Out for dinner with friends. Vicky was our waitress. She was very friendly, and went above and beyond helping our friend announce her pregnancy. Thank you Vicky for making this an enjoyable and unforgettable girls night x

Went this afternoon, was very disappointed. Always rated TGI well but haven't been for a while. It's went downhill. The food took its time and when arrived it was cold and to be honest not up to much. We were a table of 9 mix of adults and kids so expected to wait longer than normal for food but still we would like it warm. The prices are ridiculous for the quality. £180 for 4 adults, 5 kids and that's not even 2 courses each! Unfortunately we won't be back.

Went with my boyfriend, brother and niece and nephew. Food wasn't up to much at all and for the price it just over all wasn't worth it. Staff weren't too friendly either. Just won't be back.

Very rude staff that apparently don’t enjoy communicating with each other, or doing their job. Not hard to double check things with each other rather than loudly berating customers who don’t know any better. Poor show. Shame because the food was delightful! At least the chefs take pride in their work.

nearly 2h to be delivered. missing my childs drink and fries and the ribblets. This is the worst experience we ever had.

It’s gone right downhill unfortunately We used to love coming to TGIs, unfortunately after our recent meal here it will likely be no longer our go to. 1) very expensive for what you’re getting, surf and turf upgrade you pay £5.5 for 2 small prawns, the steak was mediocre and the blue cheese lettuce wedges are a dry piece of lettuce. Shocking for around £40… 2) place was busy but everybody was waiting a long time fue their food so ambience not good 3) we waited 1 hour for our food with 3 small children, no option given to have the kids food first

Been waiting over 1h30 for my food to be delivered. You phone the restaurant and there is not even the option to talk to someone. Can't even cancel my order. Very poor service.

Food was awesome, especially the boneless wings and burger. As an American, I get home sick for our food and they definitely delivered. Our server Sarah M was super nice and attentive as well. Can’t wait to come back!

We went for a quick bit for lunch myself, my wife and our wee boy. Food was brilliant as always but always makes a meal 10x better when you get excellent service, our server Vicky was brilliant very attentive and very kind to all of us my wee boy love the balloon sword that Vicky made for him and also went out her way to find our little boy some colouring books and crayons. Our wee boy left very very happy

It's cold inside and it's very expensive. On the main menu, a tiny half a rack of ribs and some chips, £20 😂😂😂😂

Food was freezing, sauce and chips was missing, Cajun pasta was bland and tasteless

Went today service from Vicky was outstanding very friendly and efficient.my son is autistic and she took her time with him and the little dog balloon was a great touch. Now food was ok the potato skins out of 3 one was slightly burnt and my main course chips were very salty but everything else was delish

We had a fantastic experience in TGI Fridays Braehead, our server Vicky was brilliant and made our sons 1st birthday a memorable one with some great balloons and also even got the team to do a half volume tgi birthday song so that our little one could enjoy it. Would highly recommend and food was just as good as the experience.

food was cold,late and definitely not worth the money

Go to five guys instead. Basic food at high prices, service was slow and I had to keep flagging down the server, the £9 milkshakes tasted like watery sweet milk. The place is dusty, there were dirty plates on the table next to us for about 30 minutes after we came. The atmosphere was more like morrisons cafe than an actual restaurant.

The service from Michaela was exceptional. She was very helpful and kind throughout our visit and friendly towards my daughter and niece. We will definitely return for some more great food!

We enjoyed our lunch including a toddler who ate most of her food. Vicky was brilliant and looked after us very well. Her timing was spot on with service.

Came to tgi Fridays at Soar with my daughter and kids for Kian my nephew’s 11th birthday. It’s was Kians first time here with us and it was a 10/10 from a very fussy young boy. We were waited on by Vicky who was very polite and attentive with us all. Great knowledge of the food and drinks available when asked and amazing patience with all 3 kids thsnkyou Vicky would definitely highly recommend and look forward to coming back again hopefully soon 😊

Vicky came to our table and from the first moment she approached my friend and I to take our orders she showed a good sense of awareness of our presence and asked as you would expect if we had any intolerance issues with any allergies thankfully we were accommodated accordingly with this. She showed warmth friendliness and a good level of professionalism and the Cobb Salad with the steak tasted devine and very healthy. The only thing I would suggest is that the restaurant could have good olive oil to go with salad as supposed to chilli oil. The wait time was a little long but despite this her standards never dropped in her customer service. Well done for showing a proactive and approachable attitude for your service Vicky 😉.

I thought I was buying shrimp in a glaze sauce hence £5.00, but no it was a tiny tub of sauce , be aware

Lovely experience with Victoria at braehead’s TGI Friday’s , she was super kind and brought a welcoming atmosphere to the restaurant, would 100% recommend taking a visit all staff here are super super friendly!

Ate with my partner in the Xsite TGI's and had a great time. Vicky our server was looking after us the full time and made our dining experience easy as we didnt have to wait for anything.

Just had lunch today here food was great and our server vicky was just brilliant , I said I loved pickles after my partner asked for none on his burger , and when my plate turned up a had pickles on the side . which was a fantastic and tasty touch LOVED IT !!

I was looking forward to eating the BBQ ribs, but I think the ribs had been dipped into an active volcano tossed onto the plate, probably doused in a fire extinguisher and then the chef shrugged his shoulders and said "Ah just give him these anyway, I'm sure he's probably blind and has no taste buds. He won't mind" I see you have replied to my review. "Love Fridays" aye? You don't love me Fridays, you handed me the charred remains of a 6th degree burn victim. Did you hit that cow with a flamethrower? Would someone who loved me do that? No. You should have put "Loathe Fridays" that'd be more believable. But I valued your response. Love Larry x

Friendly staff was served by a young girl who was lovely and attentive! Really went out her way to make us feel looked after. All staff on seemed lovely and were friendly setting a great atmosphere
