Donuts not fresh cake not fresh Ice cream nice milkshakes need more flavour

Charged me over what it was supposed to be charged me £15 when it was supposed to be £10 and I gave them £20 also online on Apple Pay it says it’s supposed to be £10 and also says £10 on my receipt ?

Recieved can of coke instead of a bottle of coke I called the restaurant they said they will give me a free bottle of coke with my next order

Food was delivered on time, but I ordered a waffle with hot chocolate and whipped cream, it tasted ok ish but looked like a mesh of just food, it had all melted badly, so it was severely soggy and breaking

Should have arrived at half past 3, I rang the restaurant an been told its gonna be another half hour

Horrible. Order a waffle and it was stale. Payed £7 for it. Ordered a slush and it was extremely strong even after I added water to it. Don’t buy from this place they don’t even have a phone number. Never buying from here again.

The slushes was melted and the cheesesxajes was also melted yet the chicken wings was cold LIVID

Ordered milkshakes and they tasted off very watery and couldn't drink them would not recommend

For £8:50 for a mixed kebab on naan that portion size was ridiculous. Defo go back to my local from now on

Ordered a chicken wrap meal and a burger meal. Delivery was fast but an hour after eating the food I was in pain and agony and the toilet for hours and vomiting, didn’t get no sleep from the pain. Never ordering from here again

My order was missing items, they gave me the wrong drink, ice cream was spilt over in the bag & the burger was spicy.

Kebab meat was very dry. I put most of it in the bin

The milk used for the milkshake taste very off sour and out of date. Twice I’ve ordered from here and both times haven’t sent drinks and I’ve ordered 3+ if the drinks I ordered were not available replacement drinks should have been sent as I’ve payed

The driver could of been abit nicer but it is what it is and he tried to add abit extra money on the order.

So disappointed- I have ordered loads of times from this place and there never used to be a problem ... My food was over 45 minutes late I ordered at 11:45a.m and it came at 1:30pm no apology nothing - so when it finally arrived An hour and 45 minutes later the chicken and Chips were stone cold and the chips were like cardboard they used to be hot and fresh, I ordered a takeaway again that evening and found a new place to eat from and I’ve just ordered from there again this lunchtime usually I would’ve had it from here so you have lost out on a customer that orders regulary because most of the recent reviews are all saying the same

For one I ordered a kebab got no nan just dinner chicken and for some reason got chips ruined it by covering with bbq delivery driver had the cheeck to give me a ripped 5 note without tellin me false advertisement wasn’t cookie doe was biscuits !!!!

We only ordered cookie bakes and I am pretty sure they had been taken out of the oven 20 minutes earlier than they should of been. Kids couldn’t separate them as they just poured into each other! Disgusting!!!!!

Food was cold was loads of missing items and told us to just get a refund though just eat on the phone after telling us they will redeliver missing items avoid avoid !!!!

Food arrived late. About 20 minutes but was already marked as delivered. Order wasn’t complete. I’ve ordered two kebabs and a big bottle 1.5l of coke and I got only a can of coke. I’m rather disappointed with service and food Halifax wasn’t great either. Won’t be using again.

Milkshake was wrong. I ordered strawberry and chocolate and received strawberry and banana. It was horrible.

Waffles weren't fresh at all, not baked on order, for sure, also rather small (for a price of a regular meal) The ice cream had to be stored at the bottom of the fridge, littered with ice (frosted clear water), cheap supermarket quality. Nothing more than just a single smear of chocolate spread, nothing else added on it. Awful, late and cold

Aldi waffles. Bubbles icecream put in the same pot at mint chocolate so it tasted rank and everytkme we order its atleast 30 to 45 mins late.

The 3rd time in a row when I am ordering a big bottle of coke, and I m receiving a can on coke. So basically I am paying 3£ for a can of coke. Every time the driver just raise his hands and says it’s not his fault. I am done with this company

DO NOT GET THE WAFFLE, ITS TINY... you pay 5 pound for a toasted waffle with a little bit of nuttella its barely the size of your hand, but other than that milkshakes was beautiful.

Never tryed this takeaway before l,m so glad l did not only did it look good it was also delicious .it was flavoursome and there was plenty of it .The kebabs were full of delicious meat with salad and the chilly sauce complemented it ,the pittzas were also full of flavour and delicious even the side orders were nicely prepared l cant fault any of itl l will definitely be ordering from here again.The delivery guy was pleasantly polite and friendly They well deserve 10 out of 10 👌

Lemon cheese cake was the best I have had. Granddaughter loved the cheesy chips and chicken nuggets. Highly recommended.

Driver got lost but called me and got here within minutes food was hot and tasted good. The ferrero ice cream milk shake was the best I’ve tasted and will be ordering from here again

Wouldn’t recommend anything that I ordered. Everything that came with vanilla ice cream (milkshake, waffle, chocolate cake) tasted sour and everything listed as “comes warm” came cold. So happy Just Eat could give me a refund to my account balance to order from another place next time.

The restaurant confirmed and prepared our order nice and quickly. The delivery took slightly longer than usual so the chips were cold by the time the order arrived. Everything else was great though.

Usually pretty good but this time the chocolate cake was really stale. And my partner said that the ferrero rocher cheesecake just didn’t taste good at all. Disappointing this time. But, like I said earlier, usually pretty good.

Didn't bring all my order, I ordered food and desserts and only my desserts came, I also ordered "woffles" 3 and only got 1, ice creams nice though, wouldn't recomend it to anyone 0 customer service skills tell you they can refund your money over the phone and have to do it through just eat yourself

Seen a lot of mixed and negative reviews, but we had a really good experience. Ordered the tower burger zinger and some popcorn chicken. The chicken for both was really nice, proper chicken, nicely battered and cooked. Onion rings and hash browns are nice if you like soft onion rings, my girlfriend prefers them well cooked. Also got s chocolate fudge case which was nice. It's not incredible, but it is very nice.

Ordered the mini box but got 2 pieces of chicken and no spicy wings.......

absolutely disgusted with the service I ordered food and it said it will arrive at 11.15 then to receive a message saying my food was on it way at 11 then they turned up at 12 with the food stone cold having to warm it up in the microwave the delivery driver was rude aswell I will never be ordering food from here again
