Asked for some cheese and sauce on wrap in ordet notes as there wasn’t an option (I don’t think you usually get cheese/sauce) when my food arrived I had cheese on both my wrap and cheese. Everything was wrapped up properly and all nice and warm on arrival. Estimated arrival time on point as well. Very happy

I love this takeaway, drivers are always polite and early or on time. We love the food too, I wish they’d offer discounts or vouchers to regular clients.

Garlic bread was great, chicken was cooked well, chips well seasoned, the onion rings were a bit overdone but otherwise not an issue. The Driver was solid, very nice guy who waited patiently after I didn't hear the knocks so thanks to him.

Absolute joke. delivered completely the wrong order. Had to wait to get the order collected only to find out the other party in the meantime had eaten mine!! more time waited while requesting a new fresh order meant was still waiting over an hour later. Just ridiculous, was a loyal customer and now will never go back.

Food was rank! The chicken was shrivelled and so dry it was inedible. One piece was so small it was basically a wing with barely any meat on it. The chicken i did attempt to eat tasted fishy. It's safe to say I'll never order from here again.

food packaging was damaged , buffalo sauce everywhere, cheese was stuck to the box not the wedges we ordered which had no kind of seasoning whatsoever burgers where dry and they may aswell have not bothered putting lettuce on as there was so little. beef burgers where like rubber and cheese was not melted, onion rings soggy and over charged for overcharged for a can of regular sized redbull thinking it was a bigger size and it was exactly the same size.overall was cold and not good food

Not happy at all the food was cold and looked like some of the things were precooked. Onion rings were saggy and the lettuce was old mist of the leaves were black and had lost its fresh touch. When tried ringing no one picked the call so disappointed money and time wasted l, This was my last time ordering from Frankie’s.

have been ordering from here for years and usually it's decent. but tonight everything was cold. I called the shop to add some sauces to the order and was told the driver had already left, but the food didn't arrive for ages after that. the chips where rock solid, one of the pizzas tasted "not right" and the chicken pieces where flat and squashed. I'm hoping it was just because it's a busy night and would order again and hopefully next time is back to normal

When we got the food the chips and cheese were cold, the cheese wouldn’t melt onto the chips and they were hard. The garlic bread with cheese tasted of rubber and wasn’t edible.

Chicken meal was beautiful very tasty. Lots of tasty chips too which were hot. However! I was very clear on my order that the person wanting the burger has allergies to sauces and to put none on at all. And it came with both mayo adhd bbq with my added important notes completely ignored. Hence this person could not eat. We w were not impressed at all.

use this place quite often between mine and mums address. But tonight was let down on the delivery time when they changed it from 8.20 to 8.40 then changed it to 9pm I rang to say it was too late for me give them benefit of the doubt for them to change it baback to 8.40 p. but it finally arrived9pm rang them to complain after the let down will not be using you again really disappointed shouldtell you exactly when it will arrive not just change it of there own accord. Disappointing

Don’t waste your money on the lamb donner! Firstly you don’t get an option to add sauce or salad with your donner box so I had to buy sauces. When I seen the sauce pots I thought it was a joke the tiniest pots of sauce I’ve ever seen just enough for a few chips to dip. I knew the donner meat was going to be bad as soon as I seen the colour of it so dark and it was so hard when you pick a piece up it stands up solid like rock, so tough and cold looks like it’s been reheated a lot, horrible :(
