Great food @ good price . Their Hot Mama Burger is much better than Chicken XL burger from Pe**’s Will keep on trying their different burgers Staff very Polite

Via just eat shockingly bad. not wrapped or sealed, driver passed it me and drink was open, bag was open and fries were just scattered freely around bottom of the bag. strawberry milkshake was minute(not even a kids size!) and it was not bagged or wrapped, black speckly buts floating in top as well. what is this?? disgusting and shamefully poor. I am getting a refund.

Sometimes takes a while but well worth it, twice the size of KFC and twice as tasty.

Ordered from this place for the first time on Uber Eats. When it arrived, my partners entire meal was missing alongside my cheese house fries. From what did arrive the food was nice but a bit expensive.

Do not order from this company. I had an order in my basket and when I went back to order my food around iftar time. They have removed all offers. This is absolutely disgusting and is not treating customers fairly. Wanted me to pay double for their pleasure. I phoned to ask and there was no help.

That was the best burger I have ever tried🤩 staffs were friendly and they do 20% discounts for students🎈 plus it is halal 😍👍🏻 toilet and lobby was extremely clean, we love it and definitely come back again 🥰

I’ve been to the original in Batley and both branches in Leeds. Generally good burgers for a decent price. The Batley one is by far the best. When we came to the Sheffield branch, it was so quiet the whole time we were there. The restaurant was clean and quiet, and the food was very average. The chicken wings were purple and bruised, but the edible ones tasted nice, and their dips are generally tasty. Good place to come with the family, plenty of seating inside and fair amount of parking on the residential streets behind the restaurant.

Got the hot lamb chops meal today and was amazing! Deffo worth the sit in!

Never ever visit this place again. Serve by the “manager” but she placed a wrong order instead. No refunds but requesting us to change to other items. Highly disappointed and not recommended to anyone.

Small portions. Big prices. Wrong orders. Massively late. Basically McDonalds but 10 times the price.

20 minute drive home and realised they missed a full burger meal!! In 2 of the burgers the chicken was tough and stale, the beef was standard but the sauces were decent. Burgers are very small so expensive for what you get. What makes this worse, is that we called for a refund on the missing burger, and the lady on the phone said no refund, come back for another burger next time, and said the 2 burgers & fries were stale and bad due to us being 5 minutes late to collect! To top it all off, she said she was going to check the CCTV to see what time we came! Didn't realise they have a full investigation team to come to the conclusion that their food is rubbish. Will never get this again, its a shame because we had high hopes. Unfortunately, can't leave zero stars so one will do.

*EDIT Re visited a week later… food was awful and cold, my whole burger was missing from my order, I called and they informed me they can’t give me a refund because it’s a long process But would give me another if I ever returned!? A waste of £10 and I have no idea if I would go back So disappointing as I was so excited to return and recommended to so many people!* Wow! So surprised I didn’t know about this place sooner The burgers were absolutely delicious! Such a fresh bun & ingredients- the fries and dips were also amazing, already can’t wait to be back!

We have been going here for over 1 year now on most weekends. The service from the team as well as the food is great. If you want something nice, try the Hot Philly! Hassan has always welcomed us, and we enjoy the food and service, I'd recommend this place over others in Sheffield for there food and service.

First time I'd been here , the burgers are nice with good flavours but the actual bun size is quite small!

Got two meals one being the Philly burger (some reason couldn't find on menu) which has the fried fillet, hash brown, gherkins, sauce .. its was cooked perfect with a nice soft bun , the other is the moody Angus, not as chunky perfect size. Well cooked and good sauce. Loved the peri and garlic dips with the chips. Good experience, good service 👍

Disappointing. They seem to have changed their fries - tastes horrible and was underdone. Price doesn’t justify what you get here, you’d be better off going to a boss man takeaway and getting a meal for 5£ or less.

Passing through Sheffield and stopped in with family. Delicious pragau wings, kids meal went down well with the kids and very generous size. Fries are very nice. Staff were lovely and clean place. Definitely would recommend.

Would put 0 if I could. Ordered on Uber Eats a wrap with no sauce. They rang twice to ask if I wanted sauce on it. The second time I told the lady four times (FOUR TIMES) that I wanted NO SAUCE. It came with sauce. Asked for my money back and was offered a discount. Went back again, discount amounted to a little over a pound. Food in second order was cold and soggy. Horrendous service. Franksters as a chain serves such great food it’s hilarious how horrible it tastes when you order from here.

Halal, fast food. Family friendly and clean. Excellent service from staff who are always asking if they can help further. Always show kindness towards my kids who love it there. Good toys in kids happy meal I really enjoy the food. Easy parking on surrounding roads

Was realy looking forward to this place but what a disappointment! False advertisement! Says on the menu 20% off your first order when you download the app.... This is not true and I got charged 40 odd quid for cheap tack food

Visited Frankster’s recently for dinner. Service was quick, efficient and polite. Got the Moody Angus with Cheese Fries, which came with additional piri-piri and garlic sauces on the side (unexpectedly!). All was very tasty, and freshly made. Cheese stayed melted on the fries when eating in though may be an issue if getting as takeaway. Would like to come back sometime to try out their milkshakes!

Frankster's Sheffield was appealing because it looked like the halal alternative to FiveGuys. The place looked just your average fast food outlet was clean. Staff was friendly, easy to order with a simple menu, the price for the portion was little high, simply down to the size of the patties and the drink size was around 250ml from the dispenser machine which I had the pink lemonade nice and refreshing. The house fries was nice, the burger was nice not the best I ever had but decent any thing let it down was the size of patties like I mentioned. The quality was there. I would try again but not in a rush.

The food at Frankster's is high quality and the service was friendly and helpful! I'd highly recommend their chilli bites, and the fountain drinks are gorgeous (make sure to ask them for a mix of two flavours!)

Ordered 5 meals and all were ok but nothing special. I ordered the butterfly chicken with rice and chips and on the picture it shows a beautiful side salad !! No salad with my meal which made the meal constantly seem like something was missing. Lots of fast food places in Sheffield so when I new one comes to town you need to be special and sadly this wasn’t it this time .

Food: lamb chops were nice, a bit sickly but nice. Wings were ok. Burgers are almost tasteless, don’t understand why as they look really nice but there is just no taste there, not even salt. Burger had way too much sauce on too, hate it when places do that. Mediocre food overall. Service: definitely needs improvement. The staff look like they are under a lot of pressure and not experienced/ trained to handle it. 3-4 uber eats drivers got fed up of waiting and left. I was waiting around total 40 mins (I ordered 7.30 got food 8.10). Not good enough for a fast food outlet. Definitely need more and faster staff
