Frankie and Bennies in Birmingham

Came here a couple days ago with a few mates for a couple drinks and some food! Food was great and the service was fantastic. Shout out to I think my waitress named Aimee. She was lovely!

As always, a lovely visit. This time we took my nephew and the team were great with him, interacting and made him feel special. We only popped in for a quick bite, shared a pizza and some sides, Our server was Dan and he was very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Just a shame we didn’t have time for dessert. Thank you for your warm hospitality, we’ll be back again soon!

Came for some dinner with friends after shopping and it was such a lovely evening and we was quite surprised at how much we enjoyed ourselves. Your staff at this restaurant are incredible in a way where they make your experience so much better. From the moment we walked in we was greeted with a lovely big smile. Different servers and managers would come over all very chatty and friendly and a great team at this site. Food was lovely and fresh.

Really great authentic service. Had pizzas and a selection of sides and everyone really enjoyed it. Fab menu and the newly decorated restaurant looks great with a great atmosphere.

Another lovely visit, my mum has decided this is her new favourite for taking me out for a bite to eat. Yes, it’s expensive but we’ve never had a bad experience. On our most recent visit we were served by Cam who was friendly, attentive and very well mannered. Everything was served in perfect time with no wait for anything. My only disappointment was the Dough Balls are no longer on the menu 😢

Server was great. On reflection, the food portions were small, very low quality and therefore astoundingly expensive! That is the last time we will visit Frankie and Bennys.

Staff were nice and attentive but unfortunately most of the food was cold with one sent back, but tasty, even the kids pasta was cold. Did show my MOD card for the 20% discount but only valid on certain days, will not be returning.

Great experience as always, can’t fault the place. The team are always very friendly and welcoming. Big thank you on this visit to Kate and Katie, they looked after us from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great, even with the reduced menu! Glad to see the Chicken Parmigiana is back now, I’ll be having that on my next visit! Something to suit everyone and a great environment to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

Expensive for what it was, was basically a pub grub meal at twice the price. The burger (chicken and halloumi) the chicken was covered in black bits as if the grill hadn't been cleaned and the halloumi was so thin and deep fried you couldn't even tell it was cheese. Overall I would have had a better meal at a sizzler/hungry horse at half the price

The half rack of ribs not worth £15.90. Better off going next door to The Harvester for ribs, refillable soft drinks and salad bar.

Greated well, very attentive staff .... to begin with. We ordered drinks, ordered food and were served our half rack of ribs and chicken pasta dish in less than 10 minutes. The chicken was well cooked, very tender and well presented. The pasta was luke warm at best. The ribs were not worth the money. The rib meet tasted good and was presented well, but very dry and could almost be mistaken for a microwave meal. We used to love F&B and I know you need to go with the times but there was no atmosphere, no old school new York photos lining the wall giving a talking point - just plain chain restaurant. After asking us if we wanted anything else and replied no, we then waited for a further 25 minutes for the bill. No waiting staff made eye contact with is throughout this whole period and when I asked the waiter for the bill he told me to hang on a minute - as if 25 minutes wasn't enough? Lucky we didn't just walk out like some woild have! I didn't feel the need to read the reviews before as we have had many a good date night with F&B, but as said in other reviews the staff did like a good chat at the serving hatch/bar. Our first dates were at F&B so chose to go here and after travelling 30 minutes (bearing in mind how close Hickorys is!), we left dissatisfied and disappointed. We dont have child free nights very often, so needless to say we won't be having anymore at Frankie and Bennys!

Amazing! The team and food were fabulous. We don’t visit very often but we are always made to feel welcome. The new menu is much smaller but even as a fussy eater I found something that I thoroughly enjoys. Massive thank you to all and I wish you luck in the year to come. Poor slow service, the staff do like a good gossip at the bar , they did ask if we were ok but that’s about it . The food is ok but over priced .

We stopped for dinner on our way home after a day trip to Birmingham during October half term. Staff were very attentive & friendly. We took advantage of the “Adult eats free” half term offer so we only paid for one kids meal & one other adult meal. The food was great. We don’t have any Frankie & Benny’s near us any more so it was nice to have a treat to remind us of all of past memories of eating out there.

My 7 year old wanted to take his girlfriend to celebrate her birthday and he even wanted to sit on a seperate table with her. He wanted a birthday cake brought out and the waiter josh was amazing with them and they both had a fab time.Thanks again for allowing them to have their own table

Not normally a fan of chain places, and was somewhat forced to come with my partner, however was pleasantly surprised food offered a great choice and proved tasty too. The best thing though by far was the service genuine hospitality, and not just our waitress but everyone we came into contact with was especially friendly and professional. No hesitation in recommending.

Great atmosphere and staff. Unfortunately we had an undercooked starter which we sent back and was replaced. The worse part was one of our mains (pizza) had a visible hair on it. When challenged, they replaced the pizza with a cold one which didn't solve our issue. We asked the manager why one of their chefs does not wear a hair net / covering on his beard and she replied that he was not required to (pretty sure he is). They did comp the food but I still don't think we will be coming back.

Went for Lunch with a friend, I’m a coeliac so needed to order for the Gluten Free menu. Plenty of items to choose from, quick service and extremely friendly staff. Money was our waiter and he was great. Had to send my pasta back as it wasn’t cooked properly but staff were quick to put it right. Will be back. Also hygiene standards for allergy’s is best I’ve seen in any restaurant!

Popped into Frankie and Benny’s at the Fort Shopping Centre to try the new menu, while doing a bit of shopping. Being a mushroom fan I tried the Mushroom Alfredo and wasn’t disappointed. My waitress Lauren was pleasant and friendly.

I previously came for breakfast and wasn't the greatest fan of the sausages to say the least a year or so ago but what a difference. I have to admit I reluctantly entered as the harvester was being refurbished but the service and food was excellent would certainly come back again.

The atmosphere was good with great music. The restaurant was busy, even on a Wednesday evening, but there was still plenty of tables free, so we weren't crammed in. The food was really good and the service was excellent. I feel that our waitress Sam deserves a special mention, she was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very special.

Me and my husband went here for dinner and it's was lovely, food was perfect service was amazing thanks to Samantha, she was kind, always happy to help nothing was a problem and very friendly towards my 8 month old little one, Samantha has served me a few times and always makes the experience more enjoyable and makes us want to go back again. We have never had a bad meal here we love it here.

Nice ambience, decent food for the money, and Amy is the best waitress in Birmingham, no question :) I go there a few times a month, sometimes with customers, and get treated like a VIP. Always enjoy the experience.

We live local and get offers all the time, so we visit from time to time and the food is nearly always perfect and the staff are great too, any little issues you may have are sorted on the spot, very friendly and lovely food

5 of us came to eat last min for mother in laws bday all had spag boll garlic pizza and meat balls I had vege spag boll was lovely, service lovely they brought our mam a little cake with sparklers on it as a surprise she’s deaf and the lady said welcome in sign language which was nice £69 for 5 with drinks and starters good value and good service will return we like it there as it’s always a nice meal xx

Ate here this evening with a friend. I had the cheese burger which if I remember rightly was £9.99. It was actually the nicest burger I have had from a Franie and Bennys in a long time ( usually visit the one in Plymouth ). However they have really downsized portion sizes. The burger is mych smaller than it used to be and if I got about 10 french fries that is all I had. They were in a wonky ( so small ) pot next to the burger. Day light robbery for £9.99. The Banoffee Waffle is no where near as nice as it used to be either. Obviously using less quality products ( the waffle and sauce, hardly any banana ) but still charging the same amount. It is such a shame, Frankies used to be a great place to eat out, not anymore. Our waiter was very good though so this the main reason for the star rating.

had a lovely meal this evening with my boyfriend and was very pleasantly surprised, the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you especially patty, I had the meatballs and my boyfriend had the calamari to start , followed by the BLT burger and the Rialto salad one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Visited with friend and had a super enjoyable meal off their special offer menu! Young Waiter was super friendly and chatted to us about college life! Will definitely be back when I visit Birmingham again. Very charming and easy on the eye ;) Definitely recommend the Brownie Dessert!

On our trip to the fort venue, we was firstly greeted and sat down by manager Katie. Who went out of her way to seat us at a busy period of time, she was very polite and well mannered. She passed us over to our server, Paul who took our orders. He had great customer service skills and recommended us to trying cheesy fries with bacon bits. Which was as good as he made out for them to be. Overall great experience at the venue, Will for be coming back in the near future.

For a large brand this restaurant constantly offers great service and food at the reasonable price and the kids love it

Group of 5 visited, including a child in a highchair. I booked online and it gave you the option to order online beforehand, and if you did you got 40% off. So that was really good, saved money and it meant when we got there, we didn't have to wait long for the food to come out, and we had already paid. So all we had to do was eat and drink. We had to send a coupe things back, like sweet potato fries which were cold, and my daughters icelolly was all melted, but they just replaced them. The staff were friendly were friendly, helpful and attentive. It was my son's 10th birthday, we took a candle, and they brought it out in my son's pudding, and played the happy birthday song. We got out pizzas put in a takeaway box, as we didnt eat it all. Nice meal, quick and tasty
