Never lets you down. Great burgers

I was looking forward to trying a fup burger. I had the basic burger and chips. The burger was pretty thin. The sauce was tasty. The bun was oily. The chips were oily. I had to wait 20 min and then remind them I was waiting. My hands were cold while waiting and I had to put my coat on. Since my request to lower the volume of the music a little was rejected I didn't fancy my chances on the heating being put on. Disappointing as this place could be awesome if it was on point. Another too cool for school place in Norwich. Yawn .

On Google it says they close at "10pm" I went there at 9:30pm they had already stopped selling food. You can't order on app, also they don't answer the phone.

It's great food in a great city pub. Really friendly and efficient staff who do an excellent job. The burger is a proper gourmet burger. You can choose from a selection and customise to your preference eg I chose lime and coriander for slaw over the garlic mayo slaw that mine had as standard. The plain fries were everything that they should be. The burger was as good as I have ever had, the toppings are generous. Nothing average about this.

Love the burgers here, don't think I will find anything better,and a very fair price

Everything about this place us great. The burgers are amazing, the loaded fries are a meal in their own right and the being in a well stocked bar doesn't hurt either!

When you first enter, there’s a board with the menu. You choose and let them know at the bar. It’s a first come first served w.r.t the tables. Food was good and I quite liked the fries. I got the Korean BBQ which was nice

Smash burgers so good and juicy I thought I might die from eating too much. Highly recommend the motherfupper with some spicy fries. The best experience is eating in at the tenbells as takeaway can lose abit of the freshness

Excellent staff. Really welcoming and helpful. Atmosphere would have been great but for the slight smell of sewage (which was very strange). Not sure if there was a problem with the toilets. Food, on the other hand, was a bit of a dissapointment. The burger was somewhat salty and a bit burnt, almost bordering on the unedible.

From the all-perverasive smell of urine to the basic onion-patty veggie burger to the boiled cauliflower “fake” chicken wings this has been an awful dining experience. Only the brioche buns and cheerful staff were pleasurable. The food was horrid, overpriced (£60 for two - no alcohol ) and I’m deeply traumatised by the urine smell in this establishment. Avoid.

Best beef burger I've had in a long time, and the chicken strips were decent too. Service was fast and friendly. Given 3 stars for atmosphere as it's a typical pub with casual dining - nothing wrong with it just doesn't stand out. (The food does though 👌)

Sauce on the cauliflower wings, which both my friend and I had but with different sauces were very vinegary and acidic and spoiled the taste of the cauliflower wings unfortunately

Absolutely great to just grab a burger, It is very casual dining though, in a very hectic pub rather than a sit-down meal, Not a complaint just something to be aware of 😊 But if that's what you're after the burgers are absolutely phenomenal.

Great staff at the ten bells. Really intresting and vibrant atmosphere. The toilets were really clean too and quite snazzy. The fup burgers really are not a dissapointment. A massice chicken stacked burger with american style cheese. I had to eat some of the chicken before attempting to devour the mighty fup burger as a burger. Every part of it was amazing presentation Proper hot and freshly cooked. Il be coming back and recomending to friends Without a doubt one of the best burgers i have ever had and ive had some good ones. Il be trying the vegan one next . What an experience if you like your food .

Had a brilliant meal there last night with my husband, brother and sister in law before a gig nearby. The wings were amazing, the burgers 🍔👌👌👌👌 and the fries out of this world. Great atmosphere and really friendly. Don’t go anywhere else for your burgers and wings in Norfolk! Will be back. Great branding too.

Had the Thug Lyfe and the Dirty Clucker here - great burgers, full of flavour and the lime slaw on the Dirty Clucker was so tasty will definitely be re-visiting!

Exclusively on Uber Eats? Sorry, but I refuse to use Uber Eats as their customer service is appauling. Until you're back on other apps I won't order from you.

Burgers were amazing and the wings were too. Don’t bother with the topped chips, it was some skinny fries with a tiny handful of cheese and garlic mayo with 1 chicken strip cut up into 4 on top, really disappointing on that front but the bbq wings were the best I’ve ever had.

Food was very tasty. Great combo of flavours. quick service. Only issue I had was music was a bit loud to be able to talk easily

What an amazing experience I had at Fupburger. Great service, probably the best burger I have ever had... The bun, the beef, the cheese, the whole burger was exceptional. I will take more time on my next visit... Had to dash for Tubular Bells!

This place does some truly unique and amazing food. The burgers are challenging five guys for sure n staff are very friendly n will advise you on the best course of action for your palette lol. 2 things that let this down. If you're looking for this place, fupburger isn't easily seen, so it took me a while to find, the place is actually called something g else with fupburger on the side. This really threw me off. And 2. They got part of my order wrong. I was gutted. I ordered some chicken but got some kinda southern fried coliflower!?!? It was to late to go back..lost 8 6 or 8 pounds with is about what the chicken would have cost me. Otherwise, this is an easy 5 stars Tip.check your food!!!!

Oh dear, what can i say. We went out on a Sunday evening for a simple, quick burger. After 40 minutes of waiting and my frustration levels rising fast, i decided to go into the kitchen where i was told they never received the ticket. I went to the bar to ask for my refund and explained why. The confused faces couldn't really work out what, why, where or even when. A distinctive smell of weed consumed the entire bar area. I don't really care about that kinda thing, but when it affects the work and the lack of ability to deal with YOUR paying public in a hospitality industry, then i would suggest there is possibly an issue that needs sorting. Nothing by the way of an apology, nor did we get a refund for the drinks because i was informed 'well thats a seperate business'!!!! The big lad (clearly a pal/hanger on) at the bar informed me i was missing out. So so many potential replies to that statement. Unfortunately, yet another memorable place to go in the city for all the wrong reasons. Zero care and zero customer services. Spoilt for choice these days with establishment's like these. It wasn't even busy in there. There was 1 other table behind us who had also clearly waited a long time. We left and went to McDonalds. We knew it would be rubbish, and it was. We did however get served, it was cheap and they were polite. What more can i say.

Nice vegan burger and spicy fries :) Food came quickly

First off my burger was burned to a Crisp and cold, after waiting an HOUR! The toilets was mouldy. Was charged £12 for a plain cheese burger. The loaded chips are literally melted fake cheese slices and also cold. Was recommended by a friend who said they was good but I can’t say the same. The service from the blonde girl was awful, she was rude and told us it was big one get one free then changed her mind as we wanted to takeaway. She then judged my order of a plain cheese burger. Music was very very loud, and the security guard was rude. Asked for ID without reason at 9pm and was rude about it. Was extremely overpriced. Would not recommend nor go back.

We tried the vegan burger, mother fupper burger and the kids cheeseburger plus some dirty fries. I would really not recommend this food to anyone, unfortunately one of the worst takeaways we have ever had. Very expensive, cheap chips that were undercooked, the pickled onion in the burgers did not go well and there was so much salt on the food that it was not edible. There was also no difference between the children’s and adults burgers.

MATE! That was FUPTASTIC! The veggie burgers and cauliflower wings in particular were out of this world!!! Special thanks to Sam and to Tom for looking after us so beautifully xx

I have been having burgers from here for a long time and have followed them wherever they have gone. Always great burgers. Full of filth and flavour. If you want a dirty burger packed with naughtiness then don’t go anywhere but FUPBURGER

Do not recommend for people with allergies. Having viewed the menu online I was quite confident they could cater for allergies. However after making a trip especially to visit and after making aware of allergen the response was - well how bad/ severe is the allergy if it's not bad you should be ok, but if its bad then best not to as we buy a lot of stuff in. Despite asking if perhaps they could check the ingredients of brought in stuff was again told best not to eat there if bad. Needless to say we left and had a thoroughly enjoyable burger at the Butchers Bhoy who can cater for allergens. Not sure if the guidelines of eat here if allergy is not severe or don't if is it actually falls under current legislation.

Great burgers! Shame I waited over an hour for my food (when I ordered stated it would take 30mins) only to receive the incorrect luke warm order. My main issue is the phone numbers listed on your Google business ad and ten bells website don’t work so no way to notify anyone to rectify. When the food costs this much it’s just not good enough.

I had a takeaway through Uber Eats. The burger had the potential to be decent with nice bacon and cheese but unfortunately the patties were overcooked, it was too well done for my taste and the outside of the burgers were crunchy. I had the spicy fries and they were stale, and the temperature was not hot, just really bad. Unfortunately, Uber Eats didn't take my complaint of the stale chips any further, which made an already troubled experience worse. I could tell that the ingredients are good and perhaps this was a one off bad order, but I'd really have to consider carefully ordering again when spending the kind of money that's being asked for. Could do better, it's all about the details.

A bit of a mixed experience. Ordered online. Came quick, hot, well-packed. The problem was we ordered 3 sets of fries - 1 spicy and 2 salted, instead we got it the other way around. Burgers. Fantastic. The bun, the veggie and meat patties, the sauce, all fantastic. Sides. We ordered halloumi fries to share and whilst the halloumi was delicious, the spiciness they put on top (the same stuff they put on the chips) isn't very pleasant. We tried 'skinning' the halloumi, to remove the spiciness, but with mixed and messy results. Speaking of that spice, it was very peculiar, kind of like the dust from an empty packet of Chilli Heatwave Doritoes. Again, not very appealing, and when I dropped a chip laden with spice onto the floor, the bright radioactive-looking orangey-red Dorito dust stained my carpet. Also, all the boxes our food came in were covered with spicy orange hand prints, not very appealing So yeah, certainly a lot to enjoy, they clearly know there Burgers, but definitely not a straight-forward experience. I never want to see that spice again.

Tom allowed us to have the Monday bogof deal as a takeaway due to being on duty emergency services, which was a lovely gesture. Used this twice now and they are the most decadent and tasty burgers I've ever had, even better than a Big kahuna burger washed down with a tasssty beverage. In a nutshell, tremendous.

Absolutely love this place! Burgers are next level. Best in Norwich by a mile. Everyone should try this. AND you’ll be contributing to the local economy instead of buying mr McDonald another mayback!!!

We ordered online today: the food arrived on time but it all tasted grossly of salt and lots of a vinegar taste. The veggie burger seemed to be lacking all of the parts that were advertised online. Both me and my partner feel quite unwell after. Really sad about this.

Turned up for lunch as the website advertised a lunch menu and the staff said the lunch menu was not available this was after walking past their chalkboard signage outside advertising their lunch menu once again. Very dissatisfied.

When FUP was at the Dog House, no trip to Norwich went without paying them a visit. And they really were the best burgers in Norwich! Since they've moved, they've become a bit... meh. They're not bad, but for the money they've dropped the ball. Everything has got smaller and less tasty, and the fries are always cold. The pub vibe is still good - the Ten Bells is a good host - but for £11.50 I'd want the fries included in the price to go back now. Or reinstate the burgers they were serving back in the glory days. Oh, and £1.75 for the sauce sides is bonkers. They're 50p-worth every day of the week.

I've been meaning to get here for Fuppin' ages, but finally made it. The burgers are close to being the best in Norwich, but everything (fries, halloumi, burgers) was over salted. Don't get me wrong I love salt and appreciate plenty seasoning, but someone was a bit heavy handed tonight!! Still 4 stars though! Imagine if there was just a little less salt, it'd be perfect!

Absolutely one of the best US-style gastro kitchens. They were solid through COVID but have really stepped up at Ten Bells. The wings were proper crispy/saucy buffalo, the buffalo cauliflower was great, the chicken burger was so crispy and the slaw was amazing. Sod Byron, get yourself to fup.

Lovely burger, no question. But £10 for it is a little steep. Perhaps include fries with it and not charge a further £4? But like a said, lovely burger.

Delicious flavoursome beef. Glazed rich bun with the perfect chew. Complimented by tang of pickled onions, decadent amount of cheese and a lovely sauce. Of course the bacon was spot on. Best burger in Norwich. Hot, delicious and everything you could want from a burger. Check these guys out you won’t regret it. The sides are also fantastic !
