Freddie's Delight in Carmarthenshire

Ordered a good load of things and it didn't turn up I'll be going down there asap to get all my food won't steal money of me and get away with it

Absolutely lush!! Gave a free gift to us a cadburys flake waffle!! Ordered a few times and always BANG ON!!!!

best customer service, everything made fresh, you are better off going to order in store or it will be cold when delivered. but that being said the best customer service everything it lovely, all the waffles are nice way better than the waffle shack that closed down and its better than the waffle cafe 10/10 will buy again

Placed an order which did not arrive after 2 hours. Received a number of notifications telling us the order was delivered but it was not. Scam

I ordered via Just Eat. My order never arrived even though it said my order has been delivered. I tried to phone but no answer. Absolute scam. I would advise anyone not to order from Freddie's Delights 😡

We ordered a waffle and ice cream from Freddie’s, received a missed call and an accidental voicemail from the delivery drivers, when we returned their call, they told us we had given them the wrong address, for our own home? Got down to the bottom of it, they had typed in the wrong address. We were told they would go back to the shop. We rung up to check if the waffle was cold and had the ice cream melted, due to driving around for some time searching for the wrong address, and we’re told by the drivers and the shop worker that it was still warm, received the waffle later to it being stone cold and soggy, and the ice cream being melted. Won’t be ordering again!

Absolutely lovely food and the staff are really friendly x
