ordered chicken fillet burger and asked for a POT of ketchup. I didn't expect the ketchup dumped on my burger, which ruined it. inedible. I order from here weekly, sometimes more. I won't be ordering ever again. I clearly stated the ketchup to be in a pot and was refused compensation, as each restaurant 'works differently on requests'. clearly this one didn't listen at all and just decided to spoil my dinner. so I won't be using this place anymore. the chicken pieces were soggy too. rubbish.

The lady at the cashier didn’t communicate me at all, I just spoke and asked her questions about my order and she simply just nods. The actual shop is a state, the bins are stinky and the floor is black with dirt, some corners even have a heap of dead flies in them. Not to forget how this place makes my belly hurt every times I have had it, in your shop you say you’re a 4 star restaurant (the inside isn’t giving that) but online it’s here saying 1… dot dot dot because you are serving food that isn’t even nice and the lack cleanliness of the shop is appalling i feel grabbing my own cleaning supplies and coming to clean. please improve bc i need a good chicken and chip shop thanks

Chicken was a little rubbery and hard on the peri peri chicken felt like I couldn’t swallow as it was dry.

Fresh food and tasty but left out 8 wings on my order.

Walked in to completely dead shop for them to take 25 mins to completely get my order wrong! Missing fries also ordered bbq strips and gave me burnt wings, this place is horrendous the guy that took my order didn’t have a clue what he was doing.

Kebab was disgusting and obviously the griddle was not cleaned as there were bits of black charred grit in the kebab, the chicken was not nice, the pizza also not great, the only thing that was nice was the chips and the canned drinks. I won't be going there again. I don't know why people have given it good reviews. The restaurant is dingy, badly painted and very dated.

Pizza could be better, burger was okay not sure if I would order again.

I had went there at 3:30pm to see a lot of children screaming and shouting on the tables I had went to the guy to order a strip burger meal I had eaten the fries which had been overcooked and took a bite into the strip burger and to my surprise it was cold I had went and complained he tried to blame it on me saying I ate the fries first and that’s why it was cold but I had my friend there that help me finish the fries so he told me I can leave or keep eating. I ADVICE DO NOT GO HERE SERVICE BAD AND FOOD TERRIBLE.

I ordered a supreme burger meal and regular chips separately. The extra chips were missing. I called them up and the guy on the phone was really defensive and patronising and said he put them in the box with the burger, reading out the receipt like I didn't know what I ordered. So... Either A) the meals don't come with chips, so you get the burger and drink at a higher cost if you pick the meal option. B) the extra chips were in the meal box, so 2 portions of chips, the portion of chips you get with the meal and the extra I ordered, are so small they look like 1 normal regular. Or C) the chips were missing like I said and the guy on the phone wasn't being honest. Food was alright. Customer service poor.

Delivery was quick and driver polite. Chips were dark brown and dry as if they had been re cooked and over cooked. Same goes for nuggets. I probably would order again in case it was a one off

They sent out the wrong order & when you call them about the order I'm the one who is in the wrong when I put on the notes no tomatoe base or tomatoes I can't have them & I called the restaurant to tell them as well but they sent out the pizza with tomatoe base & tomatoes on the pizza & then when the driver comes back he wants to moan about it but it was them who messed up

We spent every Friday for weeks trying local takeaways, some late, food missing, swapped for something not ordered, overcharged or out of stock etc Freddy's for us has taken the lead. Guaranteed no problem with service and order, delivered in good time and, always fresh delicious food. It's a yes from me.

We preordered at 6:15 to get it delivered at 7:15 once the family were home … it then sent a message to say delayed to 7:25. The app was marked as delivered at 7:35 .. no food.. so we rang them at 7:50 and they said 10 minutes! Our food arrived stone cold at 8:15 … and they wont give me a full refund!! Disgusting customer service and disgusting food to boot.. do not order food if you intend to get it on time. Try 3 hours earlier and you have hope of eating before xmas!

Disgusting service. Food was over 1 hour late and was cold!!! Ordered at 8.45 it arrived at 10.30.The restaurant switches off their landline phone so you can't call for an update after 1 call my number was blocked by them. 34 attempts to call, never even rang , just blocked. Shame not had this experience from freddys franchise before. Will never order from here again. Justeat needs to hold places like this accountable, you can't NOT have a way to contact the restaurant. Foul service. Take them off the platform. I want my money back.

I had gotten a meal for 1 for myself a lamb dinner kebab for my sister and some chicken pieces for my mum. most food itself was nice except for the chips which were too hard. Other than that the food was made quite well and would definitely order from here again

Left garlic mayo tub open inside the pizza box and the cheese was squashed onto the top of the box.

Burger was almost in two halves with nearly no lettuce or mayonnaise. Crispy chicken strips were soft and soggy very poor food

Got a 6 chicken strip meal chip were ok just no salt but the chicken strips were so dry af. I couldn’t even chew though it. 100% it wasn’t fresh it wouldn’t be that unchewable clearly reheated from previous day.

Shocking!!! Delivery non existent then after calling for over an hour with no answer or reply! Then reporting to just eat. A man arrives with cold congealed food!!! I made the driver call in front of me to say it’s unacceptable. All spoken in another language so I refused delivery and then was thrown items! Whilst going on wed already ordered else where.

The food was the worst. It seemed the chicken was reheated about 1000 times and it was still cold and dry. Waste of money I would have been best just to need pot noodle.

I am a regular here as the food is very nice, but recently they have not been doing great! Last two times were late. And this time food was under cooked on top of being late.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Had food poisoning for 2 days after eating here. The chips must have been triple cooked it was disgusting, felt like I was eating crisps. The burgers and chicken definitely microwave heated because I was chewing one bite for few minutes my jaws started to hurt. I’ll be complaining to the Food Standard Agency cause no way you are serving these types of food and getting away with it.

Took over 3 hours for food to come after being told 3 times food was coming then told us it was cancelled but couldn't tell us by who then refused a refund then eventually they sent food out which was cold and horrible worst customer service ever will not get my custom again.

Cold and unappealing, definitely needed more time on the grill, plus extremely late, if you are busy pause deliveries for a bit, rushing and not getting stuff done properly is never good. don’t recommend !
