Good food quality, generous servings, and absolutely on-time delivery. The food quality was maintained over a range of dishes.

They sell curry and everything that you eat with a takeaway curry. It's not the best, too much crease fire me and some of the dishes didn't taste right.

Probably the best meal we've yet, which is saying something considering the already high standard. The gents at FBT were kind enough to add some extra spice to our meal, as requested, and everything was cooked to perfection. A perfect blend of spice and taste. Thanks guys!

Great, friendly service as always - delivered with a smile! Tried the Chicken Achari tonight and it was excellent; fresh-tasting and generous portions. This is fast becoming our favourite restaurant.

Overall, nice food. The Korma was nice, the Lamb curry was delicious, but there could have been less sauce and more meat and the saag paneer was okay as well.

Everything you want from you´re lokal take-away curry place. Good food, on time collection and friendly staff. I´ve only used collection as I live close by, so I can´t say anything about home delivery. Recommended.

chicken korma way too sweet and not much chicken. Super later delivery. The butterfly prawn was horrendous we had to throw away. Tikka was tasteless. Not good at all.

very poor paneer - literally 2 cubes of paneer with a watery sweet sauce. Chicken tikka was okay but this is more of a value over quality place. Wouldn't go again.

Delicious food, I'm definitely trying more off the menu. Some places say their curries are spicy but when it arrives the food is bland. Not here! Perfect places, good amount of spice!! Thumbs up.

Fantastic curry. All the sides were tasty and fresh. Lots of meat in the currys too. Great attention to detail with regards to the packaging to insure there was no leakage. All round impressed. Will be ordering again. Thank you.

Great....food was nice and fresh, they took extra care to make sure oil didn't leak in the bag...friendly delivery driver....really looking forward to ordering from here again. The little things make a difference and I'm glad they see that here.

the jalfrezi and paneer shashlik was good, the chana and saag bhaji was ok, the only downside was the sag paneer which was too sweet

Lamb chops were bland and tough, lamb biryani was tasty but lamb still a little tough. Overall rather disappointing

First time ordering here. Fabulous, tasty food. Interesting and different dishes on the menu. Try the Friern Barnet Special, although the menu says chicken tikka pieces it also came with lamb and chicken on the bone which we weren't expecting. Will order again

Food didn't arrive until 20.40 no explanation

I have ordered from this restaurant before and it was delicious. Tonight however the Chicken Tikka Balti was swimming in oil. You could tell there was a good taste underneath but the sauce was so oily. Considered calling restaurant to complain but was so hungry and tired that I didn't want to wait any longer. Would probably try from them again based on previous experience but it was a shame.

The food made me projectile vomit violently just 5-10 mins after I started eating. I can not believe this happened. I immediately through the entire remainder of the meal in the bin.

I live on the main road. The delivery driver didnt know where it was despite being a major road in London. Despite telling Just Eat it was delivered it took a further 30 minutes. At which point my food was cold. I returned the food to which they just warmed it up which made the bread uneatable. I will never use them again.

Food was average. Order was expected within 50 minutes. It arrived after 75 minutes. No apologies. No phone calls! ,

Really didn't enjoy the food. My sagg was burnt and cauliflower dish was over cooked. They were prompt with the order and friendly but the quality of the food needs working on.

Tandoori salmon wasn't salmon, just random white fish. Also onion bhajis were obviously fried twice and were too charred and crumbly to eat.

The food was fine - however there were a few beef pieces in my vegetable balti.

I contacted the restaurant directly after placing my order as i noticed an error they were very dismissive on the telephone and refused to amend my order.

First of all, I don't work for these people neither I know their names. I just know the face of the lovely gentleman that usually delivers my food. After first trying FBT I stopped ordering indian food from any other restaurant. Their food is delicious, perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I specially love their sides, so tasty! Service is spotless. Never had the shadow of a problem with them. I can't recommend them enough :)

Food was ok, but so lacking in spice that it all tasted more like stew rather than curry, even the dishes that were supposed to be medium spicy. Overall disappointing.

The chicken tikka masala was a bit too sweet and watery and the king prawn butterfly was awful. The taka daal was lovely as we're the naan and bhaji. The service was brilliant delivered on time and a lovely delivery man.

firstly my order was 50 min early. I had to reject it, run to the store and shower to get back for 7, which was a horrible mistake because I am pretty sure at least half my order was just taken back to the store and kept there till redelivery. In the restaurant the food is top class, but takeaway was very iffy.

This is not a sit down Indian restaurant it's actually a takeaway. I regularly use this Indian as we are big fans of Indian food in our house, we have used them for several years now. The staff are friendly, they rarely make errors with the orders but if they do they make every effort to rectify the issue quickly. They offer a good discount on collections (20% from memory) and also offer some 'free dishes' depending on amount spent - but these will only be given when requested.

Despite a shabby physical shop, the food itself is consistently excellent. The main reason: it's flavoursome. For me, flavour is the most important characteristic of Indian food, and Friern Barnet Tandoori has lots of it. Recommended.
