Excellent food, very fast delivery ,first time ordering it was a very good meal, well-done 👌

My husband always has the fried chicken which is amazing but yesterdays was extremely dry and hard and cold and just a little amount of chips very disappointed ☹️

Fresh hot food, always reliably quick & tasty

this time it was very average... pitta smelled funny, salad did not look fresh, fries were so hard and surely fried couple of times and meat so so.... not happy at all....

Ordered a “Strawberry Milkshake” that was shown in the image as some good looking milkshake for £2.50, a little strawberry yazoo turned up. False advertising much. Terrible place.

had a lot of burnt grill parts in my meat and roti skins chana was OK and meat was covered in burnt parts inside and out

Such a shame! Ordered from here as it's our go to chicken shop! Chicken is always good a lovely size portions. Kebabs not to good! Cheap rubbery Donner meat! Not fresh! Kebab came with no salad (salad in a pot with coleslaw) who has coleslaw on a kebab? Missing cheesy chips, but this is no massive deal as these things happen.

Honestly the best takeaway in Basildon, best kebabs, best pizza’s and the fried chicken is much better than a very well known takeaway. To top it off it was delivered soooo quickly (less than 25 mins) and the driver was amazing!… thank you thank you thank you!

Chicken was soggy and staff quite rude wouldn't go back there

I ordered an 18in Hot and Spicy pizza but i was very disappointed as it wasn't spicy at all it was completely flavorless. The pizza inside the box wasn't cut properly and the cheese and toppings were sliding off from the pizza base it was a completel mess just a pile of greasy toppings in a box. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

considering we are not massively close to this takeaway the food delivered very well. Quality of ingredients used on pizza could be better though as it was a little bland.

Accidently recieved crispy Chicken instead of chicken shish, called the restaurant and they were polite and really helpful, sending out a new one, I felt awful for calling uo but they dealt with it amazing 👏 thankyou again

although food arrived early which was good. but kebab came in a box which meant it was swamped in grease and oil. the chips came cold the warmest part of the mealnwas the pitta bread which was separate to the kebab. and the salad wasn't fresh. so was disappointing.

This is the first time we've ever had to complain about Food Stop. We pre-ordered food at 15:40 for delivery at 18:00. At 17:45 we got a message saying delivery driver on way. At 18:15 we were still waiting. When the order did turn up, it was stone cold! A quick call to Food Stop and they soon dispatched a replacement order, which was delivered to us within 20 minutes, hot, fresh and delicious. Great customer service, and one of the reasons why we keep using them! Thanks guys!

Usually our favourite, missed delivery notes, no sauce on kebab and barely any on the chips and hardly no cheese. Like everything was watered down, shame. This happened before, will leave it for a bit again. Shame.

Everything about the food from here is excellent quality as always but my one gripe is that my order was missing a portion of chips other than that great.

Didn’t have enough garlic, mayonnaise and drinks were gone off when I tipped them in a cup they had all white bits in and it didn’t taste right tasted like gone off Rio

Sadly this was not their usual good food, chips were all over cooked and spoiled

Disgusting service took my money and sent a confirmation email to wait nearly an hour for it to just be cancelled. I then went out of my way to go to my local macdonald and ordered it myself to see 3 just eat bags in there!!! My kids were left hungry and are now late to going to bed, just no good enough 😡😡

Most of the food was good. The chicken popcorn was burned to a crisp. The jalapeño cheese balls weren’t cooked they were freezing cold and rock solid in the middle. Far too much mayo in the chicken burger. Cannot fault the chicken or the mixed grill kebab meal.

Another top quality delivery from food stop! The pizzas are better than Pizza Hut, the salads are delicious, and the order was delivered bang on time, fresh and hot. Thanks again guys!

Mozzarela sticks … I couldn’t determine how many are they or to share it …something heavy was put on the box , was a mass of cheese and bread crumbs…

When the food arrived it was lovely and hot and very fresh, the chips were cooked perfectly as was the rest of the food, very fast delivery very pleased will definitely order from them again.

Ordered just before 7.30pm and it didn’t arrive until 8.45pm. We normally absolutely love this place and delivery time has never been a problem, most of the time we receive in 10 minutes. But tonight was an absolute joke waiting over an hour for our food! Was told it was delayed but no explanation as to why. Very disappointed as normally a brilliant place to go to. Food was piping hot though and tasted good.
