My server Conny was so friendly and helpful. The food was great and overall a nice experience😊

We had fabulous service from start to finish. We arrived an hour early and were seated, which was absolutely fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Lunch arrived 15 minutes, hot and good quantity. We had plenty of time to walk around the area and go to Sheffield Arena to watch Torvill and Dean. Thank you. 😊

Brilliant service as per usual, and also excellent food whole family enjoyed. As well covered for us for a birthday. Georgia was a brilliant server as well couldn't have asked for someone better. Well done to the team.

Went for birthday meal there was 3 staff working two where amazing the other was ignorant didn't want to serve us and did minimal until she wanted a tip shame really as wanted to tip the other 2

Called in for a few drinks on a busy Saturday night. Toby made me a couple of lovely cocktails and was very welcoming.

Sat 5th April visited in evening and menu availability was limited not much choice for vegetarians. Had the Chicken Parm absolutely awful the bread was toasted with a tiny piece of chicken and minimal salad if you want to call it that with fries that were greasy priced at £14.95. Over priced for what was given. Expected a lot better next time will go back to Miller and Carter maybe pricey but food is so much better.

Unfortunately I left your restaurant a little dismayed. My grandson and I had arrived at the superbowl too early for a children's party. I asked the lady at the bar if we could order a snack and drinks for outside because we had a dog with us. She replied abruptly that she would not be serving outside. I was taken aback because why are there tables and chairs outside. Now if she had apologised and explained that you had a shortage of staff and that you were 30 minutes behind I would have understood. May I suggest that you have more staff on because the lady was clearly under pressure and that you arrange training for Customer Service politeness. It would be a shame for you to loose custom because of this

Only real down fall is they give everyone normal menus when they also have a lunch time menu for cheaper but only give you the lunchtime menu if you ask which I find disgusting tbh,they try to avoid giving out the lunchtime set menu unless asked ,they should be on the table for customers to choice which menu they would like,lots of customers wasn't aware and paid full price menu as waiters didn't offer the lunchtime menu.which is very sneaky of management to do this.

The food was amazing, we were served quickly but what made the dinner was the staff. They were brilliant, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. We were served by kerri, and the manager was Michael. I cannot praise them both enough.

Excellent food, speedy, accurate service, as always. Special praise to our server, Henry, who as well as being friendly and helpful (which is obviously a minimum requirement for Frankie & Benny's) he was extra attentive, because we informed him of my wife's chilli allergy (not a common or well known one) and as I had ordered the meatballs starter with extra N'duja he washed his hands after between bringing mine and my wife's starters. In my humble opinion, that is extremely thoughtful.

The staff are so welcoming here. We walked in on the off chance of having a meal before going to the arena. We got seated straight away we was so pleased with as the food was superb! We have crispy chicken burger, beetroot and bean burger and meat feast pizza, all of which were so tasty! Would highly recommend and definitely be visiting again :)

I made a group booking for 23, for a Sunday afternoon lunch, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The staff were cheerful, very polite and helpful. The food was brought out promptly and no one had to wait for their meal. Would I book again in the future? Most definitely would.

We booked with 4 adults and 2 children. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Took time with us until we were ready. Kids treated so well and one order was changed (our fault) without question. Exceptional!

I loved coming here every other weekend with my nannan as they never failed to impress us. Our go-to meal was the cajun chicken wrap since it was delicious and never got old. I'd suggest going in the week and getting a lunch or dinner time menu as you get 1, 2, or even 3 courses for a great price.

We went for a pre birthday meal and we would like to commend Conny our server. The food was delicious and she was lovely, friendly and looked after us very well. We were at a nice booth which was cosy and we had a great time. We left a decent tip because Conny was so good. A definite asset to the company. Well done Conny.

Came for an early dinner today, our waitress was Rowan and if I could leave more stars I would. There was a mix up with our bill but the staff were so lovely and sorted it out as quick as they could. Service was quick and prices were great for how much food we got. Working in a restaurant myself I know how stressful it is when stuff like this happens but they handled it incredibly, thank you Jodie and Rowan.

hey it's Frankie and Bennies so you're never going to get micheline star food but but it's good food for the money and the service by Grace on a very busy day right before new years eve was absolutely top notch and indeed worthy of any establishment

Always enjoy visiting F&B’. Food is delicious and the service is always spot on. Seated quickly even though they were busy and had our drinks within 10 mins of sitting down. Served by Kerri who came to check on our table but wasn’t overbearing or intrusive. Excellent waitress and made us feel welcome. Another great family meal out at one of our favourite places. Party of seven of us booked in for 9pm on a Friday night. Only 3 tables of customers. We ordered starters of Pretzels and meatballs. The pretzel was sat on the service counter a good 10mins before being brought to the table so was cold, with the jar of cheese sauce so deep you cannot reach it. Meatballs good. Steak main was very fatty and tough, came medium well done not medium rare. Chicken parma, the spaghetti was cold and the chicken barley warm. Service staff were disengaged, dressed poorly, the waiter especially. Waitress was rude when splitting the bill, saying "I'll come back when you sort yourselves out". The toilets were filthy and the kitchen not much better. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience, the place and menu are dated and there are much better restaurants nearby.

Though we come from Rotherham and have a Frankie and Bennie closer to us, we always prefer coming here.

Went for a lovely meal for my birthday with my family at the Sheffield Arena venue & there was 12 of us. I had the carbonara with extra chicken & it was amazing. Portion size was perfect as it filled me right up. Staff were amazing with the kids in the party making sure they had the colouring sheets on the back on their menus to do with plenty of crayons. Plenty to choose from on the main menu with gluten free options being available if needed. The kids menu has got quite a lot of choices & has both small eaters for younger children and big eaters for older children options. The kids meals include a drink, main course and dessert with the price on those being I think £6.50 for the small eaters and just over £8 for the big eaters so really good value. Main menu well priced too with the average spend being between £12 - £18 but it is really good quality. The staff were amazing with everyone in my group always making sure if we wanted more drinks or not. Will definitely be back for a future visit to try something else on this amazing menu. Our main waitress was called Jodie who is an absolute credit to the team & we left a nice tip for them as they deserved it for all their hard work

I recently attended a company event at Frankie & Benny’s, and we were lucky to have Abbie as our server. She was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Our meals were pre-ordered, and she managed everything flawlessly, ensuring everything was correct and arrived promptly. I have a nut allergy, and Abbie went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. She double-checked all the details with the kitchen, confirmed my meal was prepared safely, and kept me reassured throughout. Her attention to detail and genuine care were exceptional. Despite the busy nature of serving a large group, Abbie was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. She made sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. A huge thank you to her for going the extra mile—I’ll definitely recommend this location and look forward to returning!

£3.75 for a can of Dr Pepper, 4 meals for £85??? This is Frankie’s and bennies, what’s going on. These prices along with completely empty restaurants means this will be the next chain for the liquidators.

We were served here today by a lovely girl called Abbey. She is so bubbly and joyful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her job and service, a true credit to this place, give her a raise! Thankyou so much, we will be coming back!
