Order was more than an hour late. One calzone was overcooked, one was undercooked, all three were missing added extras. Chicken burgers were Ok-ish. Fries were solid, I even managed to chip a tooth on them! Garlic bread tasted like burnt plastic!

Really bad experience all round this time unfortunately. Ordered before with no issues but tonight was a flop. Order was over an hour late, so obviously food was freezing cold, didn’t get the drink that was supposed to come with it either.

Delivery was not made, order was not received ended up having no food

For £8.50 what a joke. A mini variety meal. No shit mini. Joke of a shop

No drinks received with meals deals. Popcorn chicken was shrivelled up rocks. Smash burger was not there. Chips were cold and overcooked, fried a number of times. Pizza was hard like cardboard. Took over 1 hour to arrive, no answer when calling for update. Shocking service experience overall.

Food is absolutely disgusting I paid 10 pounds for a spicy burger meal and it was rancid it’s not hot the bun was sweaty and it was SFC not spicy

Ordered at 8pm still not here at 10pm, Tried ringing engaged all time but finally got through, explained to restaurant we wanted refund as was too late we wanted to go to bed. Went to bed and when got up next morning they had left on doorstep, wet through with rain!! This service is shocking and now had a message this morning saying no refund as they were busy!!! This is my hard earned cash and should be refunded for what is basically an unacceptable service!

The order was delivered over an hour late. Food was stone cold, and the driver forgot the Oreo milkshake. However, the takeaway apologised for the driver who was the one at fault. They resent the order straight away, including the milkshake. I'd still use them again, as the guy at the takeaway couldn't apologise enough for the drivers incompetence.

The order was delivered just in time. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, but I will not be ordering it again. I'm unsure if it was ham; it had an unusual smell and tasted fatty, which made the rest of the pizza inedible.

quite frankly the worst pizza I've ever tasted, I think they forgot to put the base sauce on hardly any cheese was dry and tasteless. tasted better from aldi.

Order came over 2 hours late, chicken, garlic bread and chips were stone cold. The chicken wings were soggy and mushy. I ordered the big 460ml Ben and Jerry’s, they sent 3 small tubs 100ml each… so 160ml less than what I paid for… absolutely shocking service. Rang up when it was late to be told half an hour - 45 mins, rang again after an hour to be told the driver is coming to us next, for it to still be another 40 minutes before delivery!! Will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery was over an hour late. They said it had set off but clearly didn't. Food was cold when it arrived and driver even said sorry mate but I've been rushed off my feet here there and everywhere.

ordered food at 6.15 and it wasn't delivered until 9pm. Had to contact the takeaway twice as the order didn't even make it by the second delivery slot. food was poor quality when it eventually got here, pizza was burnt. Staff were unhelpful - both times was told the food was with the delivery driver and on its way

I always order from here whenever I feel like I deserve a treat, which just happens to be very often. The food is always great, hot, delivered on time and when there's been issues in the past (like out of certain things/missing item in delivery), they've been resolved very quickly through a simple phone call. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough if you're ever feeling like you need a pizza and waffle!

Big Papas did actually call to apologise in all fairness, the delivery driver also apologised and they sent 2 free cans. We will still be ordering food from them again as this has been the only time they have been late.

My order simply hasn't arrived yet but marked as delivered on time on here. I have spoken to the place and they've assured me it's close. It has now been 30 minutes past the delivery time and nothing.

I honestly wouldn’t bother, my large kebab was more a child size portion, it was bone dry although I paid for extra sauce, it was also very bland. The spicy chicken wings looked like they had been left rotting away for weeks and the cheeseburger had no cheese. Milkshakes had no taste to them either. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered but it’s a lesson learned. Never again!

Ordered food at 20:51pm. Phoned the shop at 9:45pm to ask where the food was will be with you in 10 mins is that ok. I said yes. Still waiting now at 22:15pm. Not acceptable. Regardless of how good the food is from here I won’t be ordering again.
