This place needs investigation 🤒🤒 What’s in the food. Why does mine taste funny and my friend’s don’t. We ordered the same thing. What’s going on? Never again.

I ordered a big meal for my daughter birthday. X2 xl pizza 1 whole peri chicken,x2 14 wings and chips and 5 pieces of chicken and chips. They have a great offer on collection for the wings and chicken. Just wanted to say thank you brother everyone loved the food. Fresh wings and chicken and pizza was delicious.

Order it today for first time, and i was shocked. Try one of deals for two, 9” pizza, 2x chips, 2x chicken burgers, 2x spicy wings and 2x cans of drinks and all it was around 13£. Soooo tasty and fresh cooked food, portions of chips and burgers superb. 100% highly recommending 💪💪💪💪 keep it in same way guys ☝️☝️☝️☝️

I ordered from them, but I received 30 minutes later on agreed time. When I called to resolve the issue, the man on the phone was rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and arrogant. He tried to bully us into backing down, and when that didn't work, he hung up on my wife. The clear location is mentioned in the order but the guy on the phone shouting on me for the location of the delivery point.The customer service was terrible and disrespectful. I strongly recommend avoiding this ridiculous service, as their attitude toward paying customers is appalling and will only lead to frustration.

Good quality food at reasonable price.

The worst experience ever. We got the wrong item in our meal and less quantity . Staff saying so many excuses which doesn’t make any sense that was totally unacceptable. When we called the staff who served the meal, he was humming while we were explaining to him and he was trying to fool us .

They will tamper with your food to a point of poisoning it if they do not like you, and they will do that to have you avoid going back there. THAT BLACK SHORT INDIAN GUY AT THE FRONT DESK REALLY PUT POISON IN OUR FOOD just because he don’t like serving us. He kept getting my order wrong and serving me the complete opposite of what I asked for. I later realised that he was doing that to get me to react so he can kick me out. He then proceeded to waste my time by having me wait while he keep serving others who’d just walked in before me. They had me waiting on a deliver for over 3hours after I paid £32 for a vegetarian pizza and they sent me a plain cheese pizza. This was all done by purpose. They tried to kill me and my son by pouring bleach in our food. The black short Indian guy was begging me to not report it to police telling me “I’m a student, this is my only job to provide” he was on his knees panicking and begging me before he took the poisonous food that he’d just served me and my 2year old and disappeared to the back with it for a good 10 minutes before he came back telling his partner (who was so nice by the way) to tell him to shut up in their language. If I did not have videos of that whole incident NO ONE WOULD’VE BELIEVED ME. I’m so glad that the council is finally doing something about it. The guy with the long hair at the back (made it very clear that he had nothing to do with it as he was in the back) he then told me that the chips do taste like bleach and begged me to not get him involved as he would never do such thing AND I BELIEVE HIM. I had to take my time before I actually comment on here. The fact that BLEACH was added to my food that I consumed with my 2year old, had me so shook that I had no choice but to get the council involved. I’m glad that I videoed the whole thing and forwarded it to the council. I’m still waiting for them to review this and get back to me, because I cannot let it go (THAT GUY REALLY TRIED TO KILL ME AND MY SON) and then proceeded to act oblivious which is what ticked me off the most.

The place is disgusting. They are disgusting. Hygienically, they are just nasty. The place and the equipment used are not washed and cleaned properly. They are rude and very disrespectful. They pick and choose who they want as clients, and due to that, they treat most of the people who go there like dirt. They will get your order wrong ON PURPOSE, and they will even put bleach on your food simply because they don't want you around. They are racist and very careless. The council should take a look at this place because it's a hazard to the community. The black indian boy/man will go to jail if he carries on pouring bleach on people's food. He tried to kill me and my 2 year old son JUST BECAUSE he doesn't like black people. I do not lie in my reviews. It took me a while to even want to write this because I'm still dealing with this issue with the council who are still reviewing the videos I sent to them. The people who actually own this shop have no clue what that old man boy is doing in that shop. He was begging me to forgive him for poisoning our food. Telling me that "I'm a student please it was a mistake I will never do this again" he then proceeded to tell me this is the only job he has to provide for himself while he goes to school. I asked him what was in the child that was poisoned and if I could have it back for testing. He took poisonous food and disappeared in the back for a good 10 minutes before coming back, telling his other partner to be quiet in their language. Most people who go to this shop have the same similar issues with that particular person. He is a nasty individual, and he is not fit for this job. He is ignorant and arrogant and feel entitled to treat black people like he is better than them. That sense of pride of feeling like my life is worth less than his was the reason why he put poison in our food.

Ordered once,not only that I found something like a hair in my food ,I had a very bad acid reflux after for about two days,im being texted every other day and I've tried to opt out but its trying to charge me to do it,seriously? Wish I never called them in the first place,I do not recommend...

Bombarded with daily text messages after one order. Tried opting out and blocking the number, even phoned to complain. But still loads of text messages. Will never use again. Food average, and their hygiene rating is only 3.5 stars

My husband loves ordering from this place through just eat , they are open for lunch or dinner, which is dangerous to your bank account lol. But always a great service, love the chicken burgers and wraps

There is nothing else in the area so stuck with it. Food is ok. But everything is terrible. In 1 year owner changed 3 times. The floor needs a good mop very sticky floor. The tables needs a quick wipe. Very dark inside all they need is changing some light bulb. In 10 mins I was there the guy was constantly on the phone so great customs service. 1 guy running the whole shop when I went in. The menu says one price and the guy says another price. Only god know how they still open.

Always gone here never had an issue before. Chicken was dry and cold. Guy heated it up in the fryer instead of cooking fresh. Chips were under cooked as well

Ordered food from here and after over a hour the food came with half of it missing, when I phoned them they said they would deliver after another 60 I phoned back to see what was happening. I was told if I wanted another burger I would have to pay again, the staff member was very rude and would ot listen. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was away!! It was my mums birthday treat and will never recommend them or us them again very very disappointed

Ordered on Thursday night as seen in pictures we were not impressed phoned up they told us someone would come and collect after we phoned a second time they told us to bin it they would replace it and be in touch on Sunday we phoned again they knew nothing I said our chicken wasn't cooked they said it happens with new people which is not acceptable in my opinion if your cooking food it should be done right they said they would resend it fully cooked I also added a pizza and fries to my original order which I thought should have been complimentary but they said no I went ahead and placed the order I phoned back to make sure I had chicken strips instead of wings for the manger then to phone me to tell me it was impossible for the chicken on Thursday to me uncooked which I told him if thay had of come collect it they would have seen for themselves not my fault they then delivered my food charged me £15 for pizza and chips pizza was cold and half it stuck to the box and the family platter was missing a chips and salad I told him I was not paying £15 as I was not happy he told me a was speaking to him rude I apologised and told him a was so annoyed as this was the second time and he was still making excuses for it he then told me not to phone him when I was short of money this is not the cause as money isn't a issue as I tried to give the delivery driver the full amount as u could imagine I was annoyed he was lovely and left with £5 I will never order or recommend this place that I have ordered from for years ever again

Best chicken shop in kingsthorpe. Walk past the KFC, ignore their propaganda, go here, it's much better.

Ordered a spicy bean burger expecting it to be a vegetarian option... it wasn't. It was a beef patty with baked beans and cheese. i couldn't eat it. Hopefully sometime in the future they will actually write the ingredients of the items they are selling.

I have the tower burger and it was absolutely delicious. The Romanian chef (sorry I don’t know his name) was absolutely lovely and charming. The food was absolutely delicious I will definitely be going back. I live in the town centre and I will definitely be making that trip just to go over there for the food it was fantastic. The front of house members were absolutely lovely and help me sort out a payment on my card considering they don’t have a card machine. Absolutely fantastic from all of them

Poor service but the food is good

Brought a bucket from here Sunday still eating it Tuesday. Best chicken in town in my opinion. Just had food delivered, little bit longer than the time stated but turned up and all looked good. One portion of fries missing which they sent out within 5 minutes. Very good.

The food is average /good but their delivery service is terrible. This will be the last time I order! NEVER on time, always very late and if you call they try to get you off their back with " leaving now". Avoid.

Really well priced food and friendly staff, always willing to talk to you whilst waiting and will custom your food if needed with no hassle. Sometimes there's a 10-15 minute waiting time but that's as food is cooked to order, no problem if you order in advance.

Nasty!! Standard drop from 7 To 1. Sorry never again no matter how cheap. Big let down. Chicken under cook , Burger under cook and smell raw , Wings rubber. Pizza no decent not all that if I'm honest. Whole meal was so nasty had to eat pizza and throw 2 burger , Chicken , Wings all away. I didn't want to get my dog sick to had to scrap it. Be prepared for foolishness.

Waited ages and there was a hair in my food. Was also meant to be mild and it was really spicy, chicken tasted burnt too. Not great.

Avoid these clowns at all cost. I feel robbed. I ordered Peri Peri wings and peri peri fries. The fries were okay but the wings were the worst wings I have ever ordered from a takeaway in my life. The wings looked like they were 2 days old, dry and tasteless. I ordered mine hot and these were not spicy at all. I guess you get what you pay for. I will stick to Rio’s or Perfect Fried Chicken

Absolutely shocking . Ordered food at 8 pm it is now 2215 still no food . After ringing and being told it would be 5 minutes ant 2100 and them again at 2130 . Tried to ring again but get no answer . Will never use again .

An absolute joke! Order from them and the order is delivered 40 minutes later and incorrect! After calling back to try and rectify the matter the man on the other end of the phone, whom I can only describe as rude, disrespectful, argumentative and arrogant, decided the best course of action was to about as us in hope we would back down. When that failed he hung up on my husband. After 40 minutes on the phone explaining we have a young child who is subsequently hungry he told us he would replace the food if we paid again. I could go on and on about the poor customer service and sheer lack of respect but I will only say how disgusting the company's attitude is towards paying customers. Avoid at all costs. It's just aggro waiting to happen!

It was awful costumer service, I rang to complain because I ordered a 6 nugget meal with no piri salt the meal came as 3 nuggets with the salt when I rang to complain they denied it I stated that we haven’t touched it and I will show them it myself they went off speaking to each other in a different language which I think is wrong because they could be saying anything, they were shouting over me while I was trying to explain what has gone wrong with my order and in the end they hung the phone up. I have a very upset little girl I had to make her dinner because her and her friends were having a sleepover and she couldn’t eat it due to her being allergic to the spices. It was also freezing cold when it came. Do not recommend this what so ever

Very poor quality food, the fries were undercooked, and my garlic bread had hair in it, with bright blue hair its fairly easy to tell when its my hair or not in food! This was definitely not my hair!!! Apple pie umm what a word for it, very greasy batter that didn't taste good with something resembling the inside of an apple pie... I definitely won't be ordering for fries chicken again!

Extremely poor customer service, placed an order took over an hour to get to us and half the order was missing, when rang they agreed to send out the missing items well an hour and half later still no show and then rang again to be told they will not be bringing our food.... not acceptable at all... quick enough taking the money!!!!
