Today, I went to eat a meal, the taste is not so good, the environment is still very messy, do not go to eat, when paying the bill, the Hong Kong people think that we are foreigners, deliberately did not tell us that there is a service fee, but also insisted that the list was pulled out and did not pay for us students alone, and finally charged an extra 12 pounds service fee, in our ignorance, the boss made a lot of money. All the students must not eat it.

The best restaurant in London's Chinatown. The duck dishes are especially excellent. Although it is rich and full-bodied, it is not overwhelming and is refreshing to eat. All other dishes are also delicious. All the staff are friendly and quick. In particular, Mr. Fong is very kind and helpful. If you're looking for Chinese food in London, don't hesitate to go to Four Seasons.

The Four Seasons in Chinatown is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Chinese cuisine! The roast duck is absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, all bursting with flavor. The atmosphere is vibrant and lively, making it a great spot for a meal with friends or family. The service is attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a taste of traditional Chinese food in London!

Extremely efficient service and wonderful food. Ambiance is great. Randomly sat next to a lovely party of 2, being seated at the same time as us, and 'sort of' ate family-style and the restaurant had no problem with it. We overextended our meal with conversation by at least an hour or two and the restaurant had no problem with it. Very respectful and will come again!

Three of us for dinner at 5pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was not overly busy but not quiet either. We had a reservation which seemed to confuse the waitress and we were placed in the queue at the door and handed a menu whilst outside but regardless were seated fairly promptly. The table was fine however plates are plastic / melamine which feels a bit cheap. There was also food from previous diners on the floor which could have done with being cleaned up. The food was really tasty and we enjoyed every plate. The service however was a bit of a let down. Perhaps not quite come enough to be 'rude' but certainly far from welcoming or friendly and it felt like we were an inconvenience to the waitress and she'd just rather we weren't there.

Been eating at four seasons a couple of times already their food has always been my favoritee but never have I expected this happen to me. It was on a weekend so I understand they were really packed. I was queuing up (alone) for the first time since I was in the area…for one hour outside. They were letting in couples and groups of 3 that was after me and I wasnt complaining because I thought they didnt have any space for one but it is literally the same thing they couldve just removed one chair. If you’ve been yes they have small tables. Anyways, the waiter asked me if it was okay to share a table since there was another guy who was alone as well. As a girl I didnt want to sit with a random guy so I said I can wait for a while. But then this waiter came back and said we could come in and showed us one table which I clearly told him I didn’t want. I was so uneasy and uncomfortable while I sat down and gave my order and couldn’t resist to be in that situation but ask to just get takeout. If they didn’t have a table for one they could’ve just told me in the first place rather than leaving me no choice but to sit apart from another stranger. Totally bad experience wouldn’t want this to happen to another person so if you’re planning to eat alone there just don’t.

The food was fine, but the service wasn't up to good standards. They confused some of the dishes with another table and said we should've known ourselves. Also, we realised too late that they gave us the wrong bill and we paid more than we should have, after confirming we wouldn't pay for one of the dish because they messed up the order. I don't recommend this place.

We also had sweet and sour chicken, Singapore vermicelli and rice along with he three meats We booked (please book because the queue was down the street) and got through straight away, we were seated downstairs, it was quite cramped and unfortunately we were seated next to a particularly loud and brash group of men who’s conversation left a lot to be desired - the owners did apologise for them Service was quick, we were in and out within half an hour.

One star for the cold peking duck, which after the 1st complaint, it was served cold again. If you order a combination dish with Rice & roast meat, the restaurant reduces the meat quantity with the pieces full of bones on a bed of rice. Got the roast duck for take out and was highly disappointed in the quality. The duck had little to no flavor and the meat just fell apart, but not in a good way. The pancakes that came with it also fell apart, so it couldn’t even keep the meat and toppings in. The portion felt small for what we paid for. Very disappointing with the drop in food quality. Used to come here when I was a student 10 years ago. Their roast duck is no longer the best. Their roast duck is bland and the skin isn’t crispy, the roast pork’s skin is dry and hard, the stewed lamb brisket hot pot tastes one dimensional. The only good dish we got out of Four Seasons is their stir fried ho fun with beef in black bean sauce. If you’re looking for really good roast duck, try out Goldmine at Queensway. our pilgrimage to Four Seasons started from its HK branch which locates at an inconspicious corner off Central with good food. We tried Stir Fried Rice Noddle (Ho Fun) with Beef and this is the best around the globe: bouncy and silky rice noodles, not greasy, with sprouts just cooked and crispy. We cannot resist re-ordering the dish after it is gobbled up within 5 minutes. We also tried roasted pork and it is tender with the authentic taste. Stir fried spinach is fresh and soft. Portion of food is not big. Usual noisy atmosphere where large parties are dining in Chinese restaurant.

Expensive and absolutely not to be recommended. The aromatic crispy duck was pulled meat all over the plate (with bones) and it was way too dry. A toilet downstairs was broken, the service was not very friendly and after we ordered some more pancakes (because there were not enough pancakes compared to the amount of duck) we waited for almost 15min. When we reminded another waiter that we were waiting for more pancakes, he tried to fob us off with the words "our kitchen is already closed". After we explained that we had already ordered them quite a while ago, we got them quite suddenly in a minute, this sudden chance of mind seemed strange. One of us had a beef dish, which didn't include rice as a supplement, so we had to extra pay for it, as well as for the few more pancakes (brazenly!). One of us felt sick after the meal, the other two of us didn't enjoy it as well. After all that having to pay the 12,5% service fee on top of the already expensive meal prices is a true impertinence! We will definitely not return to eat in this place.

I had to give this a try after trying the other famous roasted duck place in town. I came just before dinner hours and it was a good decision as the queue piled up when I left the restaurant. I ordered their 3 roast mix comprising of the roasted duck, roasted pork belly or siew yoke and the BBQ pork or char siew. The portion was rather generous and I loved the soy that came in the rice because it was so aromatic and savory. The roasted duck here was moist in its meat texture and although the skin wasn't crispy at all, I was delighted with the luscious fatty layer which is essential in a good roasted duck in my opinion. The fats added juiciness to the flavorfully seasoned and succulent meat. The roasted pork belly or siew yoke was commendable with its noticeable 5 spice aromatics and a good ratio of fat to meat. The BBQ pork or char siew was also nicely marinated. Overall, I am pleased with their offering of Cantonese roasted dishes.

I've been here 3 times now. The 2 times i've been here was good but my recent visit i was very angry with my experience. The lady with the short hair and jeans was very rude. I had asked her about a dish whether it comes in a sauce and she started giving me attitude. When my partner was ordering the food, the lady was making hand gestures, like she was saying to hurry up. I witness the same thing happening to the other customers beside me. After this another lady stood beside us making us feel very uncomfortable like she wanted to kicked us out, at this point i decided I'm definitely not paying the service charge. She comes back with the card machine and when i told her i want the service charge off she's asking me why like she's the one paying. She has no manners either. I told her how her colleague was rude and i had a bad experience , i demand the service charge to be off. The rest of the workers were nice, it was just those two that really ruin our experience. As i was walking out i saw the manager and acknowledge him however, he decided to ignored me, all because I didn't pay the service charge. Instead of feeling entitled, Next time keep your workers in check and just maybe, u might get the extra money you was craving for !!!

We got stuck in London going home from Vienna. We stopped at Four Seasons in Chinatown. Amazing food and service 👍 Recommend roast duck, pork, and pork belly. But Chinese spinach, and Szechuan Beef was outstanding too. Ricky Tam took care of us very well and we know he will do the same for you. Enjoy!

Overhyped greasy duck. I have not even finished my main meal and they are shoving me out the door. Akin to a fast food joint rather than a sit down proper service. Try Lido which is opposite. They don’t hurry you at all. I am sure the staff are on some kind of competition - who can get the diner in fast and them out equally as quick.

We love duck and while in London our one mission was to find the best duck, Four Seasons made the top of our list, and not only was the food amazing but the staff was out of this world! Ricky took care of us like we were family and I can’t speak highly enough over how great the food was! We had both the Peking Duck and BBQ (Cantonese) duck, don’t hesitate to stop by! Ask for Ricky!

Really enjoyed our dinner here and very much liked the food! We came on a Monday evening and it was quite busy but some tables were still available. They gave us a nice and relatively quiet table for two in the back of the restaurant. We ordered the Cantonese duck (boneless), the barbecue pork, steamed rice, and spring rolls. The food arrived very quickly (funnily, they served the spring rolls only after the duck and pork) and tasted very flavorsome and satisfying. The pork was not overly fatty and nicely seasoned in a rich dark sauce. The duck was definitely succulent and tender, slightly on the fatty side but just about right. The atmosphere is no frills and the service was good: functional and also quite friendly (we had been here years ago when the waiter was much grumpier). They seem to have several branches across Chinatown and I don’t know if they all serve the same food and if it is to the same standards but this one is definitely recommended and worth a visit.

I will start with the basics. Service was not only good it was great! Staff were attentive at all times. They provided recommendations, there was a genuine smile with each plate the placed at the table. They were interactive and polite at all times. The food was so tasty, authentic to the taste, opinionated reviewer as being Spanish I look for the seasoning my mum always plates at home. I’m usually so underwhelmed by so many tapas restaurants and they lack the right seasoning and lack the authentic taste. This did not fail. The ambiance was good and the place is clean and organised

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. However, the service could use some improvement. We were charged for a dish that was unavailable. Additionally, we ordered tea, but after waiting for 15 minutes, we were informed that our order was forgotten. They continuously brought water to our table without asking if we wanted more and cleared dishes without checking if we had finished eating. From interior design aspects.. Ladies watch out.. there is no place to put or hang your bags 😅! The light are soo dim and the candles on the tables are not a safe thing and is uncomfortable with the dimmed lights… Hopefully, they will make improvements to their service & decor choices
