I'd happily recommend waiting for your flight here at frankie and benny's on the basis that the server Amber was so accommodating, professional and polite. After having completed a two week European tour, whilst waiting for our flight back to Canada, our party of 6 were escorted to our seats and taken care of amazingly. Thank you Amber, hopefully we'll see you again when we return to Glasgow.

Had the breakfast wrap. I can't complain about anything. My server Amber was very pleasant and efficient.

I went here at 5:50 to get food. Sign said something like 7 minutes to be served on average. I left at 6:25 without being served. People that came after me had their food but I still had not been served. I had to leave and go somewhere else. I can't understand why they choose not to take my order. The table in front of me had been asked twice if everything was ok. It looked nice but I will never know. Typical Glasgow. You either get a very warm welcome or the coldest cold shoulder. Maybe I should have been rude to get service. That seems to be the norm in Glasgow.

Amber served us before our flight today and went above and beyond for us and our baby. Really made things easy and pleasant for us on an otherwise stressful day!

Had a delicious meal here before a really long flight. The big breakfast is banging. We were served by Amber who was an absolute dream, she was lovely with our baby and really accommodating when he made a big mess!

From freezer to table. Devoid of flavour.. Staff were friendly enough.. Friend had a pizza and compared to an own brand pizza.. and at over 14 pounds I would have expected a lot more. My burger was fine but I ordered the cajun spiced halloumi and had no flavour.. Was filling but the extra £3 to upgrade fries felt exorbitant.. will be sticking to burger king on my next trip

Vino aquí a comer algo antes de nuestro vuelo. Teníamos las pieles de patata, pizza de ajo y tiras de pollo. Las pieles de patata eran un poco duro, pero todo lo demás era bueno. Lo mejor de la visita fue nuestro servidor maite que hizo la visita tan especial porque era muy amable y hablador

Went here for a bite to eat before out flight. We had potato skins which ok along with the garlic bread pizza and chicken strips which were very tasty. The experience was made extra special because of our server I think her name was maite dorta. She was so friendly and helpful and happy and chatty made the visit better then expected.

Good and service was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Made a birthday getaway all the more special with the chat and attention. Special mention to Graeme, Graham and Andrea. I will definitely be back next time I am travelling.

We were greeted and seated by Graham, what a friendly face from the onset. Quick and prompt service with a great atmosphere Graham went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! First class service we will definitely be back to the restaurant next time we are flying.

Food was served really quickly and the staff were so nice, made small talk about where I was flying etc. The breakfast was amazing, I had the vegan traditional breakfast which replaces the eggs with curried tofu. While the tofu was a bit of a strange addition to the breakfast it actually worked really well, and it was very tasty.

The staff were great, the food was absolutely disgusting, eggs so overcooked they were like rubber, the black pudding so burnt it shattered into pieces when you tried to cut into it, the bacon ran away, the mushrooms apologised however the sausages were good and the beans were good, of course no effort warming up beans from a tin. In general bloody awful
