El servicio fue pésimo, peor imposible. Fui con mi familia, la comida no hay como describirla grasienta, de supermercado, el menú infantil, me lo cobraron y solo le trajeron al menor un plato, cuando deberian traer 3 y aun por encima no cobrarlo porque tienen una oferta y lo peor a la hora de pagar me cobraron la propina 2 veces. En resumidas cuentas nada recomendable, pésimo en trato y calidad y aún por encima caro, muy caro para lo que sirven. Id a cualquier sitio menos aquí Es local de Paddington Ahhhh!!!! I was stuck in the corner of the restaurant right next to the door to the kitchen, was forgotten about, women on door forgot to give me the set menu as she never asked, staff weren't overly friendly and approachable. Was given the children pudding instead of the adults one and was near had allergic reaction as allegix to banana which the browines had in for the children it was quickly changed. Wasny even offered if I wanted another drink had to ask and ladies toilet were closed. Wasn't told this on arrival only when I went to use the toilet.

Visited their branch in Paddington, when we arrived and ordered there was not many people there, and plenty of staff there too, ordered breakfast but waited for over 30 minutes for food to arrive, when food arrived it was stone cold……awfully managed branch…

Killing me smalls! Glacially slow pace of greeting. Ask for a beverage - 10 min. It’s hot. Pace of service overall was brutally slow. They need to go to tipping here. Wonder why service in America is spot on? They get paid based on speed and accuracy and drink flow. Just my two cents…

ten of us turned up made welcome table not ready no issue had a drink at bar when table ready, had an enjoyable meal good company , meals were quite slow to arrive but we were patient . upon receiving our desserts we were promptly given the bill with most of the staff clearing table upon asking the manager whats happening he informed have another table waiting so could you hurry up .?????? this i found to be very rude and told him so. Customer Service Very Lacking . he could have said would you like to make your way to the bar to carry on your day but no have others waiting we had spent over £250.00 to be treat so badly will seriously about returning

Even though we arrived there when it was almost closing time (around 22:45), Mervat welcomed us in a warm and friendly way. She was very attentive and helpful. The food was amazing and I’m very impressed with so many vegan options in a ‘non vegan’ restaurant. I’d definitely return there and recommend it for everyone, in special if Mervat serves you.

Ideally located for a pre Palladium meal, it is more than merely convenient – it’s a good place to eat whenever. Really nice burger and ample chips. Good choice of beers. Wonderful service from Adora (yes really) and everyone there – all contributed to a great atmosphere.

Had 90 minutes before show started next door. Restaurant quite quiet at 5.45pm, but quickly filled up thereafter. Great atmosphere, busy but lots of staff and service really excellent. Steak cooked perfectly, NY pizza delicious and fully loaded. One dessert between two of us was more than enough. Drinks not over-priced, unlike some West End restaurants, and overall bill was very reasonable. Adora, our server, was very attentive and happy to join in with a few laughs with us - how nice to find someone who seems to actually enjoy being in the hospitality business! We will certainly be back.
