Ordered a pizza over an hour late, stone cold an looked dire, straight into the bin, lesson learned

This is what they sent me for spare ribs… Think the photo speaks for itself… disgusting… couldn’t get a refund etc due to no contact details etc

I was first given the wrong order. Then when i did recieve the right order, after being given someone elses, it had different toppings (i ordered a meateor). What the actual hell is going on? New owners I suspect. Gone way downhill

I previously ordered food! Absolute terrible service! Took over an hour to turn up was told on the phone there was 'too much traffic', this is at 10 to 6pm! It is now 25 to 8...food finally gets here& ive paid cash...the hash browns i ordered did not turn up...i finish my food around 15 minutes ago...and i rang the restaurant to tell them my hash browns didnt turn up; i am currently still waiting for the hash browns but when i just phoned up i was told the traffic is bad once again. I was spoken to so rudely down phone. I am disgusted as a paying customer to be treated like this. I understand it being a friday night...but if youve ordered food and paid already and something off the order has been forgotton surely you are 1st priority to send that item out to the paying customer. I rated this place one star. But wish i could rate it zero!! Disgusting.

Had a belting café latte. Awesome! Piping hot & unbeatable taste 👅. Highly recommend.
