Try and get two for one, their system malfunctions, then told I need to be refunded and to pay again but wait 48 hours for my refund - if I want the two for one. Yeah, big brain stuff

As ever, brilliant pizza. The best pizza in Ware. We’re lucky to have Fuoco’s in our town!

Since we discovered Fuocos it is the only place we will get pizza from. Every ingredient is quality and it shows. The only other place we have had pizza this good was in Italy!

Delicious pizza, very friendly staff

The pizza is absolutely FANTASTIC💯 Such good quality and cooked to perfection. It is the best, most authentic pizza I’ve tasted outside of Italy, brilliantly made in a wood fired oven. The dough is heavenly and the sauce and toppings work so well together. The pizza base was thin with a slight crispy crust to old everything together (just how I like it), and they were very generous with the toppings (the sign of a good pizza!). To top it off, the owners are very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with our order. Most people order their pizzas to-go, but the interior is clean and modern and there is plenty of room to sit in and eat. Overall, the best pizza I’ve had in a long time and will now be my go to. Can’t wait to come back here and try the other pizzas on the menu - the burrata also took my fancy.

So authentic. The bases are just so italian. The vegetarian cauliflower shawama had one of the best toppings I've ever had. Lovely caring staff. Could do with a few umbrellas outside just to give a bit of italian café feel. Has the feel of a takeaway but its a great eat in!

Hit all the right spots, was a little late and the still got the pizzas ready for us to enjoy. It was lovely thank you!

Was looking for a Good Pizza place while I stayed in Wares for a week, and there are a lot of pizza places around the area. So I checked reviews and this place had the highest and best ratings, Then I decided to ask some locals, and 9 out of 10 of them recommended this place, So I decide to go. I went in greeted to order a counter, or from there kiosk machine, so I order for Dine in and the machine, pepperoni pizza was one of THE best pizza’s I can say I had in my whole life. I was sitting there just trying to reflect on a lot of places I tried…. And I came along way from home to add a place like this in my top 5 Pizza places. Pizza was thin with a slight crispy crust to old everything together. The Sauce was perfectly balance with the cheese WILL defiantly return, I have to bring my friends to try this as well. 9.6/10

I had a pepperoni which was good and it was cooked perfectly my friend is vegan though so ordered the marinara one which is basically a pizza base with sauce on and sadly his was overcooked and burned in places also it lacked much in the way of sauce. We paid £16 for the medium pepperoni and £14 for the large marinara which is very expensive I thought. The other pizza places I’ve tried also use fresh Italian ingredients but they manage to keep the pizza affordable still so that’s not a great explanation for the high prices. Both these pizzas would be around £10 or less all around London so because of this we won’t be eating there again

Great Pizza as ever, sadly now they have introduced a delivery charge and have changed the once amazing arancini balls from what were lovely hand breaded deliciousness, to now what can only be described as little orange balls with the same unatural looking coating you would expect to see on cheesy bites or something equally grim from Iceland (a genuine decline in quality). What was once a go-to choice for a great takeaway, will likely be a harder descision now.

best pizza i’ve EVER had!!!! authentic italian, the dough is heavenly and the sauce and toppings are all amazing! such good quality and cooked to perfection. i also have a bit of a weird pizza order that most places usually get wrong, however Fuoco’s got it perfect the first time without me having to phone or anything! incredible for vegans too! i will always be getting my pizza from here.

Ordered Friday night takeaway - shortly after placing the order, we received a phonecall from Fuoco’s apologising that they’d had an issue with their online ordering system and the order would be a little late. It arrived only 5 minutes after the window we’d originally ordered for, and was absolutely delicious, as always. I know it’s on the pricier side but absolutely worth it in my opinion. And we really appreciated the open communication about a possible delay! Thank you :)

Lovely pizza, good deals on the app and clean environment to eat in should you choose to (same price either way if ordered on the app). Came here for a bank holiday treat and was not disappointed! I'm so happy they do bubble tea. The screen showing when your order will be ready is great too and they had a great playlist on. We will be back

Ordered for takeaway using their screens. Great tech concept. Ordered 2 pizzas for takeaway. Went for a wander whilst they were prepared (20 minutes). Disappointed to find that my pizza was burnt and overcooked when we got home. Cheese was tough and leathery and had pooled into an orange mess. Aubergine was burnt to a crisp. On the other hand, my partners pizza was lovely and cooked to perfection. Not sure what has happened, inconsistencies in oven temp? Or just left in too long? Disappointed after hearing great reviews and paying above average London prices. However, staff were friendly upon collection, but I would definitely check my pizza in store before leaving to take it home in the future.

Grabbed a takeaway pizza on a 2 for 1 offer. Ordered a customised margarita and a truffle and mushroom. The smell of the truffle one wad amazing and had us drooling in the car. The pizzas were really good and service was quick. Definitely having more

Never thought I would say this but too much cheese on my margarita, had to scrap it off!! Pizza base and tomato sauce, were perfection though.

The dough was perfect. crispy on bottom, toppings to edge and soft and light on the top. Perfect tartufo truffle oil pizza. The best ingredients. Seriously I did not expect to find the best pizza outside Italy, in Ware, of all places. The master Italian chef from palermo is very knowledgeable about the ingredients and is passionate about his pizza. Perfect.

We’ve had several pizzas from Fuoco’s now and every one has been delicious. With their Two for Tuesday deals, it makes the decision of having a midweek treat that bit easier. Delivery times have always been super quick, the quickest we’ve had is 8mins from placement of order to the door bell ringing… awesome service, the delivery guys are really friendly too! The passion and commitment to produce the best pizza around, really stands out, Fuoco’s knock spots off of any other pizzeria in the area. Thanks for such excellent service.

This Italian chef here loves pizza so much he got it tattood. God this was great. Truffle Mayo for the crusts too. And bubble tea too. We even brought the dog in and he may have got a little bit of tasty toppings too. Outstanding proper Italian pizza.

Frankly, the best pizza I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of pizzas in my time!! Delicious, high-quality toppings and the base of the pizza was perfect, in every way. The chef, Maurizio from Sicily, took the time to come and ask me how I liked the pizza, which was a nice touch. I had the Dolce & Piccante, which was spicy but sweet. It was a taste sensation and I told him so. I asked Maurizio where the sweetness was coming from. He told me the secret, which is ingenious. But I won't spoil the surprise for you. Go taste it for yourself!! I also tried a slice of a Marinara pizza, which my friend had and that was also delicious. A simple pizza but the depth of flavour in the tomato sauce was simply divine.

Pizzas are unbelievable and well worth the money, staff are really friendly and pleasant, would highly recommend and the ice creams are a must have!!!

Well, I have always wanted to try this pizza but was until today a bit hesitant due to the price, especially now when we are living a financial crisis. Nevertheless, throughout their app I ordered the two for Tuesday and “oh my god” it was worth the wait. Unbelievable tasty dough, which was crispy, not soggy and the charcoal bits which are necessary for a good Italian pizza. Cannot say less about the sauce, and the ingredients were fresh as hell, even the pepperoni tasted like nothing else in this country. Well, I do recommend it.

Best pizza ever! My family have been raving about Fuoco's ever since they opened, and now I can see why. The pizza's are just fantastic! Also great choice, very friendly staff, wonderful looking flame oven, really nice interior and the funky wall-mounted computer screens are really fun (my little niece loves ordering from the "robot"!). I'd recommend this to anyone and everyone.

The worst service I’ve had, a complete joke do not sown your money here..

Visited here recently after seeing it when shopping at the neighbouring bakery. So glad we did, fantastic place, great service, really good flavourful pizza, great atmosphere, friendly, helpful sweet staff, easy ordering, great choices of pizza you can see them cooking, pizzas were so fresh and hot and tasted amazing, we loved it, we will be back. Keep up the great work, thank you.

So disappointed. The pizza is very expensive and dough is below average (cheap flour and bad rising) The design of the place is great and I was expecting a great or at least good pizza because of the price but we had such a bad experience.

I have ordered a pizza deal (a pizza, a starter and a drink) but I have not realised there is no delivery, just a collection. I have phoned the place to ask if there is any possibility for delivery as I am unable to leave for collection. Unfortunately there wasn't and I thought I had just spent money for nothing. Two days later, without any expectations, I have been called by Fuoco's and they suggested to give me a refund or redo my order for any time I wish. That made my day! They even threw in an extra dessert. I have to say that the kindness I have received and the fact their pizzas are absolutely delicious (really good dough and high quality toppings)... That made my Friday much much better. Once again: Thank you!

Cannot recommend this place enough. My new go to pizza. Butternut squash and broccolini is unreal 👌🏼 Staff are always lovely and friendly too!

Look I understand how pricing , rent, bills etc work and that you have to cover your over heads and staff. But it's a poor man's food as it was designed to be. Charging £18 for a mediocre pizza with basic toppings is just pathetic and greedy. I know food, my family are Italian restaurant owners. I know pizza. And in the current financial climate this country is in.... nope. Not spending £52 on 3 basic pizzas ever again. Drop the prices and stop acting like you're in Shoreditch.

We received outstanding world class service from all staff here last week, they really do go out of their way to make all customers happy and welcome. We had such a nice warm welcome from the team! Finding such great staff is rare and I hope the owners keep hold of them. They even made a smaller 9" pizza for me as I wasn't particularly too hungry on the day. Thank you so much and we will be returning again soon!

Pizza at its best. Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans as well as catering for the carnivores. The desserts are tasty too.

I love the simplicity of this place, the staff are amazing and the tastes are good...Love the 2-4-1 Tuesday as I get to taste different types of pizzas...still haven't decided which one is my favorite.

Delivery was super fast. Reason for 4 stars..I ordered roquette as an extra that I paid for but it was not added, but the pizza was still delicious… maybe they can give the extra pound I paid to the delivery driver😁

Perception vs reality. More focus on the Chicke n Shawarma.... where is the chicken? 2 slices had nothing and in total the whole pizza had approx 10/12 bits of chicken. If you look at the promo pic off their own website it's world's apart. What I will say is what was there on both pizzas was very very tasty. However over priced given the lack of toppings. Given the likes of Fratellis as one example I will struggle to return for a 2nd order.

This is a new place in the town and it is the best pizza I’ve had for a while. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and helped me with the order. I also spoke with Angel who was very friendly and took the time to ask me how my day was which I thought was a nice touch. Typically Italian thin style pizza - I’ve had pizza in Italy and couldn’t tell the difference. They’ve really done a great job in getting the taste and texture right. I usually go for a meaty pizza but just had to go for the Porcini & Tartufo which had truffle, mushrooms and blue cheese - all of which I love. Very clean inside and plenty of room to sit in and eat. Can’t wait to try the other pizzas on the menu, will be back soon!

Real authentic pizza, friendly staff.

Way too expensive for what it is. Dough was ok but average at best but most importantly the toppings were the cheapest possible. No table service, ordering digitally, eating from boxes, no cups for canned drinks, clean after yourself more like cheap take out. Therefore, in conclusion £16 for average dough pizza with bottom shelf toppings is a no go for me. Many other places around where you can eat better, sit down, have 3 pizzas with 3 drinks with table service and proper atmosphere for £50 ( family of 3). Felt very disappointed never back again.

Unbelievable pizza - perfectly cooked and the app and service is spot on.

(EDIT) - after management got in touch I have revised my original 3 star review. One of the senior management team, Phil, very swiftly reached out, in an effort to rectify the issue and show how good the food could be. And it did not disappoint this time. The difference was night and day. Very soft fluffy dough with lots of tasty toppings! The response, generosity and commitment to customer care and service has proven to be very much above and beyond. I’m now very happy to offer this place a solid 5 stars! Unfortunately I couldn’t give this more than 3 stars. Once we got our vegan shwarma pizza home, there was no aubergine puree, no parsley and no pomegranate molasses. Which is very disappointing considering the high price of just one pizza. We didn’t return as we were just too hungry. It’s a shame that small errors like this are happening so soon after opening. The Arancini were REALLY nice, absolutely delicious!! And I love the compostable packaging, ethical and thoughtful. The pizza dough itself is decent enough and it tastes nice, but for such an expensive pizza I was expecting something a bit above and beyond, the topping are a bit meagre too, though the bits we did have tasted nice. However you get a better and larger pizza from Zero for a lower price. I don’t see them staying open for long if this is as good as it gets. I will stick with Zero’s from now on I think.

Oh my God This food is Heavenly. I had the Porcini & Tartufo pizza 🍕 😋 It was the best pizza I've eaten in a long while. Hubby had a meaty, spicy pizza (not sure which one exactly), but he thoroughly enjoyed his too. Absolutely no grease, plenty of toppings and packed with incredible flavours. Fuoco's Pizza is a winner 🏆. Definitely our new favourite. I'm going to try the Di Capra pizza next time x

Negatives- Ready late, cold, very oily, poor customer service, expensive for what it is. Positives- Good dough, nice taste.

Used Fuoco’s pizza for the first time tonight and I can’t recommend enough, great pizza and the meatballs for a starter were so good, super friendly staff, I won’t be going anywhere else !!

Pizza was amazing, staff were so friendly. Walked in 1 min before closing and they accommodated me so kindly. Will definitely be back!!
