Last month April 2024, I had my 60th party with family and friends, With over 50 guests! Everything was great except for that very rude manager Amita. Had a couple of issues with her that evening and I’ve never experienced such rudeness from a manager in a restaurant ever in my life. She called the bouncers over as I refused to pay the full tip! I already paid half and wanted to pay cash direct to the waiters who’d looked after us!

Rubbish Worst food in the world Very inedible food Over burnt chilli panner and harab barab kebab had no taste in it. Dont waste your money.

We came here for the first time based on recommendations. The food was really tasty and good value for money and portion size. Would highly recommend the thunder wings. However, charging £3.50 for onion salad, which contained one onion, 3 chilli's, and a lemon is daylight robbery. If I was to buy a bag from m&s of red onions, this would cost me £1.35. Most Indian restaurants in the area give you free onion salad on the side, and you can normally ask for more.

very very bad attitude security two man had they was pushing about 10 to 12 years girls and they had very bad language also they was arguing with few old people group to also they through drink on some customers was drinking out side club also they push him and looking like they both security wants to fight with someone if they really wanted to fight they should go on ring not show them power on weak customers and childrens and old people.

Food not good no taste would not be going again Atmosphere good but to loud in evening staff a bit rude

Come I. You just can’t serve food like this. Disgusting and looked like you use stuff that’s had enough to cook. Quality absolutely poor. Service poor. Manager who apologised knocked £8 off which is an absolute insult. We know costs have gone up but dose not mean you serve cheap crap food which was all like ward / cold worst place in London over ever experienced. Yes we left very very quickly and for a Saturday night the place was not busy at all and you serve your customers that rubbish ?? It’s just not on. As a business owner I’d be embarrassed to even charge anything at all yet you knowing it was crap you served. Never ever would I step foot in your place ever again and certainly would not recommend to anyone. You’d think with all the competition you have around you, you’d make a decent effort. I wouldn’t seriously feed my enemy that rubbish. This is my genuine honest review for our experience we had. Sorry is just not good enough.

Excellent service and good quality food and drinks. Staff were awesome, regularly making sure we were okay, even though is was busy. Beautiful setting and great atmosphere with a dj who played the perfect selection to suit the mood.

the cocktails are brilliant, lots of variety on the drinks menu food in here absolutely rubbish, my local fish &chipa have more flavour and spicey than food in here, look like the chef lost all the taste , look like its cooked by a microwave chef.

Food was pretty decent, however their customer service is terrible, very rude management who refuse to help when needed. Got fined for parking on their property whilst being in their premises in October and when manager was informed she just said i’ll deal with it. It’s now January, and still not been dealt with. Received a court order instead. Had to pay the fine despite being a customer on the day (with proof of receipt). Really need to improve on their hospitality service as that is what the business is. No answer received from management to this day.

Placed an order for delivery and waited for nearly 2 hours. Called the restaurant countless times but no answer. When i finally got through, spoke to a female member of staff who needs to go on a customer service course. She was rude, impolite and least bothered about addressing concerns raised as a paying customer. Staff like that are a major reason why restaurants lose customers. Her unprofessional attitude spoilt the experience even before the food came. Food not that good either. Far better options in the area that are cheaper, tastier and of better quality. Won't be back and will won't recommend it either! Lost us and mu family and friends as customers. Great going!

Had a table booked for 9.30 for 6 of us for a family members birthday. We arrived at 9.30 and was told our table would be a little wait which was fine, it ended up being over ten minutes and we were stood in the middle at the door blocking everyone passing which wasn’t great as we felt really uncomfortable with people staring at us but it was raining so couldn’t stand outside! We asked if we could grab a drink but was told no, yet there was people sitting drinking at the bar, but not the end of the world, no problem. We were then seated right next to the toilets (not a very pleasant table in my opinion) but nonetheless we were finally seated. 20 minutes later no one had come to us to take our order for drinks which was a fairly long wait when people we’re receiving drinks fairly often. In the end we approached the bar and ordered our drinks, finally three of them had turned up but two of our table were waiting another 15 minutes for their £20 bottle of wine (which was an awful cheap bottle) so I wouldn’t suggest choosing the wine especially for the price it is. Having said that I approached the waiter letting him know we really wasn’t happy that our guests still hadn’t received there drinks. He was sincere and at this point we was 45 minutes into our evening and all just wanted to leave as we had finished our drinks and some of our party still didn’t have theirs. So I told him and he dealt with us very well and comped our first round of drinks that we had drunk, we then ordered and said we will give it another chance if the wait for food isn’t going to be ridiculously long. It wasn’t, food came out and putting aside the start to our evening the food was beautiful. Everything was eaten and everyone at our table said they enjoyed their meal. So genuinely can’t fault the food. The masala chips were lovely! The chicken tikka very tasty and the butter chicken also. So overall, yes I would recommend popping in (maybe not on a weekend evening especially as they seem to be very busy at these times which is where the service slacked). We left a tip and thanked the waiter for the lovely food but left straight after which is a shame as our plan was to spend the evening but with how manic it all seemed we didn’t want to spend all night waiting for drinks the way we initially had to wait which wasn’t very ideal especially as we was out for someone’s birthday. So maybe have extra staff or waiters who can cover the areas a little better to stop the service being as slow as it was as the food was superb. So yes 10/10 for the food service just wasn’t great

I went there first time with family. service is so good plus food is delicious their kebabs are so soft and tender we ordered veg and non veg platters biryani and bhuna lamb all food is so tasty and delicious definitely visit again and strongly recommend this place. oh yes one thing forgot to mention price is bit too high we went on eat in help out scheme still remaining bill was high

First time visit since the new refurbishment for breakfast. The decor is amazing...simple, chic and modern. The breakfast was delicious, in particular the poached egg with smashed avocado on sourdough. Its very refreshing to finally have breakfast like this locally. The presentation of the food was creative and inviting. I will definitely be going back to try the rest of the breakfast menu xx

This establishment opened recently after refurbishment. Was shut for approx 2 weeks and yesterday went for meal with friends. Was disappointed ☹️ with the food having been regular with friends during lunch. Chicken curry was very bland few of the assortment was served cold and had to send back for the fresh like naan and roti. Masala tea was good but they should also make provision for latte.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as we went as group of 7. we had two young kids and they were kept entertained. Food was great and served hot. We had good vegetaran options. They did firework display as well.
