Freddys Chicken in Hyndburn

pizza base was undercooked unfortunatley everything else was ok

sometimes hit and miss with the freshness of the food but guess thats to be expected as its always busy but my order today was bang on fries was really fresh 👌

Their burger bun is one of the cheapest and the fillet was just below average

i do understand its weekend and busy but took a kong time to arr and senr me wrong drinknand i payed extra for it

Not the best food but use to be the best quality. Has recently gone up in price but the quality hasn’t followed

Pizza was still good quality as usual but unfortunately wasn’t the bbq turkey pizza I ordered. Still enjoyed it but a little disappointed

THE TAKE AWAY FORGOT MY 1 ITEM ... CALLED THE TAKE AWAY TO ASK WHAT HAPPENED THEY HAVE NO PHONE ETIQUETTES .... THE GUY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PHONE SAID "ITS ONLY 1 ITEM" .... ITS NOT AN ITEM ITS THE PRINCIPLE ....

cold food, missing item, rang to iform correct address for delivery driver but staff at takeaway did not listen. hence the order arriving late and cold.

Gave 2 £20 notes the order was £21.74 but only got given £12 change

But only brought half the order was cold and had to go back for the other half

Incorrect order. I wanted a plain burger with salad and received a sloppy burger with cheese and mayo. Binned it! 😠 cannot understand why this happened, Freddys are usually good.

Absolutely full of grease. Chips were wet, cold and weighed down with so much oil that they stayed the shape of the box when tipped out. Chicken was the same and the burger we got was full of almost fully brown lettuce. Absolutely would not order again, really disappointing.

Ordered chicken pieces and fries. When it arrived one piece of chicken was average size, the other two were glorified chicken wings! Fries soggy, chicken dry and bland, and £2.50 for a tiny tub of coleslaw. Poor quality and overpriced

Couldn't give a worse rating if I tried. Ordered food late at night via just eat. Got a notification that the food was out for delivery. I live in a gated community so to make it easier I sat in my car on my street in order to not miss the delivery. I sat in my car for 40 minutes. I rang the restaurant in which they ignored my calls, I then went to the restaurant and asked them where my food was. They said they had delivered and that I hadn't answered. They gave me the food which was freezing in which I then told them I will not be paying for. They then lied and told me they rang me multiple times which they did not and it was intact me ringing about the food. They was going to claim I hadn't answered and made just eat force me to pay for it. This is how they treat regular customers. Lying, time wasting etc. I literally told them it's not on I've waited 40 minutes in my car and they couldn't make this right.

The delivery person was smoking a cigarette stood at my door with my food in he’s hands really put me off. Also there was only a very very small amount of lettuce on my wrap just a few shreds may as well have had none on it at all.

The food is tasty, apart from KFC I would say Freddys do the next best chicken in Accrington. I’ve had it a couple of times this month delivered and it’s been piping hot! I’ve also been in the shop a few times and it’s always been tasty then. Reasonable prices as well. Crispy chicken yummy!

I’m so disappointed today I ordered and specified that no breast. When I got home I found breast. I emmediately called them and they were aware of what they did. They said that piece was a complimentary and I should throw it in the bin. As I was further enquire he dropped a phone on my ear just like that. The staff was so rude.

I had to ring several times to call up about my order and the restaurant had to ring the courier to find out what was going on. The food arrived cold and I was going to get this returned but we decided it would take twice as long to get more food and we warmed it up. this has been the worst exeperiance so far.

I paid extra for cheese on both fillet burgers and i didn’t get extra cheese, the burgers were all soggy and same with the chips because it took that long to get to the destination and when i had bitten into the food it was cold, so i had to warm it back up myself!! was not happy, a takeaway is supposed to be warm and fast!

If I could give them zero stars , then I would . Never will I order from here again . It took over 2 hours to come . Then the food was cold and the order was wrong . The quality of the food was shocking, the food didn’t look or taste nice . So it went in the bin . Waste of time and money . Don’t bother

Burgers were dry with very little sauce pizza had very dry base with no flavour one of the burger was ment to be spicy but they were all original

half of it not arrived. asked tje delivery driver where the pizzas where amd he said sorry hed look in the car. then just drove off. ridiculous. missing 2 pizzas a garlic bread amd a burger. .hopefully get a refund byt doesnt help the unhappy visitors

I would suggest going to the takeaway it’s self to get your food as I was robbed of my money and food by one of there delivery drivers on just eat I was never refunded although I made a complaint

Pathetic. They take order on uber eats u don’t see ur order updates because they have their own driver and when u try to call them and ask about ur order they just say hello hello and hang up and u r charged for nothing. Don’t waste ur time and money

The burger we ordered was stale with hair everywhere, the fries were cold, the mozzarella sticks were overcooked and the wrap was soggy and fell apart, not ordering again

Ordered some food from here and the burgers was burnt, the chips was cold and rubbery the garlic bread was freezing cold, we then rung them to complain about the food and they was rude over the phone saying they couldn’t do nothing about it and then they said “don’t complain then and get off my phone”

Average night out food after a few pints

I got spicy chicken wings with chips for child and literally the chips were really dry as if they been cooked for hours and left and soon as my 9 year old had them ..had the chicken after a few hours she kept complaining of feeling sick and then now she’s been throwing up and I looked at the chicken what she had leftover, and it looks like it hasn’t been cooked because it was quite pink from inside. My advice is Be careful if you order from this place because they all have young lads working in this Takeaway who have no ambition to give you good customer service. They are so rude and ignorant and I would never get my food from this place again. They’re not very hygienic I’ll either so be careful when you order.

Only a small outlet but the member of staff serving on his own during lunchtime wad ace. Managed everyones order as well as cooking the food a the same time. Awesome 👍🏾

I ordered for delivery at about 12:30, and the food was still warm and fresh when it got here! Got a pizza and fries, honestly for a small takeout place it was really good
