Curry sauce and mushy peas were awful no taste,fish was burnt

I called for a takeaway here but do wished i hadnt i must have been daft getting one from here the shop is filthy and god knows how they are allowed to trade the walls and ceilings have years of grime on them the floors filthy . I had a chicken chow mein and chips i say chips they were deep fried fries and the chow mein was very oily , ive given 0 stars and if it was possible shop needs a visit from enviromental health

Had a beef curry here the meat was white and totally disgusting ended up with food poisoning. Needs checking out, will not be calling again.

Was OK. Had fish and chips. Thought the battered cod at £5.20 was expensive.

Been having many lovely meals over many many years from fortuna tonight surprest them selves vast improvements with the pancake rolls food was brill infarct super brill thanksguys and gals x

Fortuna Chinese..... just a word of advise this is the 2nd time this problem has occurred ordered food at 6pm couldn't get through on the phone at all for 2 hours get through after 2hour 10 minutes to be told its in its way I replied I wasn't happy to be waiting over 2 hours for the food she put phine down on me delivery turned up after 2 hour 20 mins I told them I wasn't happy with the service and didn't accept which is really disappointing as the food is normally really nice

Food bland and greasy. The front customer area of the shop hasn't changed in 30+ years and I don't think it's ever seen a cleaning cloth in thar time either. No council food hygiene certificate on display. Had to look it up online and they only got 3 stars and noted as satisfactory. I won't be visiting again if I have another option

Currently waiting for our food delivery 2.5 hours after ordering, 2 children not fed and it's nearly 9pm at night, cannot ring to find out how when our food will arrive as the phone number is constantly engaged, very very annoyed 😡

Ordered was told delivery would be an hour. Waited a hour and half then telephoned but could not get through. Got through after 2 hours to be told ‘we are just doing it now’ no apology nothing. Very poor service.

First time order , was told when rang it would be 1 hr possible 1 and half hour , fine , when rang back after 1. Half hr was told on its way , 10 mins later food finally arrived no apology nothing , food was cold bland and quite pricey asked for a menu to be added with order as as first time orderer couldn’t be bothered to send one !!! Will not use ever again would not recommend portions was very tight and rubbish , I’ve tried 5-8 different Chinese takeaways in the erea and this is the worse

Enthusiastic owner, very friendly. Great food and great value. Pleasant surprise! We ordered noodles, fried rice and a stirfry.

2 hour wait after being told food was ‘just being completed’. Terrible. Food returned upon delivery.

Right round the corner from mine so a no brainer, but as Chinese food goes pretty darn good. I like it; always friendly in store and good quick service of good old fashioned not-the-healthiest takeaway.

Great Chinese, lovely food, very friendly owner

This used to be the best Chinese take-away for miles (Annesley/Nuncargate/Kirkby). Over the last couple or three years the quality of the food has deteriorated, the taste of the food has become more and more bland and the portion sizes have become significantly smaller. I now go to the Great Wall in Pinxton.

Great little Chinese, order from here most Friday or Saturdays, great quality food always piping hot, all in all Raymond as the best Chinese round our area :)

Can't complain with the service. And the food was piping hot and tasty

We order from here often and usually good but on one occasion part of our order was missing so we rang up to ask about it and the member of staff was very rude. We drove back to pick up our missing food & the member of staff told us they never get orders wrong

Yummy yummy in my tummy, always get food from here, never had a bad experience, best Chinese this side of Kansas. Love you long time. xx
