美味しくてお手頃。お腹が空いたけれど周辺のレストランはどこも満員。しかも高い。しかしこちらはもちもちクロワッサンにチーズとハムが入った物が3ポンド前後で購入出来ました。温めて提供してくれたのも良かったです。

I rated my experience of Fresh bake at South Kensington tube station 5 out of 5 because it's a quick and easy pick up for a day out at the many museums furthermore the sausage roll which I purchased was absolutely outstanding and the variety of choices was absolutely incredible Thank you for providing

My bacon melt was apparently toasted and was absolutely stone cold in middle when given to me. Where's the 'melt' exactly? Threw half away. Partner's cornish pasty was microwaved to luke warm level. Avoid, plenty of other places around who actually understand heating food.

The Chicken Melt sandwich was the most revolting thing I've eaten in years. The "chicken" was a plasticky slab that was inedible and turned my stomach. Service was slow and the staff couldn't even understand a simple phrase in English.

We had a bacon and brie baguette that was 'toasted'. It was still frozen. The coffee was undrinkable so strong and bitter. All for £8. There are much better quality establishments elsewhere locally.

Horrible nasty mentally unstable woman works behind the counter. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Accused me of not paying because “paypr ddnt cum out” I showed her on my screen the notification from the bank for the transfer with their shop name and the correct amount. The imbecile continues to accuse me that I didn’t pay and that me and the entire HSBC bank have somehow plotting to steal her tasteless worthless £4.45 sandwich. The imbecile then finally, after me insisting, gets the manager who is visibly embarrassed and keeps apologising while the imbecile just stands there still convinced I didn’t tap the card and HSBC sent me a fake transfer message! Visit the place only from a safe distance to observe the imbecile in her natural habitat. Do not approach!

DO NOT PATRONISE THIS AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT. It was my first month in London. This Middle Eastern Manager pulled the corners of his eyes in the classic Asian mocking fashion to his colleague after he took my order - I'm Chinese - and said something to his colleague I couldn't understand. The only words I could hear were "speak proper English". Clearly a mocking statement about how Asians typically don't speak great English... 🙄 Really ruined my day. This sort of racism needs to be called out.

Horrible service dont go here there's a reason why breakfast deal is cheap. The woman doesn't pay attention only to her friends. I asked for deal and she asked what i wanted and i said no sugar in coffee twice and she put about 3 sugars in coffee. I wont be going again pret and paul are much better for coffee.
