Food was great and delivered quick

First time I've ordered in a while. Used to be amazing but this time, chicken in chicken fried rice either wasn't breast meat or had been pulled from an old chicken carcass. Chips had definitely been refried a few times and seen a carboard box that was obviously damp and black growth that was full of loose prawn crackers. Full order was binned

Friendly staff, fresh tasty food. 10/10 overall!

Usually don't have a problem ordering from here, but the salt and chilli chicken and salt and chilli chips were lukewarm, which is a shame as the food is usually piping hot. The chicken fried rice and curry sauce were lovely as usual though.

no idea, haven't received my food to review it, was out for delivery 30 mins before the estimated delivery time. now after half past ten, no food, no updates, very annoying! order was made before 9pm very poor, apparently it's been delivered already ....sorry no was trying a new restaurant tonight but NO!!!!

I always have praise for the food. last night. I ordered beef curry n chips snack box. it was practically full of onions 6 or 8 pieces of beef and 23 chios

The food was cold, bland and the rice was a bit hard, I also asked for no onions and got it with onions

Waited nearly 2.5 hours for food and it was not worth it.

First time ordering from here in years - ETA when placing the order was between 60-75 mins, this changed to 90-110 mins shortly afterwards (big difference & very misleading), it's now been 2 hours and still hasn't arrived. Won't be back.

Food is normally good from here but on this occasion the chips were badly overcooked and the sweet and sour chicken only filled half the container barely half the usual portion. Very disappointing.

I've ordered for delivery twice from here, the food has been really good both times but the service is shocking. The first time it was over an hour late but it was around Christmas time so I thought it was a one off, tonight I called the restaurant when the estimated delivery time was up (2 hours after order) and they said they were really busy and it was just going out the door. 25 minutes later I got a notification that the courier was on the way and he arrived less than 10 minutes after that.

Really good hot food and delivery driver was lovely.

I called restaurant and was told my takeaway would be here soon . it was laying at the front door . I am hard of hearing no one pressed the doorbell!! Never had this issue. peking sauce ruined the soggy chicken wings. being soggy ruined them aswell this is the worst order ever!!

Food was lovely but I didn’t get my can of juice

We ordered our food at 6:30pm and were told it would arrive between 7:55-8:15 but it never arrived until 9:15. When we called to chase we got the impression they had not picked up our online order

It didnt get delivered. I've asked justeat for a refund. Dont accept orders that you can't fulfil. Disappointed.

i cant say as to what quality is like as not had the food yet, delivery was set as being from 22:05 and 22:25 after order was placed at 20:45.i wouldnt mind given the weather but when that time estimate expires and you check and it says delivered when it has not i feel angry, i contacted the restraunt and they said they have problems as delivery drivers dont wanna deliver, ok but why mark as delivered then, asked if i still wanted food i said yes and now i have to wait a further 45 minutes.

Where is my delivery!? I didn't get anything! What's up!

We have been using this chinese for years and cannot fault it! Food is always good and the service too! Would highly recommend!

I ask for no mushrooms or prawns even put it in a note but still had to spend time taking them out not good hopefully it was a one time thing

when food came it was cold so didn't enjoy it I've never ever had a problem with fortune house upto now very disappointed 😞

Food came missing some of the order it was already cold and then had to wait over an hour for the rest of the order to be delivered , everything was then freezing and inedible .

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering, fair enough its Saturday. A few of the items were missing or wrong so by the time the missing items arrived the chips to go with them were cold and soggy. Also alot less chips than normal. Very disappointing

Absolutely joke to call yourself a Chinese, got half the food I ordered and half of it missing and the chicken curry had 6 small cubes of chicken what a joke. Don’t waste your money on this place!!!

Should include a option to have sause on your selection when you are ordering.

More than 2 hours for delivery, Food was ok though

Usually top class service. Restaurant did phone and apologise still had it narked as delivered when it wasnt. x

Food was cold. Spring rolls were overcooked and chewy. Beef curry tasteless with chewy meat.

King stock was tasteless although there was plenty chicken and sweetcorn. Rice was clumpy and crispy chicken was soggy. Special fried rice was okay. Prawn crackers were stale.

best I've had from here in a long time everything was roasting and tasted amazing

Waited 80 minutes for food, the chips could smash a window, and the Ham Foo Yung was disgusting i wouldn't even give it to a fox let alone any other animal. Never again

The food was cold, late and really poor quality. Watery satay chicken that had no taste other than salt, salt and chilli chicken portion was mostly onions, the rice was hard around the edges like it had been sitting out and then reheated and the chips were soggy and had barely any cheese. The order was half an hour late and when I called the restaurant the staff were curt and unhelpful. Unpleasant experience all round.

Food was pretty poor all round. Chicken satay wasn’t the best quality the satay sauce was pretty bland. My partners prawn curry, sauce was ok but prawns weren’t to good sadly. The fried rice didn’t have much flavour either ☹️

Horrendous place has went down hill!! Chowmein was salty and far too much oyster sauce through it! BBQ ribs were not bbq runny salty gravy and hardly any meat on them but tasted so bad I didn’t eat them anyway!

As always well-cooked tasty food presented hot and freshly cooked - always firm favourite when ordering Chinese

there was about 90% onions and 10% mushrooms in a dish that was meant to be mushrooms in gravy and it was cold plus the chicken balls were harder than my balls totally burnt never again will I order from this restaurant

Order was placed at 18:13. Order arrived at 19.51, over 1.5hrs later. Both dishes had to be heated in microwave. Not great.

I never complain about anything!! This was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, paid over £28 never seen noodles like it.. and the beef and tomato was bland no colour and in a jelly like consistency and tasteless.. hadn’t eaten all day.. what a disappointment.

the chips were re-heated as were the chicken balls the sweet and sour sauce was like really watery onion rings were greasy and really hard only thing edible was the free prawn crackers sorry but won't be ordering again

very poor satay flavour was more like a runny gravy with no peanut flavour at all, disappointing

wontons where beautiful but the chicken noddle soup wasn't nice at all , only 3 bits of tiny chicken and the noddles where soft and mushy couldn't eat it , it arrived on time but I got the notification it left the restaurant 50 mins before it got to my door

Rather disappointed tonight with my meal. Usually have no issues and really enjoy. Tonight the curry sauce was really watered down and tasteless. Not sure if different chef than usual but was not impressed 🥺

Satay sauce was tasteless and watery, and the salty & chilli chips were so salty. Curry sauce was alright and fried rice was nice but probably wouldn't order again.

Worst ribs I've ever tasted. Ordered in BBQ sauce and they arrived in an oily, greasy water that didn't taste of anything. Sent them back and got money back and had to make my daughter something different so the rest of the meal was cold by the time I got to eating it. Chicken satay was rubbish - no flavour. Horrible chinese

portions are getting smaller, and the new service charge from just eat is kinda off putting now but the food still tastes as good. could be a little hotter

Complete waste of money. Beef chow mein with exactly 4 bits of beef and more chopped onions than noodles, I'd have had more value buying a single onion, a pot noodle and a packet of roast beef. Chicken balls are rock hard, the sweet and sour sauce was okay but just a complete waste all round. Won't be using again.

The ribs were supposed to be in bbq sauce but had no meat on them and were in the greasiest sauce. Awful

Food was good, even though a little later than expected time it was still hot, was staying in the premier inn and driver called to let me know he had arrived. Because we were staying near the airport we expected it would be a little later than expected so weren't bothered.

There is no delivery been made

2nd time using this takeaway. Gave it another chance but as before chips were reheats and rice was awful. Definitely the last time we use this one
