Forno22 Modern Pizza in Ealing

Absolute gem hiding in plain sight in a corner of Ealing... best Italian for miles around. Not a huge menu but really high quality pizza and pasta, with carefully curated specials and good wine. Real cooking, the flavour is bursting from the food. Recommend the smoked tuna crostini starter and the Italian sausage tagliatelle! Lovely service too, really done with heart, just an all around pleasure to eat here.

This is an unassuming restaurant but has the most delicious pizzas. Really nice thin base and delicious toppings. I will definitely be going back.

Hier hatten wir einen wunderbaren Abend, mit sehr netter und persönlicher Bedienung und Atmosphäre. Dazu eine wirklich großartige Pizza. Auch der Wein war eine sehr gute Empfehlung. Zum Dessert hatten wir Tiramisu mit Amaretto-Touch, was uns sehr gefiel. Auf jeden Fall ausprobieren.

I went for dinner with my daughter on 30/06. I had seen the restaurant when I was walking back home from Ealing Broadway and decided to try it. The décor was modern but welcoming and cosy. It was a delightful surprise, definitely a hidden gem. Firstly the service was top notch, very friendly, efficient and also approachable. The food, amazing, I am surprised it is not listed as one of the top restaurants in London. If you are a foodie, this is the place. It is not just Italian, it is Italian with a twist. A fusion Italian restaurant. The food melted in my mouth, I wanted more, every flavour was a surprise. My daughter loved it. The wine was excellent. I asked for a house white and it was delicious, it went so well with the food. The prices were very reasonable and affordable. I have been to Michelin star restaurants and this was, in my experience, better, in every way. Will definitely go there again!!

Food was superb!! Best pizza I’ve ever tried and girlfriend loved her seafood linguine. Tempura prawns to start were lovely and fried were also perfect. Staff were brilliant and also brought out a complimentary homemade lemon cheesecake for my girlfriend at the end which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back when I’m back in London!!

Wonderful environment, gorgeous food. We've been twice and both times spent a leisurely 2 hours drinking and eating. The goat's cheese, walnut and pear salad is spectacular - we've ordered it both times. Favourites have included beetroot gnocchi in gorgonzola sauce, a semifredo smothered in dark chocolate and a bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Alex and Raquel are sweethearts, hope they stay in Ealing for a long time!

We have the best pizza this year 2022, the quality of the ingredients and the taste were really good! It is for sure and my friends and family will come back to eat again and again! ❤️❤️❤️‍🔥and everyone has to come here to try and enjoy one of the best pizzas in west London❤️

food and cocktails were fantastic! We started with two beef tartare which came which chips (which for me was a really nice touch), followed by two amazing roman style pizza which were delicious. We finished with an amazing tiramisu. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back to visit Alex

Pizza was dry and a bit bland. It’s hard to compete as a (mainly pizza) restaurant without a wood fired oven these days. 2 pizzas, one beer, a spritzer, a glass of wine, 2 small starters and at £87, it simply isn’t somewhere to go back to. Staff were lovely but it was underwhelming.

Date night, this was a perfect spot. Had the Carbonara and Bresaola, both of them being loaded with delicious toppings. The bases are nice and doughy and the cocktails are top notch.
