I paid £39.00 for sauce from tgi friday the restaurant called had no sauce but no refund has been made from just eat

Great food and greats service...lovely touch helping us celebrate our son friends moving to oz

Visited for my birthday with my young family at the weekend. Vicky was absolutely superb, very attentive and was great with our kids. The surprise slice of cake and signing happy birthday was a nice touch. As usual food was great too. Thank you!

Tonight we went as a family to celebrate our daughters 14 Birthday. Vicky who served us was absolutely amazing all night. She addressed my daughter first acknowledging it was her birthday and made her night ever so much more special. Nothing was too much and she was very kind and friendly. Thank you Vicky for making our night so much more special. :)

Had a great experience in Braehead TGI's, our server Vicky was amazing, very friendly, cheerful and the epitome of great customer service, food was good and wait time was very fast, overall a great experience thanks to Vicky who definitely embodies the TGI spirit in every way

Went in for lunch and it was such a great experience, from the get go Vicky made us feel welcomed & that nothing was too much bother. She was friendly & extremely helpful. What would usually be a very stressful lunch with a toddler in tow turned into a rather enjoyable lunch, food was lovely too!

Was in this restaurant for nearly 2 hours the service is so slow. Menu getting worse, portions smaller and prices higher. Only positive I can say is that Vicky was very friendly. Used to come here a lot but it’s going downhill. I can’t be the only one thinking this as for a Saturday night it was rather quiet

The service was rather good but cnt say the same about the food, ordered mac and cheese and have to say was rather dissapointed it lacked flavour and as some1 who has eaten my entire life i cnt beleave they put that slop on a plate and serve it. Was meant to be a speacial occasion but turned into a food horror fest that neither of us was unable to recover from. Once a meal that used to enlighten my soul has now dimmed the light that once shone with in me. Id advise any1 who orders mac and cheese please stay away from it as ur night will truly be ruined a meal that is the essence of good american cooking is no longer, like the economy it has went down the pan. Till next time food lovers all the best. P.s food lovers they also never supplied the salad that once came with a truly delightful meal my compadres where truly dissapointed. (Sorry my spelling is terrible)

Went extremely downhill. Used to be a go to restaurant for reliability and quality. Got dirty dishes, watered down drinks, mediocre service and the most dissapointing food I ever had in this restaurant. Changed my favorite burgers to smash burgers so now not only does 1 burger cost £25 but also is about 40% smaller than it used to be and simply tastes basic like any other burger place. UPDATE: They called me to try and apologise and offered a £25 voucher which they never sent.

The food tasted great but I just felt for £23.50 for a chicken burger which had half a chicken breast is actually a bit of a joke to be honest. I feel you could possibly put the your burger in the sides category. Service was great though

I was served & looked after by Jamie who was attentive and even noticed kitchen had missed the chicken off my salad before I did even though he wasn't the one to present my plate. I was dinning on my own but was given a 2 seater booth and felt comfortable being on my own.

We had a lovely meal and Vicky was so nice. She made my daughter a balloon animal, and she was just so friendly and helpful. Whole experience was great.

Good food. Waitress Vicky couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Maybe a bit expensive for what you get these days bit otherwise good.

We visited during the week for the kids eat free promotion, but were disappointed by a 30-minute wait despite most of the tables being empty. It seems pointless to run a promotion like this but not have the staff to support it.

With the new menu valve for money is not something that's available here. Waited over an hour for the main course which was warm at best when it finally appeared. No salad with the starters and a cheaper looking "salad" with the main course not sure what it was exactly. The floor wasn't particularly clean which was the first thing that I noticed when I walked in (should have walked back out) Ordered the cajun chicken pasta not sure if it was cooked by a chicken or it was supposed to have chicken it in definitely disappointing portion size for a dish they charge £19.45. Was served by Ross who was friendly helpful and polite. That will be my last visit to TGI Fridays so enjoy the £77 I was charged thats the last. Nandos is right across from this particular TGI's so I suppose its not all bad

Went to TGI’s today as hadn’t been for years and was looking forward to a treat after playing in the arcade with my son. He wanted to sit at the seating area outside, that was fine. The girl came and gave us our menus and told us someone would be with us shortly. I went to the toilet as we waited- the ladies were out of order so told to use the disabled toilet. There was no toilet roll or hand soap, and the bathroom was unclean. The restaurant was fairly empty and there were plenty of staff on. I walked back out to where we were sitting, and noticed a vape sitting on the chair next to me. The table was tacky and when I looked around the place hadn’t been swept in I don’t know how long. Waited a total of 20/25 minutes with no one approaching to take our order, so we just got up and left. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Dryed up coleslaw....I asked one of the waitress what it was as it looked cremated she said she didn't even know, took it away and I had to ask when I was getting another, burnt black chicken wings smothered in sauce to hide what was under it..although the taste of burnt chicken couldn't be disguised, twice I had to get up and look for someone to give me a menu and then ask for my bill at the counter aswell, desert took longer to come than my mains and sides , waiter avoided any service at the side we were sitting at , defo won't step foot in this place again

Visited TGI’s in Xsite today as my partner, son and I had went bowling before deciding to grab an early dinner. As we haven’t been to TGI’s for a while we opted for here and really enjoyed our visit. We were seen to our table quickly and I really liked the kids pack to keep our son occupied while we looked at the menu. Our server, Vicky, was really helpful and didn’t rush us into ordering when my partner had to take an important phone call. Vicky also told us about the app on which we could receive special offers and freebies. The food was great and served to us promptly. Unfortunately our son felt unwell halfway through our visit, but Vicky couldn’t have been nicer asking if he was ok and giving him a balloon sword. Thankfully he is feeling better now, and hopefully we will visit again soon!

Went to celebrate my son’s birthday with some family on Tuesday. Our server Vicky was amazing went above and beyond for my son, he has ASD and GDD so couldn’t cope with the clapping for a birthday song. We explained this to Vicky and she came up with the amazing idea of a birthday hat made of balloons for him. He was over the moon and really made it special for him. The food was perfect and the atmosphere was nice and chill. Would definitely return.

Visited on Saturday evening. Was seen to table very quickly and Vicky looked after us. Vicky was amazing... attentive, welcoming and so friendly...it was our daughter's birthday and she made some fantastic balloon creations...they were superb. Our other kids were not left out and they also got something... Food was excellent and Vicky made some great recommendations, especially for kids desert as couple of items not available given it was late in the evening. Overall great experience and Vicky was superb.

Went for lunch whilst out shopping at Braehead. We had Vicky serving us and her service was 10/10, she was so attentive during our meal and not only to us but by the looks of her balloon skills she was keeping all the kids amused. Was a great choice for lunch and was good value for money.

We had a wonderful time. Vicky was on the ball when it came to our unique circumstances and went the extra mile. We even walked out with a balloon bouquet for our troubles.
