Garlic bread burnt, pizza wasn’t cooked properly and those chicken wings were trash. Never again

Im very unhappy about delivery person. He called me that he cant leave his bike and i need to go out. I am not able to do it so needed to organise another person to pick it for me. It never happened before. Im so upset.

The driver was so nice he was so kind to my daughter you should give him a raise :)

Ordered 3 pizzas 2 of pizza was all over the box also pizzas was cold not happy spend over 34 quid

I ordered king size chicken burger and they put only one chicken pattie inside the burger rather two patties. It was also not fresh.

I have a US number and I wasn’t able to see the live tracker for the restaurant specifically. While I apologized the delivery guy kept yelling at me saying that he was waiting for over 10 minutes even though I apologized twice. While I feel bad, the way he kept pushing it was very rude.

I got my Order but I got someone else order I didn’t order garlic bread n breaded chicken

The food was cold and the ribs were burnt and very hard

Always a 5* experience whenever we get from Francino. Staff are always so lovely and polite. Food is always a 10/10. Prices are amazing for the quality/quantity of food.

I gave one star overall is because the wings was bland and was disappointed as it didn’t look anything like that on the photos not ordering wings from there again. I was expecting some nice flavoured grilled wings like on the photo but it wasn’t anything like it and had a lot of bread crumbs and really breaded. The burger was nice but didn’t add mayonnaise as I requested some sauce. I hope the owners do something about the wings and improve.

Order not delivered used just eat many times this is a disgrace

The pizza came very quickly and was hot. The food was good quality and they gave large portions of sides. The driver was very courteous and patient.

Been ordering from here for years. Always top, quality food. The guys are super friendly and read any notes you pop on the order. Great value for money. Highly recommend upgrading to their stuffed crust, it's so good!

I didnt recieve refund even though ive ordered from this restraunt a dozen times and know how their orders come. I asked for breaded wings, they were not breaded. I asked for the wings I usually got and it came without breadcrumbs looking completely different from the wings the restraunt advertises and the wings i got from the SAME branch and restraunt more than 10 times. No refund. When I pay £15 for a meal I expect to get what I ordered. not ordering from JustEat again. Customer service sucks

The young man was so lovely I did not realise I put the wrong address and he delivered the food for me.

pizza was good Lasagna had barely any meat or sauce just pasta cheese

I forgot how good the thin base pizza at Francino could be. When we're very hungry of course we usually order deep pan, but if you want a special experience, order the thin crust which comes with a crunch but chewy center which also complements the the cheese and toppings. This is no ordinary pizza.

Crispy pizza, great flavour. Garlic bread was on the better side of average. Didn't receive a dip. Delivery time was great - 15 minutes early (~25 minutes from order submitted to door).

Normally order a delivery but on this occasion decided to collect , never had a bad experience over the years with this local pizza shop , always fast delivery and good fully loaded piping hot pizza , I am glad to have collected as the staff were all happy and smiling , they were not only doing a job , you could see they loved what they do and cared about it too , whether you order in or pass by and see that they have great discounts if you go in you will be happy , just like the happy smiling s

Brilliant taste..soft, very warm, crispy in the right places and every taste, blended together perfectly well. Delivered arrived 20 minutes earlier than the agreed time so.. unbelievable.

Calzone always hits the spot. The garlic bread with cheers was unexpectedly above and beyond as well. Definitely recommend.

My first time ordering from here, pizza was absolutely delicious but the sides weren’t nice at all, the mozzarella sticks and onions rings were very soft and soggy and very greasy, so disappointing

Gave 4 stars because everyone elses food was perfect except that we ordered Calzone which..ended up being a pizza. The excuse was..that the staff were in a rush.

They told me my order arrived when it didn’t till after 30/40 minutes later !!!

I have been using Francino's for a few years now and never have any issues.Also the delivery driver is always friendly.

Very little chicken in Chiken.pizza, edges were hard to eat for children. No sauces, ketchup and tissue given..

Food was delivered way too late, then they delivered the wrong pizza, took over 30 mins to make and deliver the correct pizza. i had to call them about 4 times. and i didn’t even get the dip. either. food was decent quality but the service was terrible.

A bit disappointed. Spicy chicken wings were a bit burned from outside and not fully cooked inside, threw them in the bin. Ordered thin crust pizza but received deep pan. Guess pizza was alright. Not worth the £18 I spent as I didn’t eat the food.

Second time of ordering from Francino Pizza and for a second time it was excellent. Great pizza with plenty of topping and it was still hot. Prawn cocktail excellent, delicious sauce and a good sized portion. This is definitely my favourite go to pizza delivery place and would 100% recommend to friends and family. Excellent all round.

The 2 burgers that I ordered were very burnt and were smelling burnt too tried to get hold of them they don't respond

Not used this place before but was a good price. Excellent service as the food arrived well before time. Food was good quality, delicious, exactly what I ordered and arrived hot. The prawn cocktail was really delicious and not just prawns in seafood sauce, it came in proper sauce, plenty of prawns and lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes. I eat everything and will definitely be returning for future orders. Top marks all round, I'm stuffed to the brim. Delicious 😋

I gave a 1 star but it should be 0 because there was nothing to review. I ordered for delivery but it changed to collection. Which is how it got processed totally outside of my control. Money wasted. thanks. But never again.
