Franco Manca pizzas are honestly the best I've ever had... and I came back from Rome last weekend! The atmosphere is lovely and service is always perfect. The cost is a real plus too! Such great value for money. Highly highly recommend!!

Yesterday, the male waiter, who happened to be black, initially overlooked some items from our order, taking 15 minutes to realize one of our starters was sold out. He then forgot the second starter and some drinks, despite the restaurant not being busy. To top it off, when he came to the table and asked for the plate on my right-hand side, he did so in a patronizing manner, responding rudely when I asked if he needed that one, saying, "Not that one, give me that," without a please or any courtesy. It was truly unbelievable.

Worst delivery experience ever, stone cold pizzas, missing deserts, and took over an hour.. The first time I ordered from here I received the wrong pizzas but hoped it might be a one off mistake. Read the reviews for this place on JustEat, very poor management sadly.

The best Pizzeria in London. The food was very nice and quickly served by staff. The only thing that I mostly like in Franco Manca is they homemade tiramisu. Mmmmmm delicious . I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered pizza via deliveroo. It was advertising 25 mins delivery - an hour and a half later I’ve just called the restaurant and been told by an extremely rude manager that they’re busy and it will be another 30 mins. Awful service.

We stopped by Franco Manca for dinner after being at a crammed pub, and we didn't really think it would be possible to still order food. It was! I had the meat special with ham, spicy pepper, mozzarella and of course - tomato sauce. The flavors were great, we didn't have to wait too long and the staff was super friendly. All in all - a great meal to cap off a great evening!

I love everything about this brunch. I come regularly and love the GLUTEN FREE pizza. The stuff are kind, professional and well informed and the manager super attentive and approachable. Amazing food in a cosy setting. Just pop by already 🤌😉

The place is good but this time we were say next to the pizza oven and it was very hot day so This was not Ideal. Also I chose the wrong pizza. Is sounded nice but the cheese sauce on it really just spoiled the taste for me I should have asked for it to be on the side.

A very welcoming place to eat! We were served by a super friendly and helpful Alessia, amongst a team of colleagues who seemed to get on really well- which is always a nice feeling at a restaurant. Fast service, good beer and very tasty food. I had the anchovy pizza, followed by some tiramisu, and both went down a treat! Compliments to the chef...!

The pizza was delicious and service was prompt! The pizzas with meat could have more meat on them - 6, 8, 10 for example but I have noticed this problem with all branches I have been to. Also download their app and collect stamps - every 7th pizza/salad is free!

Dined here with my son, the cold meat selection sharer was really good though it only came with two tiny pieces of bread each. We both ordered the No 4 pizza, ham and mushroom and was asked if we wanted tomato base or plain, we both had tomato. IPA was good as well. However, when it came to pay the bill I was surprised to see it had 2 x organic tomatoes on the bill. When I asked the waiter what this charge was she said it was the pizza base. What kind of pizza company charges extra for something that is part of a standard pizza? I assumed she was initially asking if I wanted tomato removed from the pizza when ordering not asking if I wanted to add it. So an extra £6 was charged making it more expensive than expected and I can’t actually recall tasting the tomato at all. I also checked the menu and couldn’t see any reference to an additional cost for tomato base? I’m really not impressed with this sales tactic! Has put me off going back!

This is very good place to have pizza and pasta with your friends. They have lots of options to choose from and most attractive thing is they give different offers to the students and others too. I personally have ordered a lunch deal where I got large pizza with drink in just 10£.

Correct pizzas at a good price. The one we liked the most was number 7, number 9 is not good, it did not taste like anything. But I repeat, pizzas in a wood-fired oven at a good price. If you are in the area and feel like pizza, this is your place!

Great food as is always expected with any chain of Franco Manca as that is the consistency of their chain. However, on this occasion the customer service was terribly slow with other customers arriving after us getting table side service and for us having to actually go to the till to order. Not sure if they were short staffed, however all customers should be at least acknowledged upon entering an establishment and catered for. Otherwise still would go to try the food again 😁

Just the ambiance and Italian food. What a wooden burn pizza with pure mozzarella cheese and basil. However, as it's in central London, I found it more expensive than normal rates. However, they expect student and NHS discounts. Don't forget to use it.

I took 30 students and 4 staff last night for a leaver’s dinner. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The waiter was super friendly and efficient over the order and the manager also bent over backwards helping with the billing and generally accommodating us all. The pupils had a wonderful end to their school year, and everything as stress free for me, helped by the staff.

Lovey service, very friendly staff, quick service despite being super busy but it didn't feel rushed or delayed. Just perfect. Kids loved their pizza and I enjoyed the tuna salad.
