Great place accommodating for dietary requirements, there’s a few vegan options on the menu. Quick and easy to order through screens inside the restaurant so no need to interact to anyone, just order and wait for your pizza. The vegan fungi and olive pizza was amazing, and the dough from another world - really nailed it!

We have been ordering from Fuoco’s almost weekly for a year now. We always collect as we are outside of the delivery zone, which we have no issue with. Over the past month, our orders have been 20-30 minutes late, which is disappointing when you’re left standing in the restaurant. Whilst the people in store are apologetic, it keeps happening. Hopefully normal service resumes soon!

Pizza is always cold which is pretty annoying. The food generally is good but they need to find a way to either keep it warm or only finish cooking when the rest of the order is complete. Dine in may be better but it’s not really a “restaurant”

Pizza was nice, a bit liquidy/oily (although haven’t had this issue with past orders). However, the arancini were very disappointing, they seemed like frozen ones you’d get from the supermarket- clearly not handmade as no breadcrumb and didn’t even have rice inside? Just tasted like some kind of cheesy bites you’d get from McDonald’s. Can’t fault the delivery/service

I just can’t understand, when you read the order and what customer required to remove something because I’m allergic and payed extra for something else , why are you not doing that ? I just tried to call them 3 times and no one answered , so they don’t care about theirs customers . I just throw it away , and spend money for no reason . Never again .

Paid for extra ingredients that were missed off my order. Not a big deal but the principle applies. Apart from that, amazing pizza.

Honestly, this is the best pizza I have ever had! We get it delivered to High Cross and it always comes quickly and hot. Ingredients are incredibly fresh and the variety of pizzas are fantastic. I would love to list some stand out items but we honestly love all the pizzas. Whatever you get, you won’t be disappointed. It is worth paying a little bit more for a substantially better pizza.

Try and get two for one, their system malfunctions, then told I need to be refunded and to pay again but wait 48 hours for my refund - if I want the two for one. Yeah, big brain stuff

Since we discovered Fuocos it is the only place we will get pizza from. Every ingredient is quality and it shows. The only other place we have had pizza this good was in Italy!

The pizza is absolutely FANTASTIC💯 Such good quality and cooked to perfection. It is the best, most authentic pizza I’ve tasted outside of Italy, brilliantly made in a wood fired oven. The dough is heavenly and the sauce and toppings work so well together. The pizza base was thin with a slight crispy crust to old everything together (just how I like it), and they were very generous with the toppings (the sign of a good pizza!). To top it off, the owners are very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with our order. Most people order their pizzas to-go, but the interior is clean and modern and there is plenty of room to sit in and eat. Overall, the best pizza I’ve had in a long time and will now be my go to. Can’t wait to come back here and try the other pizzas on the menu - the burrata also took my fancy.

So authentic. The bases are just so italian. The vegetarian cauliflower shawama had one of the best toppings I've ever had. Lovely caring staff. Could do with a few umbrellas outside just to give a bit of italian café feel. Has the feel of a takeaway but its a great eat in!

Was looking for a Good Pizza place while I stayed in Wares for a week, and there are a lot of pizza places around the area. So I checked reviews and this place had the highest and best ratings, Then I decided to ask some locals, and 9 out of 10 of them recommended this place, So I decide to go. I went in greeted to order a counter, or from there kiosk machine, so I order for Dine in and the machine, pepperoni pizza was one of THE best pizza’s I can say I had in my whole life. I was sitting there just trying to reflect on a lot of places I tried…. And I came along way from home to add a place like this in my top 5 Pizza places. Pizza was thin with a slight crispy crust to old everything together. The Sauce was perfectly balance with the cheese WILL defiantly return, I have to bring my friends to try this as well. 9.6/10

Best pizza place you will get can’t wait for more to open across London

I had a pepperoni which was good and it was cooked perfectly my friend is vegan though so ordered the marinara one which is basically a pizza base with sauce on and sadly his was overcooked and burned in places also it lacked much in the way of sauce. We paid £16 for the medium pepperoni and £14 for the large marinara which is very expensive I thought. The other pizza places I’ve tried also use fresh Italian ingredients but they manage to keep the pizza affordable still so that’s not a great explanation for the high prices. Both these pizzas would be around £10 or less all around London so because of this we won’t be eating there again

Great Pizza as ever, sadly now they have introduced a delivery charge and have changed the once amazing arancini balls from what were lovely hand breaded deliciousness, to now what can only be described as little orange balls with the same unatural looking coating you would expect to see on cheesy bites or something equally grim from Iceland (a genuine decline in quality). What was once a go-to choice for a great takeaway, will likely be a harder descision now.

best pizza i’ve EVER had!!!! authentic italian, the dough is heavenly and the sauce and toppings are all amazing! such good quality and cooked to perfection. i also have a bit of a weird pizza order that most places usually get wrong, however Fuoco’s got it perfect the first time without me having to phone or anything! incredible for vegans too! i will always be getting my pizza from here.

Ordered Friday night takeaway - shortly after placing the order, we received a phonecall from Fuoco’s apologising that they’d had an issue with their online ordering system and the order would be a little late. It arrived only 5 minutes after the window we’d originally ordered for, and was absolutely delicious, as always. I know it’s on the pricier side but absolutely worth it in my opinion. And we really appreciated the open communication about a possible delay! Thank you :)

Lovely pizza, good deals on the app and clean environment to eat in should you choose to (same price either way if ordered on the app). Came here for a bank holiday treat and was not disappointed! I'm so happy they do bubble tea. The screen showing when your order will be ready is great too and they had a great playlist on. We will be back

Ordered for takeaway using their screens. Great tech concept. Ordered 2 pizzas for takeaway. Went for a wander whilst they were prepared (20 minutes). Disappointed to find that my pizza was burnt and overcooked when we got home. Cheese was tough and leathery and had pooled into an orange mess. Aubergine was burnt to a crisp. On the other hand, my partners pizza was lovely and cooked to perfection. Not sure what has happened, inconsistencies in oven temp? Or just left in too long? Disappointed after hearing great reviews and paying above average London prices. However, staff were friendly upon collection, but I would definitely check my pizza in store before leaving to take it home in the future.

Grabbed a takeaway pizza on a 2 for 1 offer. Ordered a customised margarita and a truffle and mushroom. The smell of the truffle one wad amazing and had us drooling in the car. The pizzas were really good and service was quick. Definitely having more

Never thought I would say this but too much cheese on my margarita, had to scrap it off!! Pizza base and tomato sauce, were perfection though.

The dough was perfect. crispy on bottom, toppings to edge and soft and light on the top. Perfect tartufo truffle oil pizza. The best ingredients. Seriously I did not expect to find the best pizza outside Italy, in Ware, of all places. The master Italian chef from palermo is very knowledgeable about the ingredients and is passionate about his pizza. Perfect.

We’ve had several pizzas from Fuoco’s now and every one has been delicious. With their Two for Tuesday deals, it makes the decision of having a midweek treat that bit easier. Delivery times have always been super quick, the quickest we’ve had is 8mins from placement of order to the door bell ringing… awesome service, the delivery guys are really friendly too! The passion and commitment to produce the best pizza around, really stands out, Fuoco’s knock spots off of any other pizzeria in the area. Thanks for such excellent service.

This Italian chef here loves pizza so much he got it tattood. God this was great. Truffle Mayo for the crusts too. And bubble tea too. We even brought the dog in and he may have got a little bit of tasty toppings too. Outstanding proper Italian pizza.

Frankly, the best pizza I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of pizzas in my time!! Delicious, high-quality toppings and the base of the pizza was perfect, in every way. The chef, Maurizio from Sicily, took the time to come and ask me how I liked the pizza, which was a nice touch. I had the Dolce & Piccante, which was spicy but sweet. It was a taste sensation and I told him so. I asked Maurizio where the sweetness was coming from. He told me the secret, which is ingenious. But I won't spoil the surprise for you. Go taste it for yourself!! I also tried a slice of a Marinara pizza, which my friend had and that was also delicious. A simple pizza but the depth of flavour in the tomato sauce was simply divine.

Well, I have always wanted to try this pizza but was until today a bit hesitant due to the price, especially now when we are living a financial crisis. Nevertheless, throughout their app I ordered the two for Tuesday and “oh my god” it was worth the wait. Unbelievable tasty dough, which was crispy, not soggy and the charcoal bits which are necessary for a good Italian pizza. Cannot say less about the sauce, and the ingredients were fresh as hell, even the pepperoni tasted like nothing else in this country. Well, I do recommend it.

Best pizza ever! My family have been raving about Fuoco's ever since they opened, and now I can see why. The pizza's are just fantastic! Also great choice, very friendly staff, wonderful looking flame oven, really nice interior and the funky wall-mounted computer screens are really fun (my little niece loves ordering from the "robot"!). I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone.

The worst service I’ve had, a complete joke do not sown your money here..

Visited here recently after seeing it when shopping at the neighbouring bakery. So glad we did, fantastic place, great service, really good flavourful pizza, great atmosphere, friendly, helpful sweet staff, easy ordering, great choices of pizza you can see them cooking, pizzas were so fresh and hot and tasted amazing, we loved it, we will be back. So disappointed. The pizza is very expensive and dough is below average (cheap flour and bad rising) The design of the place is great and I was expecting a great or at least good pizza because of the price but we had such a bad experience.
