driver turns up asking for money for the curry from fusion. He very kindly agreed to take it back and I phoned the shop. It turns out their 'next door shop' does do curry and accepted the order and sent it out. Clearly communication is a huge issue here.

Everything was dry this time.... But saying Iv had food from Fusion in the past and it been perfectly made maybe I'll collect my order next time it is always perfect when iv order in the take-away shop .but I will order again

The food was getting delivered at 17:45 to 1805 but it came at 20 past and were not that far from the fusion

Absolutley fantastic food, you simply can't fault Fusion

1 hour 40 minute wait for a Donner chips and cheese and a tin of juice the donner chips and cheese arrived stone cold , also marked my order too “enjoy ur food” near enough half an hour before it had actually arrived I had too phone up twice about it absolute joke

Food goof pizza very good but missing can juice

Food was lukewarm and everything was dry except the chips, which were soggy. Took 90 minutes to deliver less than a mile away. Tried to phone for an ETA but the call was never answered.

Ordered two moon boxes and they were brilliant! Will be back!

Absolutely loved the taste and the quantity. I orderd 1- special calzone (juiciest and big enough for 2 people to eat to their fullest) 2-12 inch munchi box( was surved hot and perfect quantity and taste) Will order again for sure! Thankyou for the treat!

Just got 2 curries from fusion, been going here for a while and it's always good. However, the rice has a funny smell, vinegar like. I'm very disappointed and a waste of money

I ordered a smoked sausage supper and a battered sausage supper. I received a smoked sausage supper and a single smoked sausage. I tried to contact the restaurant multiple times and was ignored. Not only this, but they took the money for my order despite getting it wrong, despite the missing items and despite my attempts through Just eat and through attempting to contact them for a refund.

Heard a lot about this place. But my god avoid at all costs. Naan - if you want to call it that. Was in pieces and rock hard and the texture was strange. Chicken tikka - microwaved definitely not fresh. Absolutely disgusting. Donnor - hard and lukewarm not nice at all. Chips - definitely refried multiple times. All of it went in the bin and a waste of £22. Definitely wont be back again.

there was no live tracker to see that the order was on its way, I love seeing the map and the vehicle move from point A to point B, it said delivered before it was delivered. the Lemon ,Lime and Raspberry Swirl wasn't really a swirl as all the raspberry was sat at the bottom but food itself was good would reccomend at least the chicken strips and they do a decent portion of salad

It's late really should have a free meal with late delivery as I've had to pay for delivery time that wasn't on time

Ordered the cookie dough, was cold and hard, had chips and cheese and the chips was cold and not cooked properly, only thing I enjoyed was the ice cream. Then it said order was on way for 35 minutes. Don’t bother ordering from here. Waste of money.

Food arrived almost an hour late and was cold and soggy ate what I could as it was late and starving but most of it went in the bin disappointed as the food is usually good, I understand it may have been a busy night but then you shouldn't be accepting orders if you cannot provide the quality
