The food Today Wasn’t Good and It’s was to much chill because Of the chill I couldn’t even eat It

food was ok but not the best Freddie you can do better you have done better before sorry bur won't be ordering again

Very luxurious, posh packaging, Bossman delivered it himself 10 minutes after I ordered, I got the Spicy Wing Meal and 9 inch Pepperoni pizza.. Food was great, Pepsi was cold.. Chips were very juicy and fresh with alot of red salt.. 10/10, coming back soon

no chips for child's meal also everything was freezing cold

Never ordered from here before, drove past many times, glad i did got a spicy chicken filet burger, cooked perfect taste lovely, and a meat feast 9" again cooked really well and i recieved my full order chips are delicious, thank you.

Gravy rubbish, food cold had to order another takeaway

First time i went here it was amazing chicken and gravy then just had a takeaway about 7 months later and the chicken gravy was horrible very very watery but looked like it was full of oil dont know why they have done that as first time it was brilliant and the chicken wasnt that great

I have ordered twice from here in one month the first time they brought half of my order went back and brought the rest and the second time my entire order was completely wrong. I called to let them know my order was wrong and they read out the wrong address to me and couldn't understand what i was telling them. The quality of food has gone down into the ground here and I used to enjoy ordering from here and I can say that I will never be ordering from here again.

Breaded Chicken was overcooked, chicken in the wraps was massively burnt and unpleasant, gravy was remarkably thin and watery, fries were fine.

chicken smelt funny was not cooked got two wraps two burgers none of them was cooked

I used to order from freddys most nights, and the food was always nice and hot and I enjoyed it every time! But now the food is warm and I never get what I paid for. I order the same thing ever time which is a 3 piece chicke meal… ON THE BONE! The food then turns up late and is also not the chicken I ordered which leaves me feeling ripped off and disappointed… used to be a good realiable takeaway but they clearly care more about being cheap instead of satisfying customers orders

Ordered off just eat tonight the pizza was under cooked base but toppings burnt. The chicken was slimy and the coating was just skin. Will not order here again was an absolute disgrace for chicken and pizza.

Normally like getting Food from here but food was horrendous this time and has been going down hill for a while now.

Ordered a fish burger,usually fish but this was a fish cake, consisting of mainly flavourless mash. Chips had been reheated so some were burnt to a crisp. Spicy chicken wrap contained really dry and chewy chicken. Definitely won't be ordering again as prices have gone up and food quality gone down. Would have given 0 stars but the apple pies were good!

Grilled chicken was nice but I received a value box containing fried chicken and after my first bite the smell immediately made it clear that it was off as it was rancid. had a few people check it wasn't just me. it got binned.

We ordered food to be delivered and part of the order was wrong, I even got a call prior to the order coming to double check what I had ordered! I rang to tell them this and the person on the other end of the phone wasn't taking on what I was saying at all. The food wasn't cheap and we were very disappointed, we will not be ordering from here again.

The food was an hour late the food was cold and missing some of the order. Normally not a problem with my orders but as its my daughters birthday and 2 hours to receive the order. They have said they will resend the whole order but not the normal service I expected from freddy's.

Over 3 hours to get food and them swearing get me down the phone when I complained never ever ordering again disgusting behaviour.

The portions are tiny, the prices would be reasonable if the food was more than just a small snack, my toddler wouldn't even be full. The chips are nice, hence the extra star. Staff aren't great at dealing when parts of orders are missing.

Ordered mini family deal, which clearly stated : 1.5ltr bottle of drink. I added in comment section that I would like that bottle to be 7up. Food was delivered, with 3 cans of 7up totaling to 0.99 litre. I was down over 0.5 ltr on that order, which means I did not get what I paid for. When called restaurant, they informed me that they don't do 1.5ltr of 7up, which was NOT mentioned on the app. Some guy I spoke with was trying to convince me that I got the value anyway as 'cans are £1, and he gave me 3 where bottle of drink is £2.5'. won't order again, PATHETIC. Food was ok.

Ordered food at 12:09, said would be 55 minutes. It's now 13:40 and still nothing even after phoning them 20 minutes ago and being told would only be 10minutes. Staff doesn't seem bothered by the delay either. Food was cold, chicken was border line cooked, the wraps and burgers were an appalling attempt and were bland, plain and again cold. What a waste of money and food, would have been better and cheaper going to McDonalds.

Prices have gone ridiculous whilst quality has (somehow) gotten even worse. Living on the remnants of their reputation, but will be dead and gone in a year if nothing improves.

Their peri peri chicken and peri peri burger is awesome with spicy fries... yummy Desi style pizza worth trying as well.

Ordered food today it took about 1:30mins to get here delivery driver didn't even bring change with him so I had to wait for him to get it and in this time my food was getting even colder the pizza was greasy and the chicken was dry I won't be ordering from here again

The worst place I have ever ordered from!!!! Customer service mean absolutely nothing to them, they speak to you like garbage. Requested if I could have some sauce on our food however they said boss man isn’t in so they can’t put any sauce on our food. Absolute joke they will never change. Can’t believe the owner is happy to leave these guy maintaining his shop I’m surprised there not closed, Shame could have been a better shop there!!!! Spoke to me soo bad I called them back up and cancelled the order, not supporting this kind of business. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

Never had any issues ordering here, very consistent and good value and friendly staff. Nicely cooked fried chicken and spiced fries. Quality no different to KFC and probably better.

I should have read the reviews on here before ordering. My food hasn't come yet and I already need to go toilet.

Some of the order missing, told driver he said he will drop it off later. Rang freddys multiple times for it to constantly to say “busy”. Order was made at 17:30 and arrived at 18:30, however its now 21:20 and still haven’t received missing items. Service is absolutely shocking. Requested a partial refund. Disgusting customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! ordered some food from here yesterday, food was late coming, chips soggy and worst of all the chicken was not cooked! Was pink inside currently being sick from eating some of it! Oh and the gravy was like oil! No care taken in making this food, shame because they used to be so good too! Have asked for a full refund from just eat! Could make someone really sick eating food like this! Wish I could leave a zero star review!

The worst place to get a takeaway highly recommended to avoid this place it was 25 minutes late and also food was wet and soggy the chips were like cardboard, chicken was soggy if could give it a no star I’d be a happy customer

Food was late, chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly which is dangerous, chips were overcooked rock hard and inedible. Won't be ordering from this cesspit again. If I could leave less than one star I would.

What an absolute experience, easily the best takeaway in Rawtenstall. I have been going here for the past 2 years and nothing tops this place MashAllah. Don't hesitate to order from this place.

Honestly impressed with the food here. Supreme spicy chicken burger meal hits the spot, the burgers are made with care (turns up looking great). Pizza was also really good, dough was fantastic. Delivery usually arrives ahead of time (came 30 mins early last night). It’s also considerably cheaper than other places....the only improvement would be the chilli sauce. It seems very vinegary and watery. It has the heat (lots of seeds) but flavour could be improved

Usually spot on most of the time always within the hour time frame order a fair bit from them only thing is chips can sometimes be re cooked it's like they think we cant tell but its fairly obvious and sometimes the spicy wings can be a hit and miss and the fillets burgers a little dry overall tho 95% happy so long as they remember the dips I pay for and bring me a cold can not room temp

Absolutely disgusted. Last time I ordered my chips were cold and tasted like they'd been re-fried, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and politey mentioned it in the comment on my next order. I ordered a bunch of sauces and extras like gravy because I don't really like eating dry chips etc. NONE of my sauces or extras came when I rang up, they refused to sort it out at first and eventually agreed to send them, by the time they arrived all my food was cold and not worth eating, at which point they suggested I microwave my chips. I don't order food to microwave it. I want it as I order it, as I'm sure most people do. when I told a mate about it he then told me that they'd recently been slandered all over Facebook for selling mouldy food to hundreds of customers. NO WONDER THEIR HEALTH RATING IS NON EXISTANT!

I order from Freddys at least once a week. I ordered through the the rawtenstall website. When I clicked place order it said my order has been sent to rawtenstall. I go to pick it up and they said they didn’t have my order. I showed them my receipt on my email and they said it was the one 1 hour away. It had only been 5 minutes so I called them to cancel the order. I explained everything to them but they just kept saying uh huh, which was very frustrating. They said they would and that they will give us a refund. 15 minutes later they called me and told me to collect my food. Well, I can’t really do that if I’m 1 hour away, he then asked for my postcode, even know I told him that before. He said that’s to far, well I couldn’t have guessed. He then proceed to try make me feel guilty. The words he used against me was disgusting. I told him that he said I would get a refund. He said no no it’s to late it’s ready for collection. I told him to go and give it to some homeless person. He then basically told me that I’m wasting perfectly good food, I’m polluting the air. Which makes no sense. I shall never be ordering from here AGAIN!! And if I was you I wouldn’t order from here either!!

Awful! 2 hours for food, rang three times every time to be told he's two mins away. Shouldve been an hour delivery which was more than enough times. The guy on he phone was rude and hung up on me.... And our order had bits missing which they never brought despite promising to!!!

Just had food from here ordered a cheese burger kids meals breaded mushrooms corn on the cob.... the burger had mayo on witch i didnt ask for the mushrooms was dry the chips was soggy and the cob was like rubber didnt eat any of it waste of 21 pound never go here again and ive always liked it standards have well dropped oh and waited over an hour for it what a joke.

How this place is still trading is beyond me. They do not follow safe food practices, re-fried cardboard chips from night before, grotesque fried chicken and a service which is forgets food, which on the upside is a good thing, saved us from receiving more poor quality food.

Ordered 2 meals, 3 pieces of chicken with 3 pieces of spicy chicken and chips. 1 hour later received them with no spicy chicken. called them and received the spicy chicken 1 hour later. they were squeezed into a small bag, dripping with so much grease that the coating had all slid off. inedible and discussing. 👎

we have used Freddys for a long time now and i have never had a problem the food is always well cooked pipping hot and very tasty when it gets here they are always early and the friendly nature of the gentlemen who come to deliver is great i love the food from Freddys and my dog George the Akita does too the guys know he has one with me and brought him the extras at the end of the afternoon that had been left he absoloutly loved it what kind people they are i really couldnt find fault with this place

Im from ireland but ive been to this place a few times when ive been to rawtenstall. I have to say tje food is absolutly beautiful. Cooked when you go in so there is a wait but its well worth it. Last time i went there i actually nearly ate untill i exploded it was that nice.
