Food Fest in Sandwell

One of my favourite spots for takeaway. Slightly out of town center but not that far off. Their taste is absolutely 10/10 and great value for money. Their burgers are really nice. The meal deal add on is quite cheap compared to other places. Service is quick as well

Order 4 items and delivery time was hour. 1-30 mins later no food but on app it showed as being sent on time. Called up to them saying that it was in the way and they were busy and my order was very big! When I said it was only 4 items and not big plus I was literally 10 mins away. Was told order was just leaving now. No apology just excuses so I told them to keep the food I didn’t want it anymore.

Absolutely a joke I was told it would take 20 minutes max I waited 55 minutes then I called the said they didn’t write my postcode and my number so I had to wait another 35 minutes to get my cold pizza and it isn’t the first time it happened to me I will never ever get a pizza from them again

Very good food specially the wings are the best and the best part is they are open till late night.

Best food and wraps made by suraj who always is very polite caring and supportive in customer service, strongly recommend to visit and eat here will be a wonderful experience.

Worst pizza ever, ordered pizza at first it showed delivered on just eat but it was not delivered so called the restaurant they said it was messed up with driver and they knew we ordered more than hour so it took more than 1hr to deliver the pizza and the pizza was not at all tasty the base was not even baked properly

Phone for food at 12.00am was told it would be 30-40 mins…after 1hr called shop to be told my order was cancelled n slammed the phone down I then couldn’t get through to find out why… will never order from here again 🤬🤬🤬

Order some fried chicken and staff said it would take 20 mins. So I left and went to nearby superstore. After 20 mins I returned and staff said sorry we could not prepared your order. And asked me to wait another 25mins. I then left without food. Very bad service.

Have been here 3 times now and food was 10/10 would highly recommend chicken was cooked fresh every time and customer service was very good Pricing is like it should be don’t Break your pocket like KFC again would highly recommend

Never ordering from here again got my order wrong I ordered bunty milkshake ended up with bland chocolate milkshake so disgusting I would not feed my dog this trash nor did I get a refund for it I feel conned out of £5 given current cost of living crisis that's a lot of money for me

Placed an order last night at 7.48pm to be told be with me by 8.30pm well that time went with numerous of calls to be told its on the way staff very rude on the phone finally got my food about 10.05 and was cold would not order from them again waste of money

By far, the worst service possible. Ordered my food at 00:30 waited more than 1 hour and a half, they dont even answer their phone anymore. If you want to see how the pizza looks you have a picture down below. It tastes and looks like Tesco 1 pound ones. Also, ordered a bbq base pizza, it came as a normal base. Does not even deserve 1 star. Stay away from this place!!

First time trying Food fest tonight, and my only regret is that we didn't try it sooner! Genuinely the best fries we've had from a takeaway in a very long time, the pizza's were very well enjoyed by my husband and sons, and i loved the zinger burger and hotwings too. Fantastic food, and speedy delivery too

Ordered pizza tonight . I ordered peporoni and got cheese and tomato. The pizza was not fresh as it looked like it was warmed up in microwave and tasted like rubber. Never go here again.

I call the restaurant to get told I can’t place a order there to busy but I can use the Uber the place service is vile I use it at least 3 times a week but never again will I give them my money

Bloody pathetic service... its been more than one hour placed order and just because they thought it as a fake call they didn't process my food and then playing a blame game that we made alot of calls while I was waiting the whole time holding phone in my hands .. and then just we can't send u the meal.. because the whole time they were confused either it is a real order or not.. unprofessional behaviour... pathetic ... waste of your time if you are going to wait for their service

Even when a company makes a mistake they are extremely helpful in rectifying that mistake and make sure that we have the right food. Can't fault them at all delivery driver extremely professional and helpful.

The burger was freshly made and juicyyyyy and you can tell it was not one of the others ordinary fast foods where they sell frozen cheap stuff I will definitely come back again, worth every penny.

Just had a zinger wrap from this guys.Very fresh and delicious much better then KFC zinger.Guy served me 10 mins before they actually open as I was in the rush.Defiantly be having food from these guys again! Highly recommended!

Order came 1 hour late and the dough on the pizza was undercooked and very pale so very obviously undercooked

I rang them really late at night, past 1am for delivery around Tipton. And they were closed for delivery (just available on Uber eat and just eats) however, I requested as we really needed some food and the staff very kindly agreed and delivered good food in a short time. Abdul Rahman working the late night shift was so kind to my husband. Thank you for serving halal in Tipton and that too till 2am!!

Placed an order ... Said 15 minutes got there ended up being another 10 reason to this is he was cooking me fresh food. I mean when he said fresh food I didn't think he meant 15 chips... Like you can still see the bottom of the box. I can't believe the portion I had got. Got a variety box meal too without fries and a drink. Hot wings come rubbery. He didn't give me any change back even though it was 10p it didn't bother me but it's worth a mention I guess as I'm reviewing how my money and time was wasted. So over all ifnyou want a kids porting for adults price food go here but you'll be better off a happy meal from maccies.

Ordered on UberEat but I can be a bit fussy with what I was on certain stuff, the staff were super accommodating, food was perfect and exactly how I wanted it, was still boiling coming from Tipton to Quarry Bank, had the pizza and it was packed full, zinger burger actually had spice to it which most places don't do, sorted me out an breast piece of chicken after asking for a strip instead of the wings and delivery driver was very friendly. Very rare I ever post a review but for this place I had to actually ring them up and tell them my self, 2 months open and already smashing it! New local!

The food here is vile, pizza taste disgusting like it was made with cheap ingredients, the cheese taste horrible and it felt doughy and not cooked enough with little to none sauce. This is my first and probably the last I will order from them. I was disappointed with the food altogether. It left a off aftertaste in your mouth. Will not recommend this place. Its just cheap food that taste awful.

Arrived a little later than time slot. Says on website. Large portion of Donner meat. I recieved a small portion for the price I paid. The Donner meat was dry and hard. Worst I have tasted in a long time. Won't be ordering again. Very disappointed.

I can honestly say that the food is cooked freshly and tastes absolutely delicious. I had the Thunder Zinger meal and every bite was so satisfying. I definitely recommend you trying if you haven’t done so already, you will not be disappointed!

Very tasty food as well as being halal except for the bacon. I really enjoyed the Spicy chicken pizza along with the spicy grilled burger. The chicken grilled burger was okay just found a slight bit chewy side but none the less was tasty with the sauce to compliment. Customer service is great as someone was readily available at hand through the google online chat and responded very promptly.Very impressed as being homemade. Fast Delivery too. Will be odering again soon!
