Food was great, hot and on time, the cheesy chips are stunning. They did get our order slightly wrong, but likely just a mix up, I called and they had the correct pizza sent out straight away. Good service and good food :)

Waited over an hour an half, got told food was on way then got told it was still in shop. Person who answered phone was very abrupt, food was freezing cold when it eventually arrived, chips where undercooked. Never again.

forgot the chilli sauce but went out of Thier way to deliver it to us instead of just giving us a refund, best customer service I've seen since the beefeater in Taunton, thanks a lot franky'z

Never had a bad experience with this place. Food is cheap, always arrives hot and sometimes early. Theyve never got our order wrong and we order from here quite often. Chicken strips, cheesy garlic bread and the hot chilli sauce are all😍😍😍

Food was cold, my kids couldn’t even eat it so I had to cook, would like to speak to someone about a refund

Charged twice for the same order. I cancelled the original order as it said delivery time was an hour. On cancellation I was charged 100% , I tried to rectify and the restaurant was already in the process of delivery. So order was delivered and I was charged. All good. restaurant then knocked on door again and demanded I place a new order as the previous one was “cancelled” (even though I was charged) so basically charged £36 for 2 meals.

food was fine and delivery time was fine but driver drove past me twice and when I found him he got out the car screaming at me, pointed his finger in my face acting aggressively trying to intimidate me, calling me all sorts

The donner and shish wrap was amazing the lamb was cooked perfectly and the food arrived about 20 mins after ordering, tasty and quick 👌🏻

Food was late and in a mess. It was as if the bag had been upside down or dropped. Food falling out and grease dripping all over the place. It was that bad I just put it straight in the bin.

Everything cold chips soggy garlic bread rock hard and drinks missing

Garlic bread was awful!!! no cheese on it what so ever was like cardboard! not worth £2 but definitely not worth £7.25. Can be so much better!!! overall poor!

Pizzas are always amazing from here and won’t go elsewhere for one. Wings are quite nice too but the chicken on the bone is not nice at all and would not recommend

Sloppy pizza and forgot to put the spicy beef on my pizza 👎🏻 i paid to add doner meat and they never added the spicy beef that was meant to be on it

Disappointed with quality of the kebabs received not sure what the meat was on the shish but it was of poor quality, and the special Kebab wasn’t complete as sauce was missing and salad was inedible as the grease was hard indicating the food was cold, I can’t believe this is how they treat returning regulars customers.

Just eat allowed me to place an order at about 2am when this place was shut. I contacted just eat to cancel the order but it went through anyway when they opened in the afternoon. I contacted the takeaway and told them I wanted to cancel the order but they said nothing they could do and to contact just eat. Then they marked the food as delivered when I wasn’t even in and there was not any food there when I got home not long after. Absolutely ridiculous.

took two hours to arrive which obviously isnt ideal, called the shop after 90 mins & she apologised & it arrived 30 mins later. Food was missing the red salt & was luke warm at best. its a shame because its my fave pizza place & we order here regularly but this time was no good

the pizza came out of her bag upright and not flat how it's supposed to be. opened the box to a squashed pizza all over the place... then bites into the garlic bread and cheese to find actual full cloves of garlic... won't be going back here

Absolutely shocking. ordered 1x chicken kebab 1x doner, they sent me 2 doner kebabs and I hate doner meat, asked for the sauce on the side and it was absolutely caked all over my wife’s meal. I then phoned the restaurant and told them I ordered a chicken kebab not doner, she said it should take about 30 minutes to get my chicken kebab out, 50 minutes later it come freezing cold with a stale pitta. I’ve been to Frankyz many of times but something has changed lately, worst take out I’ve ever had

Excellent delivery time + service, but the food was unfortunately not worth the price. The chicken popcorn (£5) tasted great, but the portion size was very small for the price - about 50% more than what you'd get from KFC popcorn chicken. I had the kebab which was nice, but my partner had the chicken pieces and chips - she didn't finish the chicken after a bite and the chips were anemic. I really hate leaving bad reviews for local/small businesses, but we order takeouts frequently and this just wasn't good value for money. I wouldn't have written a review if the prices matched the quality, as you get what you pay for.

This place is usually amazing..this time the food was really cold and the meat was dry. When I called the restaurant the lady was quite rude to me and wasn’t willing to listen much when I spoke. She then kept me on hold for a while so I ended up hanging up.

Gone down hill this place, asked for kebab with salad, got no pitta bread and no salad, friend got a pizza, burned and rubbery....threw menu in bin, won't be ordering again☹️

14" Donner Pizza with extra sauce. The pizza was nicely hot and crispy. The staff in there are welcoming and helpful. I have never had a bad cheesy garlic bread from here, so if you're looking for a chessy garlic bread, I highly recommend these. Always a quick delivery, usually before the time stated.

Vile is the word, not enough donner for pitta so said 5 min. Popped out and was ready, opened half way back as was a stay over, and half meat was raw. He was also on his phone texting time I was in there. Try the other franky

Have been eating there Pizzas for a couple of years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else, that's how much I enjoy them.

Absolutely DELICIOUS pizza. One of the nicest take-away pizzas I've ever had. Staff were very friendly too.

We've used the take away before and obviously we thought it was good, but tonight the food was really awful, dried up and tasteless.

In the world of just eat and other apps it was good to stand in a pizza shop waiting for my garlic bread and garlic mushrooms and smell it being cooked the smell was amazing while waiting for my food.

Ordered food on the app with a delivery time of 50 mins, waited an hour and a half before calling the shop to see we’re the order is only to be told it hasn’t left the shop yet. This is the third or fourth time this has happened. I can accept once or twice that something has gone wrong. Unfortunately I will not be using this takeaway again.

Do Not use. I ordered the order never came. 3 phone calls later was still getting told hes round the corner. Phoned a 4th time to get told we havent made your order yet. I said this is not good enough to which i was verbally abused over the phone then racially abused for being English scum and we are all the same apparently. Would not let my dog eat here

I have collected my food at 4:30 pm so would have expected it to be fresh! My pizza was horrible it tasted like cardboard and had no flavour at all to it, my partner had one bite of her chicken kebab and straight away said it was yesterdays food and my daughters chicken burger meal was just slop! I would advice anyone not to eat hear as i didnt find one positive out of my order! Will never visit this establishment again !!!
