Came to frankie and bennys livingston for a lunch with my fellow colleagues. I ordered a glass of red wine to then be asked for ID. I understand the need to ensure they are not serving underage people however I am a 35yr old woman who clearly does not look under age. The man who was serving was extremely patronising and rude I will never be back.

Had a lovely meal with excellent service from John and staff. Thanks for the birthday excitment for our sister.

We have visited recently and the first impression wasn't to good. First of all I had to ask a waiter for a bit of a tissue for wiping my table. It was covered in some stuff. Cleanliness not impressive. Fair enough waiter cleaned it up while I was sitting there, but he should have offered another table. Apart of this food wasn't bad although it was a bit to cold.

Went in with the family and ordered the pizza which came as half a pizza and cost £8. The supposed big eaters menu came with a pizza the size of a bottom of a small cup . We ended up having to give the wee one some of ours. When the bill came to £60 and still came out hungry for what tasted like microwaved food was not worth it. Definitely won't be back.

Just been for a lovely lunch which was reasonably priced and good food and service by Claire. Only downside was we were a tad chilly as heating was playing up. Although food was nice and hot. Used the meerkat 2-1 deal which is a great saving.

Nice restaurant, handy location close to the shops, very reasonably priced and a great selection of tasty food. Nice to see a vegan range too. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We're regular visitors, one of our favourite places to eat in Livi 🙂

Had another fantastic family Sunday brunch at Frankie and Benny’s Livingston.The food as always was amazing and the service great.Nothing too much trouble.There were 11 of us including children and all food came at the same time and was hot and delicious.

Visited Frankie & Benny's last night as a wee treat for myself, hubby and our 2 boys. Couldn't fault it. Service was excellent, friendly waiters/waitresses, and our meal was fabulous. Not the first time I've had the BBQ chicken wrap and won't be the last! Just yummy! Plenty options for the boys too so happy kids/happy parents. 4 clean plates - says it all really!

My go to for a lovely refreshing salad. Nice relaxing environment suitable for families. Reasonable prices on a varied menu

We used to come here as a family quite often a few years ago, almost weekly because the food was beautiful, the service was brilliant and the atmosphere was lovely. The kids used to love the chicken goujons, the chips and the garlic and cheese pizza. The adults used to love trying something different on the menu all the time, it was great.The past couple of years however, this place has really went downhill with all of the above and sadly we no longer come here anymore.We decided to come back last summer out of curiousity but it wasn't great at all. The only reason we came tonight is because we had a voucher to use that we got as a gift at Xmas.When we first arrived we noticed how cold it was inside. After waiting 5 mins for a table when there were plenty empty, we got shown to our table and noticed that there were fan heaters all around.....that weren't turned on! I had to assume that the heating wasn't working because nobody told us, but nothing was being done to heat the place up.....Anyway, after getting our drinks, we asked for a couple of mins to look at the menu to decide what to eat.....about 15 mins passed until the server came back. We then waited about half an hour for our starters to come out, my bruschetta was dry, not a lot of toppings and the bread was very thin and hard. My wife's mushroom bruschetta was thin and hard also, and missing cheese and flavour! The replacement dish had cheese but was then missing the sauce....and flavour again! The bread was rock hard again also.We ordered a garlic and cheese pizza with our starters.....it came absolutely bone dry and solid like a frisbee, with a tiny bit of garlic and cheese in the middle! We got a fresh one sent back out 10 mins later and it was fresh....too fresh, it was very undercooked, and again, it had very little topping on it!We then decided to just leave it at that, cancelled our mains and left because we couldn't bear to think what disaster was going to come next with them.The server was full of apologies but it wasn't her fault, the management are allowing the chefs to send out really bad, bland and very unappetizing food.I can't tell you just how disappointed i am in seeing this place fall so short of the standards it used to have. We have a lot of family memories here and its sad that its gone the way it has.

Right....honest review. Party of 20 and single waiter taking orders certainly did his best. Manager took time to speak to birthday girl which was nice. Couple off criticisms. Mixed grill steak stone cold and had to chase up peppercorn sauce. However tasted good and ate the lot! Macaroni was a very meagre amount. Pizza ordered came in wrong size but staff made up for it by providing another pizza over and above. Staff friendly and always around. To top it off 50% voucher off all mains made my night! Birthday cake presentation is always a winner. Well done

I've been for a dinner with a friend of mine and i was plesently surprised. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was so good and the service was great. Our servers Dave and Jamelia was spot on. I will definitely come back ;)

No nasty surprises but then again no pleasant surprises. Usual seen it once seen it a thousand times menu. Hadn't visited in a few years so in that time menu seemed stuck in a similar place.Potato skins on dry side although chicken carbonara was nice enough. Side salad probably cost 20p cost price if that so not good value at over £3 for a tiny bowl.

We came here for our works Christmas dinner, food was good, and the staff was very friendly, the food came out in good time, our server Tricia was very professional at her job, and seem to look after our table of eleven with ease, would recommend to anyone.

We visited tonight it was busy but the service was great. Our server Claire was fantastic as we are vegan she helped us with the menu nothing was any bother. Great food lovely evening.

Arriving at restaurant and getting seated was easy, ordered our food starters were good, partner ordered fish bit in to it and it wasn’t cooked, they replaced it and said they would take it off bill. Had carbonara tasted like a micro meal, chips looked and tasted as though they had been reheated. Not much choice for deserts. Kids menu had good choice

Having just completed our annual marathon Christmas shopping trip to the outlet centre my friend and I headed to Frankie n Bennys for dinner. We have ended our annual trip here since the restaurant opened in the retail park. So disappointed.

Went in as we had an offer on mains, 20% I believe,

Paid £33 for a burger, pasta and onion rings. It arrived cold, fries were unsalted, hair in the chips, pasta was bland, burger was missing all garnishes (red onion, bbq sauce), the onion rings were missing from the order. We phoned the restaurant to complain about the missing onion rings and they said that this was not their problem and told us to phone Justeat. We phoned justeat to complain and the process took about 20 minutes. They offered us a refund on the onion rings, however they could not compensate for the missing garnishes. We paid an extra £2 for a bbq burger, which included these garnishes. Avoid and go to a better restaurant.

I was in recently as I used to love frankie and bennys it must of had a new ownership because the food now tastes like it’s came from Iceland’s for a £1 and chucked in the microwave. Had a steak wrap and was chewy sauce tasted like vinger not BBQ and to top it of it didn’t even have cheese which it stated on the menu. Had it returned for a carbonara which I’ve had better from a Tesco’s microwave meal. And to top it off the meal came to £40 so overpriced for horrible food certainly wouldn’t recommend going you’ll get ripped of and left disappointed.

Just left Frankie & Benny's at Livingston Retail park and very happy, satisfied customers! Trisha was our server and she was brill. She suggested their latest deal on cheesy garlic bread and it was so light and yummy! The new cheeseburger doughballs were delicious and our mains were fab too! Service was great and just right, with a big smile. Thx Trisha!

Not really sure what was served up last night by Frankie, but it sure has gone downhill.

We were served by Mhari and she was absolutely fantastic. Love coming here for breakfast but a newfound dairy allergy meant I wasn't sure on what I could eat. She patiently answered all our questions and double checked the food to ensure it was all okay.

Great service and very friendly staff.Food was great with a really good choice.Will make this our first choice for future family gatherings.

Took the family for meal tonight to say it was terrible is being kind. £60 for 2 adults and a 4 year old and the best part of the meal was the Pepsi. Staff were ok but food a drinks service was poor.

Went to frankie and bennys this morning for breakfast speedy service food was delicious and our server Tricia was very patient when taking our fussy order of what we wanted and didn’t want tricia delivered great customer service with a smile 😊

Sunday morning breakfast, slightly hungover, and just a great experience from the fast service, good value food, and nice atmosphere. Staff are really nice, nothing too much trouble, but not intrusive either. Left feeling like I’d eaten a healthy breakfast and all set for the day.

Had a few meals here lately and not as enjoyable as a few years ago. Meals seem to be thrown together

We had a lovely meal before going to the Edinburgh tattoo I had got some vouchers on Groupon it was the first time that three of us had eaten in a Frankie And Bennys and we were impressed with the food and pricing.I would certainly recommend it.

Lovely relaxed meal with our family at Frankie and Benny's tonight. Plenty of choice for everyone and the kids menu is great. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we all enjoyed our food.

When it comes to breakfast, look no further than here. Great food selection...everything from fruit salad to eggs Benedict to a traditional fry up, you can't get stuck for choice..

Went for a a meal with my partner as a late lunch/early dinner. We were waited on by Trisha who was delightful, friendly & helpful. The food quality was amazing, everything was delicious and tasted fresh and nice and hot on arrival. Highly recommended.

The breakfast menu here is great. We dropped in for a morning coffee and decided to eat. I had a large full cooked brekkie, my wife had pancakes, and our wee girl had the kids plate. It was very nice. Not the cheapest, but there are generally offers floating around online. Quick service, clean and friendly.

Last weekend we went to Frankie and Benny's for breakfast..Our granddaughter is vegetarian but there are not a lot of options on the menu. The vegetarian breakfast is grilled tomatoes and mushrooms together with hash browns.Could do with veg.sausage or veg bacon.My husband had the Scottish breakfast and it was delicious.I had pancakes with fruit and sauce.Can recommend this.Our waitress was attentive and efficient.Its a great place for families or couples.You can sit at a table or a booth.We were served quickly. Toilets are clean and fresh.All in all a nice family breakfast.We would come back.

I wasn't expected toó mucha, because i don't use to like franchised restaurantes, but this placer makes a diferente, good food and a remarcable service that makes you feel as you were at home. Coming back for sure

We took kids out for dinner as a mid week trip, loved the new menu and the healthy choice meals too. Staff very friendly good was fantastic.

We all enjoyed out choice from a reasonable menu. Generous portions and "unlimited repeat meals" although no-one would want more. Stylish americano theme and thought the pictures and decor were quite fashionable.

My son wanted to go here for his birthday meal and it was an enjoyable meal. Think they should make their offers clearer as one couple left as they could not use a voucher and another family were surprised they couldn't use it when paying the bill. Might need to make the restrictions clearer although it was clear if you read the small print but not everyone does. Food was enjoyable but feel they need to offer bottomless soda's like their competitors

Just been in with my dad for his birthday breakfast, we both ordered traditional breakfasts and I got myself a lovely cinnamon latte. The food was scrumptious and the girls who served us (didn’t get their names) were welcoming & friendly, but not intrusive. Loved the experience and I hope your great staff are appreciated for their hard work

Love this chain of food. We were left at the front door for a few minutes as there was no staff in sight. We were seated and food was good and served very quickly. Our server was polite and friendly. Will give it the benefit of the doubt and will return to see if our standing at the front door was a one off.

We went here in a Tuesday afternoon. The place wasn’t too busy. Got a lovely welcome from a nice man who showed us to our table and took a drink order.

Oh dear.. Once upon a time Frankie & Benny's used to offer decent chain fair, certainly not up with the best but usually competent pub grub standard. A few years back I recall having decent pasta dishes here (one with steak n creamy sauce was a fave) but sadly it's gone downhill vastly. My partner and I could not honestly rate either of our selections. Food was dry and bland. I struggle to find good Restaurants in Livingston anyway but expected better than this. Sadly will not be returning any time soon

My partner & I took our wee granddaughter on Friday for a wee treat, for meal & softtail. It was pretty busy so we expe Ted the service to be a little slow....but this was ridiculous!!

Have been a few times before and food normally average but today very poor. I had chicken pitta with bbq sauce and chips. Chips were luke warm and bland. Chicken was ok but so much bbq sauce I struggled to eat it. Very messy and made the pitta very soggy. Disgusting soggy bits of lettuce shoved at the bottom of pitta. Left most of it. £10.99 for this and portion was actually very small for price. Waitress apologetic and took 20% off bill. Left to get dessert elsewhere. Won't be rushing back.

Great staff, great food especially glutenfree and they always have some sort of deal on with the app.highly recommend. I've been to a few of their restaurants and been sick for days with cross contamination due to me been coeliac. Highly recommend Livingston restaurant.

Came here on Thursday with my family which included one Gluten Free eater. Pleasently surprised to find a full Gluten Free menu (ask on arrival). Lots to choose from and not just salads, ou can have starters, pasta, pizza & salad if you wish!

I visited the F and B in Livingstone. My wife and I have pasta, bread, wine. The wine tasted like red sugar water. The pasta was terrible. What a laugh....but not in a good way. I have eaten in Italian restaurants in NYC, this place is a joke, nothing like the real thing. We thought, maybe it was an off day. We were in N Lanarkshire, and tried the second and last F and B before we went to the cinema. Same thing. Terrible food. Terrible service. And that's it...NEVER again will I set foot in this armature hour restaurant. Try Toni Macaroni's if you want good food, good service.

Came here for a lovely family meal. Food was served fast. Ordered calamari it was very chewy and over cooked. My sisters burger was very greasy but she said it was lovely.

Went here just before Xmas 2017 with Wife, 2 Daughters, and their families: 8 of us in all, from 10 yrs up to - let's say- a bit past retiring age. Seating this number together is no problem for them. Staff were very pleasant, attentive; just - nice.

I only gave it 3 stars because certain items on the menu when you have them seem to taste as if the product is very cheap Coffee good Could do with opening earlier

Went here saturday teatime with my family . saff very politeand efficient . Flat breads toshare which were nice but to be honest preffered this in the frankie and bennies in oldham . My ribs were excellant fell off the bone and were tasty . Cant go wrong with pizza which hubby had . Dont forget to down load the app they send you vouchers which are great saved us £25 last night .

We were down in Livingston for the weekend after coming back from Paris. We had an evening meal here and then lunch the following day.

Myself and my boyfriend visited here on Saturday night before heading to the cinema. We arrived at 7:25 and we were greeted by a man in a grey suit (assume the manager or person in charge) who sat us at a table with 2 menus. He then walked away without taking a drinks order. The restaurant wasn't overly busy, I'd say there was 7 other tables in at the most. We were sat next to the till where all food and drinks orders were put on, the staff kept gathering around here being very noisy and disruptive. By 7:35 we had still not had our drinks order taken and both our menus were closed over ready to order. Several members of staff walked passed us and not one of them had the courtesy to come and take our order or even tell us that they would be over. At 7:45 I'd had enough and went to the bar and asked the man behind there if we could order. He came over to the table and took our order. He didn't seem to know the menu which i assume is because he only works behind the bar however, he didn't tell us this. He went to the till to put the order through and one of the girls working (long dark hair) asked him why he had taken our order then looked round at us and said 'I was literally just about to take their order' - which I thought was very rude and if that was the case she could have told us that she'd be over soon.

Been here & other branches & never been disappointed! Great to take the grandchildren! Pasta meatballs lovely!

We visited for the first time in years, very friendly service. Meal was lovely and an adequate portion too! We also had a code for 50% of mains which wasn’t a problem to use, nice staff, nice atmosphere and nice food will be back again!

This is actually the second time I've been here and will most certainly be the last. Family of 5 on a Saturday night. Had 5 mains and 5 soft drinks. 2 spag Bol, 1 macaroni, 1 burger and 1 pizza . All of which were very poor portion wise and tasted like microwave jobs. Service was ok, but it was a bit of if your not having sweets or coffee then here's you hat what's your hurry! Total cost £66, which in my humble opinion was complete extortion. If you fancy a nice meal and better value, I'm sure there are plenty of better places to eat in Livingston. Be Warned!

Left totally unimpressed. Disappointed in the wraps. Tiny amount of steak pieces in wrap. Food left too long on the window. Need more lunch time staff. 2 servers is inadequate. No checking to see if meal is ok or whether more drinks are required. Husband enjoyed his calzone but won't be back.

Kids love it here. Staff are very friendly. Food is great value with a little bit of everything. The kids menu is brilliant with a small (younger) and big (older but not adult) choice available.

Went with my family , wife , daughter and son in law plus 2 grandsons. Meals were excellent and the service was great. So much so that we have booked for the extended family for my 70th birthday.

My expectations are never high when heading to a chain restaurant. They try to be all things to all people and become a jack of all trades but master of none. To be fair, this one tries hard and service was quite good although it was quiet. Food was OK - pretty much as expected but at least it was served quickly and hot. If you know this style of restaurant this one is better than most.

This was our second visit to this frankie and bennys. First time was average so we decided to give it another go and was disappointed. No welcome when we came in apart from table for two. Food wasn't great, and service was terrible. Waitresses where to busy talking to each other and on there phones than serving. No check back was done on our meals. There was only a handful of tables in not as if they were busy. Won't be back.

When we arrived there was only a few tables occupied. I thought great a quick dinner. Nope didn't happen. The order was taken quickly, main course and dessert ordered. The main course came hot and delicious within 10 mins. Then we were left sitting with empty plates. The waiter had disappeared, if me and my daughter weren't having such a great time together, I would have got up and left. Eventually after waving across the restaurant we got our dessert and the bill at the same time, I couldn't sit there any longer, my bum was going numb.

Lovely restaurant for family occasions, singles, couple and families will be treated well here, an enjoyable experience with plenty of choices to eat and drink.

Frankie & Benny han visitado un par de veces y, mientras que la comida ha sido siempre bien, no es increíble y es un poco caro. Generalmente, el restaurante estaba congelada y la música es demasiado alto. El menú es una buena relación calidad-precio, pero tiene poca variedad.

Visitado de improviso la visita, llegamos a la mitad momento 4. Sólo tenía unas pocas mesas en el tiempo. Parecía 3 directores trabajando en el piso, no como el que vino en sólo nos preguntó si era una mesa para 3. La comida era excelente, con una buena oferta de 2 campos por £9. 95. Vino muy rápidamente, no tiene absolutamente ninguna interacción desde cualquier gestión en la mesa ni siquiera preguntar si habíamos disfrutado de la comida. No hay oferta de cualquier recarga o postres más interesados en hablar de cada uno de sus mesas! Camarera comenzó justo cuando estábamos terminado y ella tenía más interacción en los 5 minutos que ella había estado allí que en la hora que había estado allí. Si no hubiera sido por el hecho de que habíamos disfrutado de la comida tanto hubiera sido de 1 estrellas. Creo que los jefes de los tres hombres necesitan el ejemplo y mostrar a sus clientes que se preocupan por su negocio.

Tuvimos una comida agradable aquí, champiñones pasta rellena. Sin embargo, el restaurante tranquilo la noche que estuve allí y el aire acondicionado estaba en que no era necesario. Tuvimos que mover asientos, pero eso no ayuda. Nulas lo que fue una buena noche. Volvería.

Que normalmente comemos en uno de los restaurantes en el Diseñador de livingston, o el Almondvale Outlet Center, pero habíamos estado buscando en una o dos de las tiendas en esta zona detrás del outlet de diseñador.

Qué pena. Normalmente nos encanta Frankie y bennys, pero no tengo ni idea de lo que su problema era hoy! Parecía que había sólo un hombre que sirve, así que lo he esperado quizás fue un día estresante, pero era muy tranquila y él parecía tener un problema sólo con nosotros. Había una falta de rapport desde el momento en que entramos. Cada vez que vino a tomar una bebida o comida, él era ya pedidos a poca distancia antes de que nos respondió. Pensando que él era al principio, pero cuando él prisa sirve nuestra comida no ofrece ningún parmesano. Pensé que era nuevo, pero mi compañero de trabajo dijo que había estado allí un rato. Vi como él sirven otras mesas, y tomó el parmesano. Era difícil conseguir una recarga de nuestras bebidas entre él estar en el teléfono, y desaparecer en la parte trasera. Finalmente logró tomar su atención. Después de meter las bebidas, y luego nos hicieron esperar un rato y luego me tomó las placas. No pedir o ofrecer a postre. Pensé que volvería, pero él no. Nos sentamos esperando mientras me aclaro otras mesas y los clientes se ofrece un menú de postres. Me dieron el menú en mi teléfono, y tenía ganas de ordenar, pero a este punto el servicio (o la falta de! ) era muy desagradable. Al final, trajeron dos menús de postres y las ponen sobre la mesa sin interacción social o palabras. Sólo pedimos la cuenta, pagamos y nos fuimos. No sé qué era, pero su problema de la manera en que trataron fue una vergüenza! Fuimos a la cadena Runner y tenía una gran postre, más valor por su dinero de todos modos. Revisión dieron dos estrellas, la comida estaba bien como es de esperar, sólo el servicio era más que chocante.

Que ser ventiladores tan F&es; decepcionante. Últimamente ha sido cada vez peor que el anterior. Los pedidos de comida seca, mal, frío o demasiado cocido. El personal es encantador, pero la comida una enorme decepción de la tarde. Ahora ir a straiton en vez de Livingston.

Stepped out for a night with my wife to our local F&B.; Wonderful meal. Tasty garlic bread light and crispy followed by super pizza. Excellent food at an excellent price. No need to book just turn up and feast.

Sieciowa restauracja wzorowana na amerykańskich obiektach. Klimat tworzą zdjęcia i muzyka. I to koniec pozytywów. Jedzenie kiepskie,twarde steki dużo tłuszczu i wysokie ceny. Boksy ciasne i jeżeli jesteście większa grupą to dość trudno jest się pomieścić.

Popped in for a spot of lunch on Sunday for Sons birthday and was delighted with the meal and the lovely and helpful Claire made it a pleasure. Great with the kids and exceptionally helpful.

F&ser; utilizada para ser una buena comida de estilo americano y outlet diferente a otros lugares para comer. En esta visita tuvimos frío y decepcionantemente comida insulsa. El menú para niños promete sobre el papel, pero en realidad son stock congelados aditivo opciones montado (dedos de pescado frito crujiente, pizza a un rígido con queso de imitación). De nuevo el menú de adultos parece estar bien, pero todo viene cargados de cosas para disimular el hecho de que no hay sabor en nada, mayo, salsas especiales y como tal todo es soso. La comida no es digno de el precio de ninguna manera.

En Enero habíamos reservado asientos para 13 (8 adultos + 5 niños) en el conocimiento de que habría una variada selección del menú.

Esta es mi tercera visita aquí a pesar de no volver después vowing visitas uno y dos. Yo estaba fuera votado por nuestro grupo de seis y, por lo tanto aquí nos de nuevo. Los niveles de ruido son extraordinarias aquí con diners compitiendo con hilo musical y construye a un nivel incómodo. También estrujar 6 adultos en una cabina no era una buena idea. Nuestro camarero era muy buena y no lo mejor, pero la calidad de la comida le permite el lugar y los precios también me parecen altos dado el tamaño de las porciones. Los platos eran grandes de patatas fritas y verduras pero no mucho pescado o carne o ensalada. Así que no fue una buena experiencia y a £40 un par hay opciones mucho mejores cerca.

Food fab, service top notch and atmosphere great to. Management helped the staff which was also very nice to see as the group was larger than normal tables. The group was also autistic and the staff were very patient

I was given £25.00 in vouchers as a gift from my niece so decided to visit this eatery, we were shown to our seats fairly quickly and our drinks order taken.

Estuve en el restaurante a las 11 de la mañana para consejos sobre qué mi hijo de 10 años podía comer cuando visitó más tarde por la noche (5 pm) para su celebración como amigos no brithday sería asistir y no queríamos dejar la responsabilidad a otro adulto que no sé los detalles de sus alergias. Mi hijo estaba muy emocionado sobre pobres la fiesta y, al mismo tiempo que comprensible en mí, no siendo ansiosos para comprobar los ingredientes allí así que esta visita fue para tranquilizar a él y darle confianza. Por desgracia, resultó fue que hay algunos muy grosero, adultos despreocupado de allí. Me dijo David que él tenía un actitud muy pobre (en frente de mi hijo) y se encogió de hombros y dijo que era mi opinión. Cuando le pregunté por su nombre que David se preguntaba por qué y cuando le dije que estaba contactando la oficina central que de repente después de mí y dijo seguido si esperé 10 minutos que iba a hablar de mí. No había gente esperando a ser atendida, la prisa del desayuno parecía ser de más y la fiebre de la hora del almuerzo no había empezado. Lo único positivo es que una camarera joven llegó después me pidió disculpas por su beaviour y y explicaron que si me podía ayudar en ella, pero era su primer día. Me agradeció tanto por su amable y mucho más maduro y cuidadoso de su actitud jefe.

My first visit to Frankie &Benny;'s in Livingston i found the place very welcoming, clean and lovely friendly staff. The food was great and good value. I will be sure to return.

I have always really liked this chain for the decoration, friendly staff, great coffee and good prices.

Hemos ido a muchos bennys frankie nd y este un par de veces y triste decir cada vez que vamos a enviar nuestra comida de vuelta. El domingo fuimos a cenar, nos pareció que el servicio era lento, ordenar bebidas mal, pues nuestros platos principales estaban frías y tenía que ser envió entonces nuestra orden desierto equivocado también muy decepcionada muchos otros restaurantes repensar!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, their service seems to have improved. Much faster than some of our previous visits. Pancakes are lovely!

Fue una noche tranquila ya que era tarde en la noche. Pero el servicio era lento. Esperamos para pan de ajo como entrante por al menos 25 minutos.

The service was excellent and the meal was very good indeed which 3 of us had. there was no complaints at all. Thank you for this.

Went for dinner here on Saturday evening with my partner. Seated quickly and received our drinks quickly. Ordered out meals and they arrived in good time. Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hemos estado allí el día 14 de febrero. Nunca reservamos una mesa, pero tuvimos suerte ya que alguien has aumentado, así que conseguimos un espacio. La camarera era muy agradable y parece rápido y ocupado. Espacio entre las mesas quizás era 50 cm. Y esa era la única manera de salir de mi asiento, así que cada vez que quería subir, tuvimos que cambiar nuestra mesa y junto a nosotros. Hemos estado con mi hijo de casi 2 años y no fácil de mantener él lejos de la mesa de al lado. Pedimos toda nuestra comida juntos y entendemos que el servicio era lento porque era el día de San Valentín y estaba muy lleno, pero algunas otras cosas no eran derecho. Patata de arranque de mi marido era el increíble. pieles Él tiene dos de ellas y luego una señora sentado al lado de nosotros conseguimos mismo plato pero había 3 pieles.
