Food was shocking! Chicken wrap meal with no sauce or anything other than three pieces of old fried chicken which has barely any chicken inside the three pieces of chicken!

First time trying here and it was absolutely delicious definitely be going back next time I’m in the area

normally a good service, delivery was left on floor in front of door while driver sat in car and a cheese garlic bread was missing

Incorrect order and missing items, once I called restaurant and asked for explain they said “order is good” so not really, avoid !!!

Order was wrong. When I called them, they tried to pass the blame but eventually said they would rectify. I was told 10 minutes and waited just over an hour. Replacement was still wrong but more edible than the first order. This place has not been the same since Kaleem sold it. Would not recommend.cost me just over £30 for 3 kebabs, 2 portions of chips and a fried apple pie!

Quick delivery but forgot chips. I called up they said they would send driver back with chips within 20 mins. that was over an hour ago now. Maybe you’re still growing a potato? Either way it may cost pence but nether the less they was ordered and I did call and still to no avail. Food was good but just would of liked what I ordered and paid for

Delivery driver was so rude banged on my door that hard it sounded like someone was kicking it after telling him he shouldn’t of banged he told me to open my ears next time and listen I mean I got there as quick as I could so rude and they always c*ck up the food some how

Didnt get what ordered, paid for x large chicken and donner kebab on naan bead recieved average size and a pitta bread had to make my own wrong sauce also

Best pizza in the area! Worth every penny over places in Waterfoot, Bacup and Rawtenstall. Owner is always very kind and his staff are always friendly and happy to have a laugh and chat whilst you wait. Great place ***** :)

We order a lot from here and never have an issue but tonight the food was pretty much inedible the chips were stale the chicken was tough and the skin beyond crispy I asked my husband to try it to see if it was me and he agreed with it being stale and over done, he also said his burger was tough!. I hope this doesn’t happy again I have been refunded for the issue I put forward to just eat but feel it didn’t do it justice. Also had the delivery driver knocking on next door with our food.

Good is always top notch and tasty although tonight’s order for some reason was the tastiest yet, don’t know what you did tonight but keep it up it was delicious 12/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

chilli sauce was burst which was just a minor mistake but apart from that the food was delicious and arrived early too i have ordered from here a few times and its always nice food and service the samosas are amazing too

Ordered from here twice now, both times have been awful. I thoight first time was potentially just a bad day but not the case. Food arrived cold, pizza box was yet and ripped open from where they had placed my cold can on top, this also caused the can to then be warm. I ordered a Donna wrap, it was completely dry, like eating cardboard. The chips were soggy, cold and bland. The pizza I ordered was the best of the food, however still awful. It was cold, had pieces of the box in the pizza from terrible delivery, and greasy. I can only advise to avoid at all cost

Usually really good, hot food. But this time the pizza was cold and the toppings were dry - bit like it had been sat there ages. But the delivery was early, so it was a bit odd.

The juicy Lucy one of my go to burgers. If you don’t like cheese don’t get it. But I love it!

Really disappointed today, we order regularly and it's always been good until now 😔 Chips were soggy & cold. Burgers, wraps & garlic bread also cold, but the salad on the burgers & wrap was disgusting, they put the smallest amount of lettuce on but it was all brown. Seems as though tonight they've taken alot of deliveries out all at once and we were one of the last ones to get their food, I'd of gladly waited another 20 minutes if it ment our meals were hot. Won't be ordering again.

They called me when it was supposed to have arrived, and told me to pay again on the app to make up for an extra delivery charge or they wouldn’t come. If 7 miles is too far to be worth a £2.50 fee then they need to calculate that at the checkout. I cancelled my order. You should go one step further and never place one.

Don't know what theyre playing at tonight but won't be ordering again. Asked for salad on wrap and this is what we got on the entire wrap, a few strands of soggy brown & yellow lettuce 😡 same on the burgers but alot less. Chips were cold and soggy. thought we'd found a fab takeaway, blooming awful tonight straight in the bin 🤮🤮

No salad or sauce on chicken wraps again! It should come a standard for a wrap? I always request for it in the box and it’s hit and miss( if they put it on or not! spent £5.80 each on 2 wrap meals and one single wrap at £3.80 that’s over £15 for all to come looking like that! Absolutely shocking customer service. 2 1/2 hours wait for food, that didn't even show. Wouldn't even help with a refund as it was done online. No apology offered or explanation, only giving one star as I can't leave none

Waited nearly hour and half for the food and it was shocking, won't be going there again.

Your driver telephoned to say that he had stopped about a quarter of a mile down the road and that he wanted me to walk to him and collect the delivery due to the main road being slippery . There was no issue with the main road as many cars were driving up and down . My 10 minute walk in the snow on the footpath could have been avoided if your delivery driver hadn't been unreasonable . Sorry to have to write this , but I was not impressed with the delivery / collection service today .

Ordered the food hours ago which stated it was out for delivery. Spoke to the shop on the phone and they said the food was on the way. 10mins later we get a message on the app telling us the order was canceled and we will have to wait up to 5 days to get a refund. Not happy

Food was great. Usually is from here. Food was late but the restaurant notified us of the delay. Can't complain if the place is busy. Again a good sign. 👍
