Fridays And Go - Dundee in Dundee City

Dry sauce less boneless hot wings and same for sesame strips. Portion size greatly reduced over last few months as has quality got very iffy now and it's fast becoming one of the worst Fridays in Scotland. Personally I wouldn't waste the money here like every other fast food restaurant on Reform Street this place has ended up becoming a poor impression or shadow of the same brand in other cities which shows its the staff that are the issue not the brand. Shame a good brand being ruined by sloppy and incompetent staffing.

the food was great, but the speed of service was absolutely appalling. i ordered at 12:35 when the restaurant was relatively quiet and i didn’t receive my take away meal until 13:00. what’s more the employees had no sense of urgency, my meal was sitting on the counter for a whole 5 minutes before being called.

I ordered sesame chicken strips and loaded fries. Smallest amount of sauce on chicken strips, which were dry and over cooked. Loaded fries had hardly any topping and very over seasoned. I use to enjoy coming here but it seems many corners are being cut and food is just garbage now. Wont be back I’m afraid.

Burger cold, loaded fried only half portion, normal chips squashed, strips missing sauce and sesame seeds and cold, its like a day 1 trainee put this together. Abysmal compared to other orders of exactly the same thing. Not happy at all.

This is a lovely friendly place the food was amazing absolutely love the chips and the burgers even though a bit more expensive were well worth it, the staff were very polite and friendly especially a young assistant manager called Barry who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time there he’s a credit to the company will definitely be back and highly recommend if you like delicious food and great service

Order never arrived but charged for. Tried to call the shop twice and was hung up on, so cant exactly rate customer service if they wonr even answer the phone. Clear lack of care for customers.

the food was great and fresh, my order was brought out to me and my sister by barry who greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything else.

Food was good although overpriced. My biggest disappointment was the female staffember serving on the counter with her hair in a ponytail right down to her bum. Health & hygiene rules say of you work with food or serve food hair must be tied back & up or wear a hair net. To make it worse she was regularly shaking her hair about. Very poor hygiene practices. TGI should be ashamed.
