Fullers in Stockport

one portion of my fries were missing, also when the driver arrived at my block he refused to come up to my door so I had to leave my children to go down and get it. Driver was poor, food was decent

**Update 25.02.22** Ownership has reverted back to the same people who had it previously so food back to being not so good unfortunately. **Update** Since my original review (below) there seems to have been a change in ownership/management & the food & service has vastly improved. Salt & Pepper Chicken pieces were great & so was the Chicken with Green Pepper & Black Bean sauce. Let's hope it continues. "This place used to be great offering freshly prepared tasty food. Nowadays it's a different story. They seem to favour using less meat, prawns etc & throw a lot of veg in. Cheap ingredients but inflated prices. Hot & sour soup had 3 shrimps in & not a single piece of anything resembling meat. Far too many bamboo shoots. It tasted like vinegar. Probably didn't help that the delivery driver & the person behind the counter were having a blazing row in full view of the waiting customers at the time of ordering. Canton in Bredbury far superior. Worth the extra journey time. Agree with other comments regarding the fish & chips too. Awful. Will be avoiding in future."

The food took a lot longer than you would expect for a takeaway that is only down the road, it would take me ten minutes to get there if I were to WALK SLOWLY ! I've ordered from takeaways a LOT further away that have got here in half the time. The worst thing with tonight's meal though, is that I ordered Strawberry Cheesecake for a family member to eat who wouldn't be having any of the other food. Not only was the cheesecake portion small ...it was FROZEN SOLID !! I have pictures of how it arrived, and how it is after it's been at my house for over an hour. ( sent with this review). My food took 45 minutes from ordering to arriving.... add another hour, and it's STILL FROZEN!!! When you order something like that, you expect to be able to eat it straight away... not tomorrow morning ! £2.54 for a small slice of a cheesecake that's frozen solid !!! I'm fuming !! It's not like I can stick it in the microwave to defrost, because it has cream on top ( that's frozen too !). This place was lucky I tried them again after the farce last time when they accepted the order, accepted the payment and then sent us a message to tell us they were CLOSED and would refund the money in 5 working days ! £18 and I had to wait 5 days to be bale to get my money back for a service they didn't provide, meaning I had no spare money to buy elsehwere.... evening RUINED. II'M NEVER AGAIN GOING TO USE THIS TAKEAWAY, AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO STEER CLEAR TOO!

This takeaway shop has a lot of portions and tastes very good, much better than other places

Today I was served by Joanne honestly she is amazing,so professional and friendly,I really fancied pepperoni pizza to which they had none left but were about to put some in if I didn’t mind waiting,absolutely not at all,Joanne asked me if I needed a drink or anything nothing was too much trouble,I’ve been working away,just back today and because I missed the Greggs pizza my first pit stop was a Greggs and it certainly didn’t disappoint and was worth the wait,thank you!
