Fratellis in Southend-on-Sea

We had a lovely dinner here this evening. Waiter was quick and friendly (sorry, didn’t catch his name). Food was delicious, big portions and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

Really good food, decent portion sizes and fair prices. The menu had some typical Italian restaurant items but also some really interesting dishes like lobster ravioli, which was delicious and served in a creamy sauce that was rich and light at the same time. The atmosphere was lively and the hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating. All four of us left Fratellis extremely happy.

Great good, surprisingly affordable, helpful staff and really fun music which gave the place a great atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

I only phoned to book a table the day before and the manager was very accommodating. Not a place for kids but the manager made sure my kids were happy. The portions were generous. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Great food, great vibe, great staff

Was recommended by a friend. It was my first visit last night for a meal and drink before going to the theatre. Good varied menu, the food was delicious and a very reasonable price. Lovely atmosphere and the guy that served us was really friendly and accommodating. We all enjoyed the food, I would absolutely recommend the calzone! We will definitely be returning!

Really disappointed, had to cancel due to covid. Lost our deposit over £100, all wanted to do was swap the day as many people were ill. Have been here many times before, won't be returning due to poor service

Went for a quick drink after work and ended up having dinner. Fantastic food and drink and really well priced! They have a new burger on the menu that's great as well! Well worth a visit mid week

This place was so nice and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They added 2 massive sparklers to my friend's bday brownies and even put on a bday song for her. The food was amazing - such good value too. Great service and really enjoyed our time there. We will be back!

The restaurant is really lovely with great decor. The service was very personal and we had a fantastic brunch. Good menu choose and the wine was good. Overall would come back again!

Went here with my partner, waitresses made us feel so comfortable. Food was amazing. They are so diverse with their menu. Such a wide range of colourful, tasteful food.

Sat down here to eat, ordered our food waited half an hour and it was clear our order hadn't even been sent to the kitchen as the waitress hadn't remembered taking our order. Staff seemed very disorganised and frazzled, I appreciate it was busy and there's a heatwave but it seemed inexcusable. We paid for our drinks and walked out

Awesome bar, didn’t eat but the food looked great. The guys working there were very friendly and were great with my kids. Added bonus the guy working there had awesome film knowledge which helped due to the decor posing lots of questions from the little ones.
