Disappointed tonight. Ordered king prawns hariali....small prawns, sauce totally different to usual harialis...usually green made with plenty of spinach, cream and garlic. This was a brown flavourless sauce. Chicken Jalfrezy also not great very bland. Garlic rice quite greasy.

Ordered a chicken tikka bhuna, mushroom rice, peshwari naan and chips, got free popadoms. Overall pretty good, the whole meal was tasty, NO oily film on top of the curry and the rice and chips tasted clean and nice. The tikka chicken had that lovely clay tandoori taste and the curry had a very slight chilli kick. Would definitely use again.

The only indian take away I'll go to, i go here every few month and I've never had a bad meal, ever. Usually get the banquet deal, really good value, good portion sizes, nice to change your order up to and try something different. Pizzas are really nice too, masala pizza very different but lovely, also the tandoori wraps are to die for. Can't fault the place, lovely staff too, very friendly!

I've been ordering from Foysol for about 5 years since moving to the area and I can't believe I've left it this long to leave them a review. From my very first visit to this day I've always received a warm welcome from the owner who is super friendly. I remember standing chatting with him for a good 10mins on my first visit and he's always remembered me since. Those personal touches really make a difference. The food is amazing. I love the onion bhajis in particular. Im a vegetarian and Abu will make any of his curries veggie for me. I change my order periodically so I've tried few different types of curries and thoroughly enjoyed them all. I'm on Baltis at the moment and I find myself craving them at least once a week. I can't recommend highly enough. Five stars!!!

Just had a takeaway which took 1 hour 20 mins to arrive! Ordered a chicken tikka Balti and chicken tikka jalfrezi which were identical - looked and tasted exactly the same so they obviously just boxed up the same curry and labelled then differently - very disappointed. Also ordered 2 naan breads, some popadoms, 1 chips, 1 aloo gobi (which was only half full), 1 pilau and 1 boiled rice - this came to a staggering £35!! The curries were mostly filler veg - massive chunks of onions and Peppers. Overpriced ad below average food. Will not be going back

I have had many orders from this place thru just eat, today I try to order and they cancel the order, I called them and they don't deliver to Bishop Auckland, when I said you did last week, they just were not interested, in these current times, all orders should be welcome, they have in the past, would joy recommend they need to sort out their customer service telephone manner, a few locals who use this place are now going elsewhere, not happy at all.

I've been using Foysol since the lockdown. My wife and I are self isolating so to have delicious food delivered to our door is a godsend. Thank you Foysol for your excellent food and service.

Fantastic, am a regular customer and would consider no other Indian take away. This is a magnificently, family run takeaway, spotlessly clean, fine ingredients, freshly prepared, fast and friendly delivery. Always a 5 star experience. There is no other Indian take away to consider. Buy with 100% total confidence, at all times. This business has no, repeat no faults.

A fantastic family owned and ran Indian takeaway that is truly second to none the food is fantastic, the staff are great , the menu is extensive, and extremely good value , I have eaten here for years and never been disappointed (PS the chicken tikka wraps (not on the menu) is absolutely amazing) especially when you have a chilli naan

Long journey to Crook needed a cheeky takeaway. Looked on Just Eat & found Foysol. The food was tasty especially the veggie curry combo. Would order from here again if around.

We experienced this takeaway when visiting friends nearby. The meal made for a lovely night in - tasty, good portions and decent quality. It got the thumbs up from us!

We recently stayed at nearby cottages and nipped out for a takeaway - we ordered our Indian food and whilst waiting the staff were really pleasant and friendly , telling us where we could go locally and that they would have actually delivered to us even though it was a remote location - the food was gorgeous and it was inexpensive - the following night however , we ordered a pizza from the same place and sadly it wasn’t great !! A lesson learnt - order Indian food from an Indian takeaway and pizza from an Italian !! That said , the service was great and the staff friendly and the food wasn’t expensive .

usually love this takeaway.... 40 mins late. food was cold. greasy as it had been sat in the bag for so long. driver couldn’t even say sorry just palmed the bag off and ran back to the car

This place gets better and better. Naan Bread: Delicious and fresh. Rice Cooked to perfection Onion Bhaji: First Class Chicken Tikka: Mouth-wateringly good. Madras/Vindaloo: Amazing (We had Madras this time) A new one on us from here is the Staff Curry: A bit of notice is needed if you wish to order this. It's a real authentic delicacy and well worth a try. We thought it was delicious.

we ordered a simple cheese and tomato pizza and they delivered the wrong kind and still havent come back(after 35 minutes). The chicken pakora was soggy and drenched in oil making it inedible. The vegetable pakora was crispy on the outside but slightly undercooked on the inside, The chapatti was like eating cardboard and the only decent thing was the onion bahjis. Overall not impressed and won't be ordering from here again.

Absolutely a belter of a meal. Meal 2 in set meals would be highly recommended.

We were dubious about ordering due to a fewide bad reviews and long delivery time but it was very very nice. Pleasantly surprised. Only downfall was delivery; it went an hour over the stated time, nevertheless it was worth the wait. Will definitely order again.

Time of delivery was extended by 20mins and then it was 35mins late!!! We ordered at 7pm and it was not delivered until 8.50pm.

Ordered for 6:30 delivery it arrived late and cold and wrong curry sent. We usually order by phone but wanted to try the app. Won't do that again.

La casa estaba cerrada, así que India decidimos probar este.Por desgracia, la puerta de la cocina estaba abierta cuando fui a recoger la comida - no es bueno para mí.Había pre-comida preparada en cartones de plástico bajo un banco - no refrigerados - platos y ollas buscando desaliñada - pila de entonces el chico limpiado la superficie con algunos que no lo rag incluso el uso en la planta que estaba muy sucio.Lo siento, pero no volveré.

Ordered food Monday really enjoyed it one of the best dishes I've had for a long time. Got the same dish on Thursday and it didn't resemble the other dish in any way, stewed tomatoes and chicken with a bit of coriander thrown over the top?? Pakoras slimey uncooked batter with no flavour and the cheapest quality chicken. Salad looked like it had been sat there for a few days. Chapattis too thick and we'll over priced seen as most places give you 3 with any curry!!! 90p each? the best part of it all were the poppadoms and this was the only thing I ate. As for delivery, always late. Really don't mind paying good money or waiting a little longer for good quality food but too hit and miss and won't be getting my custom again. Would rather go home to Bradford and get the real deal!!! You actually get what you ask for and for half the price!!!

Delivery time 1910hrs came at 1835hrs stone cold!!!! 35mins early. Chicken balti more like a poor masala full of side cut onions with no favour what so ever all went in bin will never order again from here

order short tried phoning but could not get through. I was charged £2.10 for a onion bhaji which I didnt received.

The delivery time was great. The food was okay. The roti and rice was pretty tasteless. The curry was good. Little too spicy with no warning of heat level on the menu. Overall it wasn't bad.

We revived our order before time. Part of the order was missing, however, before I even realised it was missing I received a phone call to say that the restaurant would deliver the rest of my order. Now that is service!!!

The meal arrive almost 50 minutes after the scheduleddelivery time and was cold. Shame as this has always been my go to takeaway. I microwaved the main course but the onion bahjis were almost inedible.

Really disappointed, one of our pizzas looked like it had been dropped! All the cheese and toppings has slid to one side and to the roof of the pizza box. The pizzas weren't very hot either.

Will be contacting Foysol but we are very concerned that when the driver was lost, he asked two children from the village to get in his car and show him the way to our house. He was almost outside the gate. Totally unacceptable. The two girls concerned pointed to the house and then ran home. Worrying.

Chips were inedible, man was tough. Potatoes in curry seemed reheated and veg curry hardly had any veg in it.

Delivery was quick and the main meal was nice, however Naan bread was burnt and crispy, ordered 2 but only received 1, was too hungry to ring about it just for a Naan bread, Ended up paying £3 for delivery as well which doesn't seem right for somewhere that's only 5 minutes away, won't be ordering again anytime soon
