Correct and good restaurant, fast service and a big thank you to the waiter who made the effort to speak French.

Ernest, the waitor and Enrico, the chef were great.

The food was great, hot and full of flavour, we all enjoyed our food. The place wasn't busy but we had to get the attention of the staff rather than them checking on us and we had to remind them of our drinks order.

The greatest asset of Franco Manca Bayswater, stands behind the pizza making counter. With his beaming smile and affable, manner, Mario fills the atmosphere with personality. As I went over to the counter to ask to have a look at the spicy salami, Mario without hesitating offered me a slice of it to taste. I did order the spicy salami pizza in the end, which was excellent. Mario kept asking myself and my husband if all was fine and was genuinely hospitable and chatty. He definitely made our lunch and the visit to this branch worth the effort. Well done Mario and thank you for your attentiveness.

We ordered pizza through Uber, and it was just okay. It looked good, but was bland and too chewy, leaving me feeling uncomfortable as it felt like it sat in my gut. Unfortunately, I won’t order from them again.

We love this franco manca , it is next to where we live, we love the service and the food. Ernest is the best and always friendly. Highly recommend!

Excellent pizza, friendly and fast service

Although the pizzas were absolutely delicious, everything else was such a poor experience. We waited nearly an hour for 2 pizzas, considering there were only 5 tables occupied at that time. The staff was not attentive whatsoever. They stood and disengaged at the back corner. We had to call them to order, call them to ask how much longer, call to ask for the bill. The table next to us stayed unwaited until we left. Even when we paid, the waitress didn’t even bother to clear the table. Honestly, we wouldn’t come back.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had the service was horrible. It took us 20 mins to order and 40 mins to gave us a bottle of water We asked them twice we want water. But for money it took them only 2 mins to gave us the bill.

I went there with my friend as we both love Franco Manca’s sourdough pizza, and the food was fantastic as usual (although I wish that they would slice it as we basically had to cut it up with our knives and forks ourselves lol) but the service was really where it went wrong. Our server/waitress was lovely, but the woman who greeted us was incredibly rude. For context, I’m an ambulant wheelchair user and ,as the restaurant was quite cramped, I got out of my chair to walk to our table in the back, which was fine. But my mother, and carer, who had dropped us off and pushed me in my chair to the door was met with an incredibly hostile and rude woman trying to shoo her out and telling her that she could not come in, whilst she was trying to bring my folded wheelchair to me to store by my table. In the end, my mother managed to get the chair to me after repeatedly telling the woman that she was my mother and was just trying to give me my chair (whilst being loudly talked over) and the pizza was great as usual, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, when I tried to call up recently to make another reservation, I got the same woman on the phone who interrupted me mid sentence as I was asking if there were any tables free at a certain time, saying “Just go online” in a very rude way and ended the conversation. I couldn’t get a word out on the phone, she just loudly talked over me. And if going online really is the only way to book, then what would happen if someone with accessibility needs who couldn’t use the website called up to make a reservation and was met with that hostility? I love the pizza at Franco Manca, I’m going with my family to an another location tonight, but I won’t be going to Franco Manca Westbourne Grove again.

Restaurant is not very accommodating for larger parties. Emailed in advance to reserve for 12 people but no reply was received. We turned up thinking that it was not necessary to pre-book but we were turned away by the manager as not enough tables were available. I would recommend that emails get a reply at least if no space is available on the day to avoid disappointment as it was a kids birthday party and we had to relocate to Nando's around the corner instead.

Pizza is amazing here, but this time customer service was the worst we ever had. Not welcoming at all and we had to wait not lying more than an hour to get to pay the pizza. The girl that served our table left to break and smoke outside even tho we asked for the bill before. All the other staff is just talking and eating so none is taking care of our table, so we had to wait the girl finish her break. She came in and went straight to make chat with the colleges, so we had to ask one more time, even though we have no food cleaned table and we just sitting there is common sense people want to leave or in any case order something else.

Great food, and quick service. can't really complain. great ambience with the music and very friendly staff, ernest was extremely helpful.

We spent our anniversary here and had an incredible time. We even got a tiramisu on the house with a little candle :) We were served by Ernest and he was the kindest! would 10/10 recommend!

It’s the best place to share food, have a good time and enjoy everything . Nice food, nice music, family friendly and veeeeeery cheap considering the location. Ernest, was amazing with the service, always there with a smile and paying attention to every single detail to make sure we had a nice relaxing dinner. Its very interesting seeing how your pizza is done step by step from the order to your plate. I would recommend to everyone.

We've already had two birthday parties in the private area downstairs and both were awesome!! The food is delicious, Dani (and the whole team) is very attentive and they are very flexible! I highly recommend it and want to thank you!

We visited Franco Manca this weekend as a recommendation from a friend. The service was very good and attentive, but the pizza is ok. The flavors were good (had the franca marta, vegetarian and prosciutto & arugula) but the crust was very thin and seemed undercooked in the center. The salads and wine were good. It's worth a try if you are in the area.

We booked the downstairs area as a party venue and the space worked wonderfully. The manager was very helpful in advising on food and drink orders. Thank you!

This by far my fav Franco Manca branch in London at the moment. Staff is always friendly and honest. Food is way better than other branches too, and the atmosphere is cozy yet not too overwhelming. Thank you for the lovely service.

Franco Manca, Westbourne Grove - A delightful place for authentic Neapolitan pizza's. Great customer service from the friendly waiting staff, to the efficient pizzaiolo behind the counter. Recommend with the highest of honors.

We booked the basement room for a celebration family and friends lunch. We were 18 adults and 15 children. We were looked after brilliantly - amazing food and service, great space for the kids to play and the adults to chat. Very economical as well. Very easy bookings process and help with room layout and menu. Thank you!

Staff beheviour is very very bad today i went to eat but maybe new staff their age arround 18/20 they misbehaved with me the time was Arround 10:00pm i was listening song when they came to me they laughed about me maybe they are recist they did not take my order the reason i dont know i will not send any relatives or family member in this restaurent

Saturday 9th Nov. We was a medium to large booking (10 people) for a baby shower. All the food (except the chocolate cake, which was soooo dry) was fantastic. The chefs there are amazing 👏 Sadly the service was poor to medium. There was a few waiting staff that was fantastic, very polite and friendly. But one person was just quite rude throughout, I'm guessing she was the manager as she was in orange and everyone else was in black. You could tell she wasn't happy that we was there. I will admit on our end we was there longer than expected. I booked for 4pm but there was traffic issues and people struggled to park so the whole party was not there till 5pm. They arrived bit by bit though I was there from 3.40pm. So I'm guessing that may be the reason she was annoyed with us. However, we would of been out faster had they been more attentive. Only once did someone come to us to ask if we would like anything, that's when we ordered sharing platters and drinks. The rest of the time we had to call people over to order our mains, more drinks, to get the tabled cleared, twice, and to order dessert. The manager, I'm guessing, was rude a few times to different people at the party, so when it came to paying a few people didn't want to pay the gratitude, mainly because of the manager. When one of the ladies asked for it to be removed she started to be argumentative towards her. Some of us did pay the gratitude but that was for the amazing chefs, and the few staff members that was great. Sorry for the very long review, but as someone that has worked in this industry for nearly 20 years I know how important it is you get full detailed reviews so we can make changes and be better. Delicious pizza… really tasty 😋

Had a bit of an up-and-down experience at Franco Manca recently. I walked in, and two lovely girls greeted me with smiles, set me up at a nice table, and took my order. They were genuinely friendly, and the food arrived fresh and delicious – everything you’d expect from Franco Manca. Then came the bill. I thought I’d check if my Unidays discount could be applied, so I asked the guy who introduced himself as the manager. His reaction caught me off guard. Instead of a straightforward answer, he seemed annoyed, responding with a sharp ‘no’ and telling me I should ‘know to order’ and ‘next time, do it in the app, don’t ask me.’ I was pretty stunned – it was an honest question, and his response just felt rude, like I’d done something wrong by asking. It was such a strange way to end what had been a pleasant experience. A simple ‘no’ would’ve done just fine! Moments like that really make an impression, and not the good kind. Shame that a manager’s attitude ended up casting a shadow on an otherwise nice meal.

We visited this Franco Manca restaurant on Westbourne Grove yesterday and was greeted by a very angry, stocky woman. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. When I told her I was ready to order, she responded with, “Are you ready ready?” which didn’t make much sense, but I tried to understand. The restaurant was partially empty, so I felt there was no reason for her not to be friendly and welcoming.After I ordered, she threw a water bottle on the table and walked away nonchalantly. She later returned, slamming utensils onto the table with a horrible attitude. I began to wonder if we had walked into a place where we weren’t welcome. Watching her closely, hulking around the restaurant like a confused wrestler, I decided not to pay the service charge due to her behavior.The young women who brought the food and handled the payment were polite and respectful, but this particular woman made the whole dining experience at Franco Manca very uncomfortable. Whoever hired her should make her aware that if she wants to work in a customer-facing environment, good customer service and manners are essential.

We were not served and were ignored. Staff was not motivated. Unfortunately no recommendation.

Horrible pizza. Completely burnt, I asked to make another one because it was inedible and the second one was also burnt. Too thin, almost non-existent edge, poor tomato quality. The only positive thing is the staff, very kind and helpful.

Great food and drinks. The service was unsmiling, the servers had to be notified several times to pay. Optional tip was charged without question.

Last evening and driven by the reviews I decided to book a table for 4 for myself and the family. Kindness and courtesy distinguish the welcome, the Italian presence among the lobstaff makes it much easier for us to choose between the pizzas which allows us to avoid those that have been included in favor of the local request (e.g. Pizza with chicken). We opt for a margherita with buffalo mozzarella, truffle pizza and two white pizzas with cooked mozzarella and ricotta: excellent choices! We complete with a revisited and homemade tiramisu and ice cream and coffee affogato. All very good. Congratulations to the VERY KIND staff and to Enrico and Franco the pizza chefs who made us feel the taste of Italy again. I forgot... the bill is also excellent and never hurts 😀 ADVISED.

Nice atmosphere! Perfect for a quick lunch or enjoying big dishes. They offer a lunch deal for selected pizzas and soft drinks. As for the quality and service, it definitely worth for a trial!
