Fountain Cafe in Broxbourne

This place is great for food, service and atmosphere. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal in here.As we are a large crowd, they never get the food orders wrong thanks to chloe, who is always on the ball and the owner always greets us with a smile. The best omelette and chips ever.

My dad & I have visited a couple of times now, both after a long old drive from the North-East to watch Tottenham play. We were blown away by the quality of the food & how reasonably it was priced. If I lived nearby, I'd be there every day. They have such a wide selection of food to cover the entire day, from your typical English cafe fayre, to Turkish delicacies & "proper" dinners. Even the tea & coffee was brilliant quality. If you want to be fully satisfied, know you've got your money's worth & be served by friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place.

Good location and good value food - I'd say the best full English breakfast in Cheshunt. Always busy but never full, I'd happily recomend the Fountain Cafe

Without a doubt the Fountain safe is the best cafe in Cheshunt. It’s been my and my families go to for well over a decade and never let’s you down. The staff are incredible and friendly and the food is always a decent standard and served quickly. What more can you want for a cafe? A very easy bosh.

I gave it a 5 cause its fast,clean and the food is very good if i wanted to eat at 1 place only it would be here

We took my daughters football team to the cafe after a cold morning at football! There were 28 of us! The guys accommodated us brilliantly so we all sat together! The food was lovely and service outstanding 👌🏽

Such a friendly little cafe. I went with my bubba and my mum just for a coffee which was really good actually. And I soon returned in the next few days me and bubba met husband/daddy for lunch. Again just so friendly and inviting. Food was good too. Can’t wait to return again.

Popped in for breakfast and had a nice bite. Bacon was perfect and the coffee was excellent. All in all great value plus tbe diet coke was nice and chilled. The cafe is open in the evenings and offers nice views of the Old Pond area. Lovely welcome from the team. Realky enjoyed it and will be back each week!

My cafe of choice in Cheshunt. Omar and the girls always friendly, helpful with a smile. Waitress quickly takes drinks order. Food always arrives pipping hot and freshly prepared. Nice to find a local cafe that's also open 'Evenings'. I often visit for Sunday lunch - good portions & great value. Try the Roasts, Shepherds pie, Lasagna. Choice of desserts, but I can never manage one! 5 star

Wanted somewhere convenient to eat shortly after 5pm on a Sunday. The Fountain cafe was welcoming, very friendly service with very generous portions. The cafe was pretty full and with music in the background - the atmosphere was good. We have a Set 5 breakfast, a moussaka and a jacket potato amongst the three of us. All served promptly. Will be back. Extensive menu as well.

We were welcomed by Mr Omer he is so kind and helpful and all staff is helpful and food is delicious and atmosphere is fantastic hope to come again

We often opt for lunch here when we have an opportunity. Service is always efficient, friendly and the food is of a good and reliable standard. Good value, huge portions and value for money.

A great cafe for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a cappuccino! My Mother loved being taken there by my Brother ... she enjoyed the meal with some pitta bread and a little glass of wine and enjoyed being made a fuss of by the staff. Very friendly and “family” atmosphere. Large portions and good variety of Turkish and British fare.

Had a appointment and was early.pop into here for breakfast.two poach eggs on toast.and coffee .coffee was very good.full of flavour.poach eggs cooked nice runny in middle.menu has some nice meals.will be back.service with a smile.

Popped into here with work mates. The staff are very friendly and polite. I had a full English which was ok, nothing amazing but filled a hole.

Lived in Cheshunt 19 years but never tried this cafe before! Went Saturday morning and really enjoyed! Was busy but not packed. 2 nice young waitresses were working here and very on the ball. If anything the set breakfasts there was too much picking and choosing! There’s about 7 different ones and really wanted something from each! Thought make it more simply! Anyway both me and hubby enjoyed our food and hopefully will be back.

Went with family for lunch. Was ok but nothing special. Felt that they were looking for ways to charge us for anything. For example my son wanted beans instead of salad with his food and apparently couldn’t be swapped so had to pay!

We dine here a lot with the children and grandchildren. It’s a really friendly place with lovely staff. The food is always good and nicely presented. We can recommend this place highly.

The café was very busy and the staff were very welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. Portion sizes are ideal if you are hungry. We will be back on regular basis

Been a few years as used to go there when the old owner has the place. Went back there for egg on toast and beans out of the blue. Anyway... food was tasteless, cheap ingredients used. Will not be going back again. The service was good and staff polite. Just didn't taste nice... I mean it's egg on toast and beans.. the brand they used must have been cheaper than cheap

This is now my number one place to go to for breakfast. The eggs are always properly cooked, good portions, lovely staff and very reasonable.

My family have eaten here loads of times. The staff are very welcoming and very attentive..everything that I have tried has always been lovely and filling..the plates are enormous and filled to the brim so you wont leave here feeling hungry! The menu has a huge selection..all the dishes are flavoursome and great value for money...the atmosphere is very relaxed..it's well worth a visit! You won't be disappointed.

After fasting for a blood test I went to the cafe for a breakfast treat. My friend has a full english and had poached eggs on toast.

I go into this cafe quite regularly for lunch when I am down town for my big weekly shopping

6 for breakfast and we were welcomed with a clean table, good freshly cooked food in generous portions all served together by an attentive waiting staff. Enjoyable, unhurried and will visit again 👍👍👍

There are a few cafes in Cheshunt but this is the best one for choice of food on the menu, staff are great friendly and professional. Breakfasts are great and love the roast beef dinners. Highly recommended and great value.

The Fountain Cafe is my preferred cafe in Cheshunt/Waltham Cross.

come here once a week for either coffee or breakfast. staff are lovely, breakfast is good and coffee is cheap. very affordable stop off.

Have eaten in there a couple of times now and food has been great - excellent service, even when the waitress got my son's order wrong, they gave him food to take away free of charge.

I really do rate this place and is always packed, just wish the bacon was more meat than fat, and sometimes it's so very salty, apart from that this place is lovely and serve allot hot and easy on your pocket! Family friendly!

If you don't want to spend mega bucks in a restaurant, spend time waiting in a pub or eat sometimes questionable food in a fast food place, come here. Great food, fast service and tremendous value. My daughter (17) loves the place and you can't get much fussier than her. Recommended.

Huge plates of food for low prices, calamari and the cheesecake are the best in area, waitresses really friendly.

Often pop in for breakfast, love the fried bread, nicely cooked,friendly service, varied menu,open long hours

From the calamari and rice to the smoked salmon omelettes. I cannot thank my sister enough for finding this amazing, cost effective yet clean and healthy little cafe.

The breakfast here is good. Nice friendly waitresses and the owner is a nice guy. The best thing here is the kleftico (incik) which is really succulent meat and just falls off the bone. Very inexpensive too.

I like their poach eggs on toast but you have got to remember to ask for them softly poached. A bacon baguette is good too they will cut the fat off if you ask.

I highly recommend this place for their delicious sort of meals...

We regularly visit the Fountain Cafe on a weekend morning for a fry-up.
