Terrific family meal. There's a lot of great pizza in Manchester - and this place is as good as any of them. Didn't have to wait for a table, which is common at the other venues. Server Elle was a superstar and particularly great with our toddler. Italian smoked beef was 10/10.

Fantastic pizza and starters! However, once we had finished eating and the plates had been cleared, the staff came immediately over brought the bill and card machine (without request). I was having a nice chat at my table and asked if they could come back in 5 minutes or so (when we had finished our drinks etc) and the waiting staff did it again within a few mins. The only criticism is the staff, wait for customers to ask for the bill before hurrying them to leave. We went on Sunday lunchtime / afternoon and it wasn’t busy and they didn’t need the table, for other customers so why rush paying customers out the door?

Great food and atmosphere, but I don't agree with automatically adding the service charge without telling the customer, I noticed it on the receipt just as my card payment had been taken. I had cash with me for a tip which I probably would have left more.

Went in for pizza, have heard good things. Food prep /waiter guy served an adjacent table and upon requests adjusted the table to stop rocking. In doing so touched the table foot and the floor. Returned to his station and immediately started directly handling the next customer's food. Don't wash hands, no gloves. On observation he was directly touching at least some part of every dish. Provided feedback to front of house staff member who spoke to him. He shrugged, carried on and didn't wash hands or use gloves the entire time we were in there. So both hygiene and management issues there. Pizza was ok, nothing special so not sure what all the raving reviews are based on. Told them to halve the service charge to reflect, but the waitress couldn't do the maths so removed it all together. Their loss. Won’t be using this chain again, far too many better alternatives.

Que pessoa maravilhosa: simpática, SEMPRE sorridente (apesar do estresse do lugar), super eficiente, rápida, agradável. Enfim… um raio de sol e que emana boas energias. Recomendo!!!

I would like to say that we ate great pizza, in a super pleasant and warm environment. BUT, we wouldn't have had such a nice evening if we hadn't met the waitress called Bebiana. What a wonderful person: friendly, ALWAYS smiling (despite the stress of the place), super efficient, fast, pleasant. Anyway… a ray of sunshine that emanates good energy. I recommend!!!

Ria did an amazing job on her SECOND day. I had no idea. I loved her energy, constant smile, and the way she made sure we had everything we needed. The food was a 10/10 and I really appreciate the restaurant making sure that we as Muslims have halal options.

We recently celebrated a birthday at Franco Manca, and Anisa made the evening truly special. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly attentive and made sure everyone in our group felt looked after. Her warm and friendly demeanour really set the tone for the night. We did the paint and dinner activity on a Thursday, and it was such a blast! Anisa was fantastic in helping us navigate through the evening, making sure everything went smoothly, and adding those little extra touches that made the birthday celebration feel special. If you're planning an event or just a night out, I highly recommend visiting Franco Manca and asking for Anisa. She went above and beyond to make our evening memorable, and we can't thank her enough!

Food was great, it was the everything else that was. We were given off beer that was sour (need to clean your lines), they forgot parts of our order and then had the cheek to charge us a optional service charge.

Absolutely the best pizza ever. I've been here five times during my stays in Manchester. I love the shop. The employees are extremely friendly, quick and helpful. The shop has a very stylish industrial look and the prices are absolutely fair. I would also give 10 stars.

I actually tried to dine in but the waitress said we have to wait for 15/20 min because it was packed, altho there was more than 3 empty tables. And she had a bad attitude.

Whistle-stop trip to Manc and needed a quick re-fuel. Not been before but it looked welcoming and my daughter had been to one in Brum and said it was an ok choice. Relaxed atmosphere with a few folk in but not overly busy for lunch. Had pizza and drink for a tenner each so decent value. Very nice pizza and I'd go again which is all that matters really. Friendly staff too.

Went over here today for a nice meal with my partner, we got served by Lily and all I have to say is she was absolutely amazing, being extremely helpful and kind to both of us through out our meal. The food was least to say delicious and I couldn’t recommend it more. We started with the selection of cured meats and it was incredible. We then moved onto pizzas 5 and 9 and they were just mouth watering!! Finally, we shared a tiramisu which was so soft, creamy, and delicious. Honestly loved coming here and will definitely be coming back.

One of the nicest gluten free pizzas in Manchester - it's really quite difficult to taste the difference between the two. The price is quite reasonable and the service was excellent from both waiters.

I had a call from your employee regarding my low rating, I couldn't carry on for long in the call because it's an international call. Well the reason for my low rating is because of one of the waitresses racist behavior which is very shameful in 2024. But after reading the comments from other people, I could see that it happened multiple times before.

I had the best experience at Franco Manco last week! I went to have some pizza with a friend while celebrating my birthday and visiting Manchester. Our waiter - Anisa - was the most welcoming and caring. She was sweet and funny during the whole dinner - making us feel super comfortable, and she even arranged some free sides, dessert and digestif!! Never have we been treated so kindly!! Would recommend going just for the service itself! The food was also delicious - they offered some nice vegetarian options which were super jummy - and was served super quick! Would also recommend the wine and also Focaccia and olives as aperitivo! Enjoy!

Delicious, simple, great prices. We got takeout pizzas to take back to our hotel and enjoyed very much. Super thin base with delicious cheese and toppings. Sourdough base was to die for, best pizza crust I've ever had. The restaurant is actually quite big with 2 floors, nice neutral decor and super clean toilets. Staff was kind in offering me alternatives when one of the toppings were out of stock. 🍕🍴 Overall great service and pizzas, 100% will return!

The food was amazing but there was a dirty glass and I was given another forty glass later. The table rocked and the wait to clear the main dish meant I didn't have time for dessert which was a shame

I had a beautiful evening dinner with my partner thanks to a wonderful service from Natalia who made our day with her amazing and kind energy! We got the pizza number 3 which was vegetarian and with the option for extras which we got salami. It was a delicious pizza with so much flavor and thick crust. We also got the garlic bread which was yummy as well. The tiramisu was perfectly soft and light and even though i was stuffed it went down like nothing. Overall it was an amazing experience and I will probably recommend it to all of my friends and family hahahah! Thank you so much Natalia for everything!

I loved everything about this hidden gem. From the gentle, heartfelt atmosphere to the lovely service from our waitress lily. The food was delicious alongside the appetisers tied all together with the lovely dim lit lighting throughout the restaurant. Overall 10/10 experience and I highly recommend anyone to try this place.
