We are regulars! Love everything about this place. Food amazing, staff great, excellent value. If you haven’t tried it, give it a try.

I turned up 5.50 pm last night in the pouring down rain to see if there was a table for four. The lady who was there said oh can you come back at 6.30 pm. We hadn't booked and the place was busy. She then said oh hang on I can make a table and she did. I was so pleased. The girls arrived and we had an excellent time the wine was chilled to perfection the food was gorgeous I had lasagne which was just delicious better than others I have had in Crosby restaurants which is high praise in deed. My friends had carbonara and pizza again very authentic and so very tasty. So compliments to the chef, service was superb so thanks to the waitress for everything she did for us. We were made very welcome. I would definitely go again thank you.

This is a hidden gem.. Food was amazing!! Authentic Italian, in Crosby!! Big portions, gorgeous wine,, nice chill atmosphere. And service spot on. Loved it Thanks

Very pleasantly surprised by this place. The pizza was exactly the same as the quality ones I got in Italy. Fabulous! Perhaps this is unsurprising as they are genuine Italians and give you a warm welcome. The espresso was also perfectly dark and punchy. I'll have to stop: I'm getting hungry again.

Popped in tempted by the £5 deal for coffee and pannini. It was actually more a toasted sandwich but I must say was extremely tasty and my cappuccino was spot on. Nice vibe on a miserable Saturday afternoon in a miserable Moor Lane (desperate at the moment 😔). Other diners were tucking into Pizza's and other bits and pieces which did look extremely tasty. Overall very good and on the list to call back in due course.

Placed order on app @ 6:02 and it didn’t arrive until 8:40. Rang on numerous occasions to be fobbed off and received numerous excuses from the restaurant. It finally arrived COLD. Missing items, cheesecake is DISGUSTING, cabonara was like a dry cheese pasta with burnt pancetta. NEVER AGAIN!

Went in for a late lunch. This was one of the best pizzas we've had in a while. I guess when an establishment has a focused menu with not too many variations and menu items, then it's easy to maintain high quality of food.

I went there not long ago. The pizza was tasty but nothing special. Feels overrated. Coffee was absolutely horrible which is really surprising for an Italian place, usually I had delicious coffee from Italian restaurants. The staff was nice, however, the snarky replies to some comments here are really unprofessional and petty and scream insecurity. I can’t wait for one to my comment as well, let’s see if they have something “witty” to say this time too👇🏾🤌🏾 ETA: looks like some of the negative comments with their sarcastic replies have been removed. Strano… ETA 2: I appreciate the polite response and I did notice a change in replies. I might visit again on the second thought.

Service here has really declined, used to be my go to pizza place. Ordered a pizza the other week that took ages to arrive and turned up burnt, then when we called they had shut the ovens off. Just offered to go out of my way to get a refund. Then given them another chance and they have cancelled the order 20 minutes after it was due to be delivered. Not good enough

Congratulations to all your staff, I'm pleased to see pizzerias that, in addition to the beauty and simplicity of the location, still believe in the quality of the food and professionalism, and in their true Neapolitan origins.

Well played. Ordered for 6pm delivery on app but arrived far too early at 4.30pm. They took the order back, cooked it fresh and returned at 6pm. Usual excellent quality and great service. Thanks.

I can honestly say that this is the best pizza in Liverpool. The traditional wood oven makes it authentic. The pizza was cooked to perfection and with just the right amount of toppings. The service was great; checking to see if we were alright during eating intervals. The decor was fantastic and the seating was comfortable. Atmosphere was good, we went during a quiet period and was asked for song requests. This was a nice added touch. All in all will definitely be returning.

Ordered take away pizza to try this place and it was alright, I liked the dough but for some reason it was a bit dry, it needed a bit more sauce and substance overall

We’ve been enjoying the excellent pizza from here since they opened but dined in last week for the first time. We were in a big group of twelve adults and six kids. The service was great and the food was even better than the takeaway. The pizza is unsurprisingly great but the pasta dishes exceeded our expectations. Great little place, lovely atmosphere, friendly service and brilliant food.

They close whatever they want, it’s not the 1st time I called and they don’t take orders anymore.

I've been wanting to try here for a while, and it lived up to the hype. The restaurant has got a good vibe to it, me and my girlfriend visited on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy, however the decor in the restaurant is nice. With good music and friendly staff. Plus the pizza is really nice. Keep up the good work guys!

My new number 1 Neapolitan pizzeria in Liverpool and around (and I tried every single one). Excellent dough and high quality toppings. Just like in Naples.

Authentic .... fit. Only ever had one missing extra... pizza still gorgeous... pointed it out on next order ... they just sorted it ...no issue

Went with my Sister, who lives locally and had enjoyed a takeaway from here It’s a nicely presented small restaurant, with friendly, engaging and attentive staff The menu is varied and appealing. We had soft drinks which arrived with freshly cut garnishes. Our order was taken quickly The Starters were fresh, and beautifully flavoured. The pizzas were extremely tasty, though the toppings were ‘soggy’ (maybe the oils from the cheese, needing a little longer in the oven?). However, this didn’t change our enjoyment of the freshly prepared, tasty creations We had Espressos before sharing a dessert We were the only table in aside from a family of ladies with two tots, who came and went in the time it took us to finish Having forgotten my Sister’s partner at home, we went back to order him a takeaway for his lunch. Lol We shall return when I visit again, that’s for sure! Impromptu lunch - Thursday - 2 adults - Three courses (shared Dessert) inc. Drinks

Best pizza around and boss people

This place is a gem, quite possibly the best pizza I have ever had. The dough is fantastic. You must try this place, wonderful simply wonderful

Popped into Franchettis today and as usual the food was delicious. I had a panini from their new range and it was so tasty😋 and prices are very reasonable. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and it looks great ,really cosy. A perfect place to catch up with friends and have a bite to eat and bottle of wine. Would recommend 100 %.

Best pizza I've had outside of Italy. The dough was amazing. Delivered when they said they would. Prices really reasonable. All-around quality 👌

Easily the best Italian takeaway in Sefton. Great vegetarian and vegan options, everything is freshly cooked and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!

Probably the best authentic Italian pizza right here on our door step! Always fresh and extremely tasty. Sitting inside the restaurant is also a lovely experience. Smells are amazing, staff are great! Alway the best customer service when we order via app or phone. Foid is always delivered on time or earlier and alway hot. Its an all round great restaurant! They have the best pizzas and pasta dishes by far. We will continue to eat here, as it my children's favorite place. Truffle fries as always 😋 would highly recommend Franchettis!!

My 3 star review is based on the food and the price. The food would be 3 stars however the the mayo situation is ridiculous. A half filled tub of garlic mayo which was approximately 2 tea spoons full for £1.00 is absurd. For this reason I wont be ordering again. The pizza is average/good - not great. Certainly not £10.00 good. The froes are just fries with truffle oil . Again, they were just average fries - not good not bad.. but for the price I expected great. I look forward to the passive aggressive response from the owners whom will take great offence to my post.
