Service was terrible, waited for 15 minutes to get one burger, and it was even busy

i got a milkshake and changed my mind on the toppings so they just gave me the original and new one for free. 10/10 customer experience.

Cold when arrived - took two hours from ordering and time of delivery kept changing to a later and later time.

In case anyone cares.....here's my two cents. Pros and cons. They nail it terms of concept. Good job, guys! Quick, hot, and fresh, the menu offers a very simple burger/ hotdog option with heaps of free toppings to choose from. The quality of the ingredients is solid and the grilled veggie sandwich is such an obvious and tasty choice for vegetarians that I can't believe other fast food places haven't had the basic brilliance to do it themselves. However... The chips, although hot and perfectly crispy, are so delectably salty that you begin to feel like you are preparing yourself for tonight's frost. Speaking of frost.....its bloody freezing. Guys, I'm getting mustard on my coat, I can barely move with all these layers I'm wearing! 🥶

Both batches of chips were stone cold, could not eat

Took a while but was worth the wait. Burgers were simply amazing, but we got the wrong fries and drinks. Simple mistakes but at the price (£40+) for two burger meals, you would expect more. Still recommend it though.

Original delivery time was 35-55 minutes took over an hour and a half, food was stone cold…. Terrible!

Food was almost 1 hour late and was cold on arrival. Taste wise it was good.

The burgers were cold. In fact one half of one of the buns actually seemed semi-frozen. I've eaten in the restaurant a few times and it's constantly good. I don't think I'll be ordering a delivery from them though.

Food was meant to arrive between 18:20-18:45 it ended up arriving 19:17. The food was colder than my “milkshake” more like milk. Cheers

I haven’t received my order but the site stars it has been delivered. Now unable to get through to driver. The order was already very slow.

Delivery driver stole my meal! Absolute Joke phones and asked for the code says he’s outside and never delivers my meal absolute joke how do I get refunded and then he blocks my number

This is second delivery in a row that has been disappointing to say the least. This one was late and our food is cold. Won’t bother ordering five guys again. Ordered at half 5 pm and arrives at 5 past 7.

all three milkshakes were missing

over an hour and a half I waited driver got lost (not his fault) but food is lukewarm at best NOT what I paid over £35 for usually very quick and piping hot food disappointed the restaurant would allow cold food to be delivered but here we go

Completely wrong order sent and food was stone cold, called the five guys first and they weren’t interested in helping just told me to contact just eat, when I contacted just eat they just tell me there’s nothing they can do, when asked to speak to someone in authority there keep getting the same email saying there is nothing they can do, £53 worth of food that wasn’t edible and the worst service that I’ve ever experienced from a takeaway and just eat I won’t be using either again

Wow! That was a fanatic BLT, cheeseburger and fries. Those fries were perfection. Seriously, the fries!!! Wish I ordered a large now.

Burgers and chips are always great. Our order is always correct, warm, and tasty. Irs the only place my partner doesn't complain about.

Typical Five Guys experience: "Expensive, but worth the visit." Ordered bacon burger and cajun fries which came in a massive bag (which was pretty funny NGL), and my partner ordered a hotdog meal too. The food was extremely good, the milkshakes were top quality, and the ability to mix flavours together was even better (banana and strawberry together were neat). Would certainly love to go again, but it's a bit pricy on the wallet, so you can't go too often.

Great food but over priced. Fine for the very occasional treat.

The food was tasty but poorly packaged. The burgers were wrapped in foil and looked as if someone had sat on them. Lost most of the cheese to the foil. Overpriced for what it was.

Burger was good, tasty, but chips were pale, cold, undercooked and way to much salt

Food tastes great, I just wish I could order extra sauces. Only complaint is I ordered pickles on the burger and none were present. If I had gone to Burger King I would've got it my way.

First time at 5 guys. Im happy to say it was a good experience. Ok it was a bit pricey but if compared to other burgers from big chains there is no comparison. Burger was made to order 2 patties not overdone juicy great taste. Fries were as well a cut above others. Definetaly will skip other places and eat at 5 Guys from now on. Wish there were more locations though😅

Food was late and cold on arrival. Had to use the air fryer to heat it up but wasn’t as good as it being fresh.

Terrible it was 3 times longer than the estimated delivery which was 30- 40 mins it took 100mins, if I knew this when I ordered I would’ve have got it.

burger was amazing but the cajan chips were revolting far to much cajan over them to the point was like My chips were sitting in a tub of sand disgusting they went right in the bin..calm down on the spices absolutely no need to have all that on them

Contact number through app is wrong. last time using the app. Food wasn't hot but soggy as was sat with the driver for over 30 mins.

I ordered so that it would arrive at 12:30 (my lunch break) and you didn't start preparing the food until after that which left me with 10 minutes to rush the food. Delivery driver was quick when he received the order but poor from five guys

It was a wee impromptu trip to Dundee in the train with my daughter

They don't cater for anyone with coeliac disease or gluten free option

Normally they are quite generous in the fries they give you but it was barely a cup with the most recent visit.

Wish the burger patties were well done or atleast medium well. I like my steak medium rare but when had with a burger a medium rare just leads to a water dripping burger with all other flavors dampened. Mango salted caramel shake was spot on!

Nice. Friendly service, if a bit slow for the food to arrive but it is cooked to order and the burger was amazing. I was actually in a "real" Five Guys in New York a couple of months ago and it was pretty much comparable although I will say the one in NYC was a damned sight cheaper (even allowing for the rubbish $-£ exchange rate). £18 for a burger and chips and a coke?? come on!! - when you can get the same in McDonald's around the corner for a third of that!! Yes, FG is better than McD's but it isn't three times better....

4 quid for a juice that was tasteless. How does coke and peach sprite taste the same??? A £40 lunch for a couple burgers is ridiculous. Bbq sauce was pretty bad as well. London prices without the quality. Great burger 🍔 though, at least

The staff are friendly. My son always wanted to try five guys and I found it quite expensive for what actually is.

We placed an order and after waiting 1.5hrs for delivery and the app saying it was delivered we did not receive our food. The restaurant did not answer our calls and no food ever arrived

Overpriced slop ! I can get an award winning butcher’s burger for £1 a roll for 10p, chips & a drink for £1.50 total cost £2.60p - don’t give me your prices are because of quality - it’s pure greed and profit, I know how it works . So if I had a family my family of 5 come into the establishment the cost would be circa £100 - scandalous - utter utter greed !

Over priced raw burger & watered done refillable drink, at a high cost. The potatoes on display ( Dumped in the seating area, for removal to the kitchen ). We’re supplied, from the south of England? Couldn’t understand this business model. Shop displays high end self advertising, professing to their great food. (All old press or reviews from the US along time ago ). Avoid like the plague. In fact better catching the Black Death, than dining in Five guys. Very, very disappointed:-(

A while ago a guy at the till asked me and my partner whether we were ‘sure’ about sharing a large fries since it ‘serves 3-4 people’. I was shocked. It was completely uncalled for. Honestly you would have thought we ordered 10 large fries for the both of us. It’s not a staff member’s right to comment on what a customer is ordering!!

More signposting for peanut oil being used for frying would be nice.

Although expensive it's great value for money, small cheeseburger with small fries which were pretty large so very happy and will definitely be trying again!

food was horrible and cold took around 1 hour and 20 mins to come and at 44 pounds you'd expect your food to be hot

can be great or bang average, it really depends on what staff are working at the time and therefore who cooked your meal, it seems that some of the staff are not all there in the head.

Had a burger and chips , chips were decent but burger was okay expecting much more quality at £17.35 so really steep for a burger and chips matching a burger king meal. For me a burger king is much better value.

I never usually leave reviews but was quite disappointed with this meal When I ordered the burger I asked for mayo and lettuce but got a dry roll with just the burger on. roll looked quite squashed.. By time I got delivery the chips were cold

My friends first time in five guys we walk up to the counter and get greeted by someone rolling their eyes🙄 and walking away. Then a nice young lady served us we got two Reeses milkshakes ELEVEN POUND FIFTY with tax😱!!!! i am so lucky i had a gift card. after we got served we proceeded to wait FIFTEEN MINUTES😱 for our milkshakes. We sat down and the table next to us had a family who was screaming and their children were throwing food😠 and we actually left the store and decided to walk around the shopping center. because of the lack of cleaning. altogether i will not be back and do not recommend this store😡

Food with cholesterol, small portions, you will leave hungry. The place is relatively clean, the employees seem to be there for work

I had ordered fries with the order I purchased Wednesday night from Five Guys but sadly the fries were very disappointing, they were very overcooked and very hard and my grandson was not able to eat them. One very disappointed customer

Our food wasn’t even the right order that arrived… we ordered 5 burgers, fries and drinks and we were delivered a singular burger, fries and milkshake. Absolutely appalled at the poor service and lack of ability to get our order sorted.

Starting this review off with an extremely sore stomach and a warning. First of all, I would like to state this has never happened before and nor do I expect it to ever happen again. Today, during dinner time I ordered my usual meal (standard burger, chips with drink) and after my first bite of the burger, I could tell something was off, never thought too much of it (oh boy, I should have!) continued munching my way through this beast, demolishing this meaty feast finish up my meal. BANG, it hits me. I have been food poisoned. stuck on the toilet, not a chance or a hope of moving. all happened within 30 mins of the burger consumption so I'm sure it was this. I am disgusted, humiliated and extremely unwell! I will not be returning and will not recommend this to any others. beware and watch yourself. Check you meat, can be discrete!

It's good food but it's just so expensive for what you get. Two burgers, one large fries and two drinks £35. Even with free refills on the drinks, it's overpriced.

Great staff and the burgers are incredible. The service is so good and they’re always so nice.
