absolutely joke of a restaurant, waited 2 hours for my food delivery for it to then be cancelled do not order, all previous reviews on just eat mention cold food with poor quality

great meal, great service, a bit on the pricey side, but everything is now i guess

My husbands card did not work as he never had his glassess, so I put the amount in for him.It took the amount twice.£50.40 So, when I punched the amount, it took another £50.40.girl I had never said anything. I did not notice until we got home. She took it as a tip.😒

Bruce was amazing so kind food was great

Excellent service. The server was spot on. I wish I took their name to ensure they are recognised (tall slim guy with long hair). Food was good, asked for no spring onion on my upgraded fries but they were happy to fix this. BBQ chicken burger forgot the BBQ sauce but again fixed this with no issues. My only negative is the chicken burger was a bit overcooked and the only reason I took a star off.

In last night for a meal. Was very busy but service and food was fast. Had 3 courses in the hour. Nice atmosphere and service from Lorna and Liam was spot on! will definitely be back!

Always a 10 out of 10. The pizzas are amazing compared to all their competitors, and the quality is excellent. Food arrived at out table very fast, and the staff are very welcoming. Management also really helpful

Recently had dinner here and the service was excellent, Megan was super helpful and went over it all to make sure everything was correct. Kids meal was huge!!! I got the hot dog and i would say the only issue was it was absolutely smoothed in sauce so had to eat with knife and fork but it was on a sheet of grease proof paper which was sticking to the hotdog when cutting it! Was annoying but overall great food. Also frankie and bennys use to play nice Italian/ American music and when we were in was dance music, which changed the atmosphere! Which is a shame.

Came as a group with kids and as a new mum I find it a very stressful. Were very patient with us, help make my baby's bottle up.gave my support dog water. Even followed instructions of how my baby likes only a dash of juice in water ect. Basically they went above and beyond for me. Was severed by one of the younger girls with blonde hair. Food was fantastic especially the garlic bread and surprisingly the kids meals, cocktails were delicious. Ice-cream came with fruit which I thought was a nice extra touch. Would definitely come back again

All of our fries were overcooked, can't believe that the chefs thought that this was an acceptable standard. Burgers were ok, have had better for same price. Will not be back.

Food was poor ceaser salad swimming in dressing chips were cold or only warm that came with burger hot dog was not hot but poor quality and chips again warm cola were weak afraid we will not be back again

Realized kids didn't get any veggies, even though included. Realized after paying 🤦🏼‍♀️ Also unsure why there were jalapenos in my pasta, it made it way too spicy than it needed to be. Staff were lovely.

Pasta was very dry & bland disappointing

Myself and my husband went for lunch as it was my birthday. Food was mediocre at best. Chicken burger was very dry and tough and meals over prices for what you get (small burger and a plate full of fries) Servers were nice and friendly. Disappointed, won't be back

The diner is very nicely decorated and exudes a certain charm. The staff is super friendly, but very inattentive. There were almost always empty dishes on our table that were not taken away even though staff walked past us several times. The pizza bread was very tasty, as were the chicken wings. The steak was ordered medium rare and arrived well done. The Bolognese was also very bland, so I had to season it with ketchup. Very unfortunate. The cheesecake and brownie were again very good! I had a menu consisting of a starter, main course and dessert, plus a Diet Coke and a mocktail. In total I paid £26 (approx. €32). I think the price-performance ratio is completely okay. Although the main courses were disappointing. The toilets are clean. I hope my review was helpful.

Natalia was our server and I can honestly say rarely have we had such an attentive and friendly server. She was extremely polite and seemed to be always there when we need her. We noticed how diligent she was in cleaning tables and ensuring everybody had what they need. She seems to be a real asset to your team. I would say that we would definitely want to come back here in the hope that we would have such tremendous service once again.

Had a chicken bugger and chips it was awful..overcharged for rubbish ill never go back

This was the first time at the Fife FnB and it was lovely. We went in just a nice time as it was still calm. We booked a table but we arrived 45minutes early but the waiter was lovely and sat us to our table anyway. The Waitress was lovely and I do apologies as I can remember her name (we arrived at half past 4 on Friday 17th May). The deal for 2 courses was amazing £12.99 resnable prices. We would recommend the Beef Brisket wraps and the Buttermilk chicken burger delish. The Potato skin ms for starter and gluten free brownie for the desert was beautiful.

We had lunch there today and it was excellent. Staff were very good, attentive and friendly.

We enjoyed what we had, but was 45 mins late, and they have reduced the portion size quite considerably. We ordered the hot wings but tasted like bbq… we were still quite hungry when we finished, but cost over £50! I doubt we’d re order. Sorry.

It was a good quality pizza with a great base but let down by being nearly cold.

Went earlier with 3 adults and 3 small children for food and drinks after bowling for a child’s birthday. My son who is 19 was asked for ID, he provided his driving license which the manager looked at and refused saying he didn’t think it looked like him then said he thought it was fake. Disgusting treatment and 3 upset children who were looking forward to ice cream.we’ve been loyal customers up until now who won’t be returning. My partner spent over £50 on cocktails prior to this.

Starters were great but mains were average. IMO over priced for the quality of food… service was very good. Menu not as good as it used to be!

Ordered breakfast through just eat. After an hour the delivery time changed by another hour. Called the restaurant and they advised it had never been collected. Blamed just eat but surely they can call just eat if an order has not been collected or call the customer as a minimum to apologise. Couldnt even apply for refund on thr app and when called the restaurant they said just had to wait. I have complained to just eat as very poor service.

Pizza and pasta were ok but not great, given the high price they charge. We expected something more authentic. Extra low points due to uncomfortable seating and disinterested staff.

Who knew they did fantastic breakfasts too! Freshly prepared cooked breakfasts. The poached eggs were fantastic as was the crushed fresh avocado.

Spur of the moment visit and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. First time visiting this chain in a number of years. Service and food quality was great. Will definitely make a return visit.

Been here a few times but today's visit was the best. Bruce who served us was brilliant, made us feel so welcome and was great with the kids. Food came out quickly, and Bruce always made sure we were happy. Definately be back here

Walked in today. Was really busy but got a table. Service was ace. Sadly the food wasn't up to usual standard. Not as hot as I would like. Food served up really quick. Easy access for wheel chair users. If coming in the evening its best to book. It can get really busy.

went out for a staff night out, Bruce was amazing, great service. glad to see the gluten free options, a lot better than about 6 years back when i was glutened. staff seem to know more about celiac disease than I do!

We were very impressed with our visit to the restaurant the staff are very attentive and polite and brought the food and drink as soon as they were available. We have been on a few occasions and we're satisfied each time and will definitely be back again
