Of the last three times I’ve ordered, twice, the length of wait for delivery was more than twice length of time suggested, so, instead of 70 minutes it’s over 140. If waiting isn’t enough, the lack curtesy to let me know. Having phoned them the first time (at 100 minutes), they suggested a further 20 minutes. Nope, so tonight it’s 150 minutes still no food still no contact Updated: called them at 150 minutes to be told it’s another 15 minutes. Their attitude about being late was appalling They failed to deliver I considered it a breach of contract so order cancelled. Sadly; I ordered to celebrate someone passing their driving test, but ended eating no dinner because it was too late at night.

Can't fault the food. But delivery is really poor. Ordered online, 70 mins wait. Still waiting 2hrs. Numerous phone calls, very busy ,very appologetic. Unfortunately apologies don't count . Will not use again.

Real treat to see the man cooking curries from scratch. Balti and South Indian garlic are spot on every time. Keep up the good work

Food was a little better than average. That's as good as it gets. Customer service was terrible. Got there as was told they only take cash so had to find somewhere to draw the money out. We left and they forgot to give us part of the meal. Got a voicemail blaming us for not collecting it before we left and was told to "come back and get." Whilst waiting witnessed one of the "cooks" grabbing fries with his bare hands and placing them in a tray next to a burger. In short. Avoid

Ordered a family night meals there was 8 people ordered at 18.30 was told 45 mins 3 phone calls later was told as there was a donner kebab they was awaiting new meat it was finally deliverd at 21.45 no apologies. Will never use these again BTW the donner meat was terrible and pizza was burnt

Excellent food very tasty and good portion size. Just took lot longer than online said it would be. Seems chaotic in shop and communication minimal. As they very busy?? Would go again. Just not when I'm very hungry in case of a wait.

Been a customer for well over a year and consistently had great food. Recently tried a chicken tikka vindaloo and it was one of the best currys I've had in a while, kebabs are very good too. Also a reliable delivery service with very friendly staff. Would recommend this place to anyone!

After a few pints this is definitely the place to go as the takeaway food is great and cooked freshly in front of you. Boss man is really friendly and the service is great. I’d recommend the butter chicken.

I stumbled across this takeaway by accident browsing the internet and OMG i am so glad i found it. i ordered a special kebab and WOW what a treat the meat and chicken and pretty much everything to the Naan bread was spectacular and so tasty. i can also recommend the pizzas and other kebabs. I highly recommend you try this place you wont regret it only problem is i want a kebab every chance i get ha ha

ordered our food for 5 of us. popodoms and onions starter and mains. ready when they said it would be. the food is resturant quality and we all enjoyed it thoroughly, you will not be disappointed with the food from here.

We ordered take away for a large family gathering, We chose food2go as we had heard it had something for everyone (including Indian, pizzas, kababs, and kids meals). We visited the takeaway two days earlier to check out the menu and to enquirer about allergens.Two of us are Gluten Free so we had specific questions regarding ingredients which they were more than happy to advise us on. We were all impressed by the quality of the food. I am particularly impressed with the professionalism of the staff in particular the ?owner and his son. I was greeted with a handshake, offered free garlic bread and had my order carried to my car. A hidden gem. Very very impressed

Have been using this local takeaway for quite some time. Whilst they are not always consistent with their food and we have had bad or incorrect meals in the past have in the main the food we have had has been good and they have rectified any mistakes. Tonight however it was quite another story. We ordered by telephone to collect and was told 20 mins. We arrived to collect twenty minutes later to find our food not ready. No problem we can wait we said with a smile. 5 mins later the man asked have you ordered, yes we are waiting for our telephone order we said, the man went away 5 mins later he asked the same. Have you ordered he said we replied the same, again the man went away only to come back and ask the same in total the man asked 4 times if we had ordered before a 2nd man finally intervened and we finally got our food 25min after our original collection time and The English food we had ordered from the local chippy was freezing. We got our food home only to fine that the order was incorrect. The 1 donner and 1 chicken kebab ordered was 2 chicken. I phoned the takeaway and explained the situation they told me to keep the chicken they would make me a donner. After a discussion it was agreed that we would drive back to the takeaway take the unwanted chicken kebab back we would be refunded our money for it and they would give us the donner kebab. However on returning to the takeaway this was not honer and they refused to refund the money. I understand things go wrong and I am even prepared to wait however when the mistake is not put right I find this totally unacceptable. Needless to say food2go has lost our customer and our respect. Would not recommend this takeaway.

Seeral meals purchased all good hot and good quality ingredients. Preparation was pretty fast and the staff couteousand even held door open as I was laden with bags, great meal will try again soon.

Small kebab,fast Asian type food premises,nothing fancy but the food is good,it's designed for the take away market and fulfills that role,doubtful it will ever win any awards but neither will it finish last.

No preparada para las pastas o inferior carne aquí. Las comidas son siempre recién preparada y tiene un sabor tan bueno como si estábamos cenando en un restaurante indio, algo que es raro para una comida para llevar. Los favoritos personales son el cordero Tikka Baltimore BWI Airport y arroz de hongos. También tienen excelentes pinchos y una buena oferta de comida casera pizzas.

Yo y mi padre me dieron un curry desde aquí la noche pasada. He de decir que este lugar es muy limpio y el personal es amable. Me dieron una gambas balti, la salsa era absolutamente perfecto diez pero los langostinios eran muy duro, mi padre me dieron una passanda de pollo y dijo que era excelente. Este lugar es un poco cara pero defaintly comida de calidad superior. Mi único consejo sería ir por un plato de carne en vez de gambas. También he tenido una pizza de aquí, que también fue muy bueno.

Tengo que admitir que sólo hemos tenido los curries desde aquí y nunca cualquiera de las otras ofertas.

He utilizado comida para ir desde que abrió y la calidad de la comida es excelente a precios razonables. El personal es amable y servicial, y el servicio de entrega siempre es rápido. Muy recomendable

Decent food at decent prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Pizza toppings are usually a little sparse but usually cooked well.

Got a 12" hot and spicy with, apparently, spicy beef, however, whether they forgot to put the beef on as we could probably only see about an ounze of meat on the whole thing. Not well cooked either and once again we got overcharged - starting to believe this is done on purpose now!!!

The service was excellent, food was piping hot when we got it home and the portions were large.4 of us had a starter and main course each plus 2 naan breads and a couple of side dishes and I think it could have fed at least 6 people. All this came to just over £50Will be visiting again quite soon.
