My order didn’t turn up phoned said it was on way still didn’t come I payed on me card and still didn’t come so I’m down £20 never order again worst place 2 order from I’ll be on phone 2 them again 2 mora never again

Never delivered. Called and they claimed it was 2 minutes away, 20 minutes later I call again and they said they forgot my food

food the price the amount of food was amazing definitely would recommend getting the mini family bucket . some of the chicken was slightly dry however still very enjoyable to eat . would come here instead of any other fast food any other day .

Don’t waste your money on the lamb donner! Firstly you don’t get an option to add sauce or salad with your donner box so I had to buy sauces. When I seen the sauce pots I thought it was a joke the tiniest pots of sauce I’ve ever seen just enough for a few chips to dip. I knew the donner meat was going to be bad as soon as I seen the colour of it so dark and it was so hard when you pick a piece up it stands up solid like rock, so tough and cold looks like it’s been reheated a lot, horrible :(

Food totally inedible. Way way too much cheese on the garlic bread, chips looked and tasted like they had been cooked & warmed 4 times over. I couldn’t even bit the burger, it was that hard, like it had been sat in a warm since yesterday.

always hot and fresh food..the chicken burgers are the best always so tender and delicious..we tried the Milkshakes for the first time..( some positive advice: their is opportunity for improvement on the Milkshakes )..No doubt in time you guys will have the best milkshakes.. thank you (shukran)..Mashallah to the Team

Ordered some food late at night, whilst it arrived on time, the food tasted like it had been out all day/night. It's only after eating 3 of the 4 doughnuts that we noticed they were mouldy!!! Green and white fur growing on them!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Please can the manager get in touch to discuss this! 8 months on and still no contact. Seems like management do not care about reviews left on social media....

Awais and mobeen are the best workers at this place. Absolutely amazing service with impeccable waiting times. I ordered nuggets and within 20 seconds they was in my hand. A friend of mine also informed me they ordered 3 chicken and chips and this was with them immidediatly These are the best

ordered a marg pizza, and the loaded fries (£10.99) wgen dilivered, i got inside the pizza was wrong (Meat Feast) and burnt, the loaded fries were in the smallest cardbox box, 2 small pieces of chicken, and and sprinkle of lettuces called the driver back and told him the order was wrong, and he just drove off. Rang the restaurant to explain, told us he sent a Margarita,I told him it was covered with meat, he told us Do Not eat the pizza to prove it. And he'd send the right pizza. disappointing

After getting a notification that the delivery arrived but no one at the door after a few minutes I was on the app and clicked the not arrived. they then suddenly updated the delivery time after it was supposedly delivered. I pressed the button to allow for some money back and got a text saying they refuse. shortly after I got a call from the restaurant and the man whom I spoke to was utterly rude and tried to make me seem like a rude idiot for pressing the money back option. shocking service.

Wigan today wrote a story about the food hygiene failures Putting mine and others health at risk I will not be eating there again.

Food came quicker than expected, the chicken strips were over crispy for my taste but overall a nice combination of chicken and loaded fries. I would order the loaded fries meal again.

A very bad experience this time, i have ordered the food on almost 01:00 am. And get it on 03:01am. It was just fries and bone less fried chicken…! Too much late and cold food was delivered.! I will prefer to collect food by my self instead of getting a delivery service. Just a mess…!

Was given a 20 minute delivery window, rang shop 10 minutes after that time had expired, no tracking on order. so rang the shop, no further help than it had already gone out. Didn't fill me with confidence, for money I was spending, will seriously consider more main stream chicken places in future.

Driver turned up with only 2 fries and 2 pieces of chicken. He forgot 2 pizzas apparently. Very unprofessional night shift staff. I have called and ordered in here so many times. They said they can't take my order as my location is not showing in their system. I'm only a mile away from them. They are asking me to place the order online. Why should I pay £5.50 extra for the same food online. I informed them that their delivery drivers know me very well and still denied to take my order. Never ordering again with them. They don't provide any sort of customer service.

When the food was initially delayed and pointed out to the restaurant, they rang and said it would be coming soon (still hadn't set off) and it was still late after it's new time slot. Requested a refund and it was refused.
